[Q] Does anyone have Moto X new apps for Moto x 2013 ?

Hi all Motorola has released new set of apps for Moto X 2nd gen i.e., Moto Actions, Moto Display, Motorola Sensor Services, and one that's simply called Moto. Could anyone confirm if these can be used/installed on older Moto X ?

Moto G EXT question...

Are the Roms/Recoveries compatible with the Consumer Mobile Moto G EXT?
It's basically a rebranded second gen moto g, same specs and everything.

Any ROM/Recovery for XT1064 is OK for the Moto G EXT from Consumer Cellular.

We are currently receiving updates to Lollipop when Lenovo own motorola - so ownership really has nothing to do with it
it will be a case of will Moto g 2nd gen hardware be deemed capable of running next major android version
I see no reason why why Moto g 2nd gen cant run 5.1 android - the moto G 2nd gen should have at least a 2 year lifespan with updates

Motorola hasn't specified which devices will receive the Android 6 update as far as I know.

I'm surprised there's no Moto E or Moto E LTE there.

Moto app on Moto X (4th Generation)?

Does the Moto X (4th Generation) include the Moto app that offers to read you text messages while driving, as some older Moto X phones do? My wife recently got a Moto E, it lacks this feature and she is bummed...
