Low Volume Output on Headphones

I find--like with my Tytn--the maximum volume output a bit too low to my liking. I need to use GS Player or TCPMP and up the preamp to get to the volume that I like, but then the output gets "cranky".
It doesn't matter whether I use the HTC wired headphones or A2DP with an itech clip and Shure earphones.
Does anybody feel the same, and is there any solution to increase the volume?
The hard-wired headphones did seem a bit quiet and I think the phone speaker is a little less than the TyTN too. I use sony stereo bt headphones and the volume on them is fine....

bluetooth volume control?

Just got a nokia BH-211 bluetooth headset, and the sound is *very* low in it (it's unit controlled).. So I was wondering if anyone knows of a app that can boost the sound a bit? The headset is useless outside/at work with the volume gained now..
have you tried increasing the volume on your diamond?

Sound too loud

Hi,
when I'm in Office speaking on the Diamond I turn down the volume of the speaker, but still the caller is too loud and my colleagues can listen to the caller, too. Is there a way to set down the minimum volume?

Sound volume?

Hey guys, I was wondering if the sound can be tweaked to go just a little higher. I find the sound coming from the 2X good, but it's too low in volume.
As for example, the Samsung Galaxy S has a much higher volume. Mine is hardly hearable when playing next to the Galaxy S.
I'm agree with this, the volume is realy too low.
Im using a app called volume boost. It only cost about 2 $ in market. The sound in my headset becomes alot higher
Heard about it, but when I'm using my headphones the sound is pretty good. The thing I'm looking for is the volume for the speakers.
If it's for a louder incoming ring volume. Either choose a louder ringtone or boost an existing ringtone file by a couple of decibels with a sound editor program, like Audacity on the PC. I think up to +5db should be OK before distortion sets in.

Does the upgrade increase sound volume?

Hi,
I find the sound volume for the phone (receiver speaker) as well as all other volume to be lower than the OG Droid and even lower than my DX. For any of you running the upgrade, have you seen an improvement in sound volume? Thanks.
