hboot problems

I am trying to downgrade to hboot 1.44 so I can use an RUU.exe the problem is when I try to flash the .zip for the hboot it just sits there saying it's transferring 501k and does nothing.
Any help?

Convert GPE into Sense RUU

Hello there,
I found this little tutorial, that shows how to convert a Google Play Edition HTC One M7 into a Sense phone using a Developer Edition RUU:

My question is: Can I use a 7.19.401.2 Stock RUU instead of the developer edition one by following the steps on the tutorial? I like to use this one:

well you could have updated your firmware to 7.19.401.2 and then flashing the 7.19.401.2 or 7.19.401.22 ruu. 1.29.401.16 is really old. Maybe updating it will resolve some of the issues your are having.
to update the firmware:

then flash the ruu:

If your battery issue still persist its most likely an hardware problem.

I want to get back to stock rom, but i'm lost when it comes to selecting the right software for my device.
Right now it runs TWRP and CM12.
I have previously tried to get back to stock rom, but an OTA update (containing firmware 7.19.401.30) more or less bricked it.
I used a backup to get back and the later installed CM12
Im not sure which firmware its running right now because it says "OS-7.19.401.30 (7.19.401.2)"

Are you s-off?
Since your version-main is 7.19.401.30
This is the firmware you have currently, so search for a 7.19.401.30 twrp backup and restore it in twrp, and dont update through htc's ota unless you have a matching stock recovery

You can use the 7.19.401.22 RUU from here

BUT, you will have to follow the "How to Downgrade with S-On" steps at the bottom of page two, as the ruu is older than your current version main
Note flashing a ruu will wipe data. Flashing instructions are on top of page one.

One M7 801n - Baseband Unknown and no IMEI - Need help

I have no IMEI and it shows me that there is no SIM card. I tried to install 4.3 RUU, 4.4 RUU, 5.0 RUU and XenonHD custom rom and still nothing :|
