Hey everyone, not sure if people are still on the fence with some of the Wireless charging pads out there but, here's a solid solution.
ChoeTech Qi Charger
I had purchased a couple of the Durcell Powermats and only 1 of my 3 cases would charge with it. So, I decided to try another one.
All 3 are working flawlessly ....
Obliq Slim
Spigen Ultra Thin
Verus Card Slot Case (This is the one I really wanted it to work with).
Obliq case poly bumper
Some may not be as pumped as myself, but it's nice to see a decently priced pad work so well. Figured I'd share what I found out, since it might help others considering their options.
I got the same thing for my diy car mount and it works awesome. 3 coil is the only way to go in my books.

Thanks OP! Really appreciate that. Just ordered myself.
Did it work with the slot case while cards where inside? I bought two of the disappointing PowerMat chargers and it's annoying to have to remove it and then place it just perfectly on the charger. Defeats the entire purpose of wireless charging for me, convenience.

I can confirm it charges with two cards in the slot (Debit card and Driver's license). Really loving this wireless charger.
Those durcell mats really let me down... I should have known better with them being so cheap. I hated taking my case off to charge the phone.

Yeah my duracell powermat has a hard time charging through all but my thinnest case. And even then I have to reposition the phone precisely for it to work at all. I got a couple of those CHOE Qi chargers and they work through all the cases I've tried so far.
Just received mine and it works flawlessly! I've got 3 cards in my slider case and it still charges without issue. Haven't had to mess around with placement of my phone either, super convenient. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome! Glad it's working! Go Cubs and Go Kris Bryant! haha.
I have a Ravpower wireless charger/stands. These are also 3 coil chargers as well.

The real pain in the ass is that the Speck Candyshell Grip case is spotty to charge on it. It stops charging at random intervals and then picks up and charges again. If the case if off, I get no interruptions when I wirelessly charge.

Be careful if you get this Candyshell grip case. Its a great case, but the issues with wireless charging suck.
yup, 3 coils is the way to go hands down. stronger charging and also you can place anywhere, no need to fiddle around on where to place the device which was annoying on the Duracell mat.
Also having issues with the Duracell one not going through the case.. will pick up one of these!

Same here with the Duracell mats. Didn't work with my UAG case.

Could someone measure how thick that CHOETECH pad is? I can't find specs anywhere.
I'm trying to combine it with a magnetic car mount I have (http://www.bungajungle.com/collections/all/products/neutron-s?variant=994256488)

I can check when I get home from work, but googled it and it's 10.6mm (0.42 inches). According to Choetech
I know I have mentioned these previously in this thread, but I have a pair of these and they are nice if you want to have a stand.

There is a bit of a price premium, but I like having my phone standing up facing me here at work and at home. They also convert to laying down as well if you would like. The triple coil works wonders as well. I highly recommend them.
So, I got a case for my phone against my better judgement since I normally do fine not dropping or scratching my phone without one. I do like this case, I believe it actually makes the phone slightly more comfortable to hold but now I'm struggling with a wireless charger issue. I have the LG WCP-300 (Qi Compliant) which works fine with or without the case but I also have a few Duracell PowerMats at home and they will not work. I like the Duracell for my bedside stand because the magnet holds the phone in place. Using the Qi chargers on my bedside stand didn't work, every morning I would wake up to a dead phone.
So, my question is whether anyone knows of a PMA compliant charger that will work with the Case-Mate Naked Tough Case?
Thanks!
My wife has the naked tough glitter case and she uses the genuine oem wireless charger at night and she wakes up to 100% charge and I use it also with uag case at night with 100% charge also

I use a Nokia D900 Qi charger at night and wake up to 100%.
I am looking for cases that will work with wireless charging. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Most case on the market will support wireless charging, the typical distance for Qi wireless standard is 5mm. Therefore just make sure that your case is not too thick.
little late to the party, but I love this case:
http://www.amazon.com/Cruzerlite-Bugdroid-Circuit-Samsung-Galaxy/dp/B010PY7OQ8
got it in green, works great with all my Qi pads

Anything that isn't a brick and doesn't have a magnet in the back over the charging coil will work fine.
I've got the otterbox defender and that works fine with the latest Samsung wireless fast charger. Not sure how it goes with any other chargers and I don't think there's any cases that are thicker. Possibly the aluminium backed cases wouldn't work.

I was going to post a new thread, until the "Similar thread" feature brought this one up.
Otterbox defender wirelessly charges using 2 different generic QI pads.
Ordered the S7 Edge and eagerly waiting for it to arrive... My wife has a S6 and we realized with some disappointment that she has to remove her case every time she wants to charge wirelessly.
I have scoured the case reviews here and on Amazon, but no one mentions whether their case would support wireless charging.
Are there cases for the S7E that allows wireless charging without removing the case?
It really isn't about the compatibility of the case itself. It comes down to whether or not your wireless charging mat will allow charging from that amount of a distance away. Some of the cheaper ones have to be almost directly touching the mat, but there are ones that will allow charging through up to twice the thickness of the thickest cases. Also, be sure you're purchasing the high watt quick charge 3.0 compatible Qi chargers as any Qi charger will work, but the low watt ones will charge much more slowly. I hope this helps.
All of the cases reviewed in my OP work with wireless fast charging. There's a link to it in my signature
Thanks! I guess the charger I got for my wife is a cheap one that cannot charge through a case. I will look at the charger recommendations thread now.
I have the official Samsung clear cover case, and it works fine with wireless charging. no problem at all.
I have the Samsung fast charge wireless charger (got it on amazon for 35. Can be had for 25 "like new used") and it will fast charge my S7 with a Spigen Lite armor case no problem. it's a TPU/PC combo case so its not very thin.
Has anyone found a stand up wireless charger that works with this phone besides the Razer branded one? I just tried the Seneo Upgraded wireless charger and the pads did not line up properly so it is being returned.
I got the Maxpower WX600, and so far that's the only STAND UP one that's working in my experience (as in without adding anything to adjust the position), guess it is becoz of the 3 Coils design, so I'd bet any other ones with 3 Coils might just do the trick as well~
I tried this Tylt one and it's worked fine so far with a RP2.
I saw a post on Reddit saying the Nokia DT910 works. I used to have one but I lost it so I can't test it. The one problem I foresee is stability, that charger might be a bit small for the Razer. It can be bought for 10-15 dollars on ebay.
A basic belkin works perfectly fine, whilst in a Spigen case as well
Using a Itian A6 charger with no problems in portrait mode...
I found this good https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Seamless...PHONE-2-Qi-enabled-Mobile-Phone-/362503699045
Easy to check that charging properly with blueish light. Charging very well in TPU case.
Anyone know the measurement from the bottom of the phone to the center of the coil? That would definitely help to make the magnetic attachment qi chargers work.
