Hallo Guys,
sorry for my Noob Question...
How can i install the Xposed Framework on my SM-T520. I´ve already tried it with the official Xposed Version (repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer), but it´s not working.
I can only install the Installer but when i tap on the Installbutton for the Framework i become an Error... "Xposed is not compatibel with the Android-SDK-Version 19 or your processor architecture".
I can´t believe that there is no solution for this.
Please help me!

Which Android version are you using? SDK19 should be KitKat, right? Furthermore, some information about your ROM (stock or custom?) would be good.
Oh sorry... I forgot this important Information. Ok. It is Android 4.4.2 Stock rootet with cf-autoroot.

Strange issue, normally such issues arise after one updates his ROM due to newer security patches. Have you installed any ROM update recently? Otherwise you can try to use the Xposed v2.6 or below from the repo if the latest one (v2.7 experimental1) doesn't work.

Thanks so much.
I think there was an ROM Update a few weeks ago. Maybe this is the reason for my problem. I will try this tomorrow and report if this Version is running.

It doesn´t work...
Is it possible that Xposed only runs on deodexed ROMs? If so, I should flash a deodexed custom ROM.

Check the official Xposed Information thread. Maybe you'll find your answer there.

If the phone in question is OnePlus One, then You need "arm7a" version instead of "x86" one

Use the flow chart from this post to identify the required Xposed version for your device. Seems that you are trying to flash the wrong Xposed version.
The updater script saved you from yourself. There is a thread for this kind of stuff. You didn't need to start a thread.

You have flashed the wrong version. Your device is running Android 5.0.x, right? That's what "expected SDK21" indicates. But you tried to flash a version designed for Android 5.1.x. That is the problem.
BTW: wakamatsu is right, there is a dedicated thread for those questions.
Hi

You should both use the flow chart from this post to identify the correct Xposed version. It isn't that hard. If there is an issue while flashing Xposed, attach a screenshot or a log file.
@Dhy3ives: you are on Android 5.1.1 (SDK v22) and and you are trying to flash an Xposed version for Android 5.0.x (SDK v21). Search the correct Xposed version for your device (see flow chart linked above).
@sebzukowski: Do you have the latest TWRP version installed? Maybe the problem is that you updated from CM12 (Android 5.0.x) to CM12.1 (Android 5.1.x), thus a different Xposed version is required.
If you update your ROM, you do not have to uninstall Xposed completely, simply boot into recovery and re-flash it. Updating a ROM will overwrite several files used by Xposed.

Reflash the installation zip. After flashing a ROM update, you need to reflash any modifications you flashed before the update.

Nah. Just flash the zip that corresponds do your device. SDK23 is Marshmallow, SDK22 is Lollipop.
I have a Nexus 6P running Marshmallow, so I flashed xposed-v80-sdk23-arm64.zip

1. Why not comment in the thread you downloaded xposed from?
2. Which versions did you download w.r.t. all involved apps/zips?

You need to do a little more reading. You say you run Nougat, but the Xposed you downloaded is for Marshmallow. That's why it doesn't work.
There are unofficial Xposed versions for Nougat. See the respective threads.
Uninstall the framework asap, as grymkmb wrote, you install xposed for MM and this can make your device higly unstable.
Just wait for rovo official Xposed for Nougat release, the unofficial one have several issues.
Before Xposed for nougat was official I used the unofficial Xposed by purifyos and had the module "enable ambient display"
it works very fine with the xposed of purifyos but not with the official Xposed. is It possible to fix this ?
I rebooted a few times and also installed the module again and I'm sure that it dont works with the official Xposed.
Same is happening with amplify.

You can also add "UNICON".
It's was fully working with the experimental version but partially with the official.
By partially I mean that the already applied icon theme stood, but whenever I open unicon it asks you to activate it even if it's already activated.
All my modules aren't working with Xposed 7.0 SDK 24 v88 right now. I did a clean install and modules like Amplify and Greenify, etc aren't working but Xposed Installer says the framework is running. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Probably its bug from module itself, dev need to make compability to xposed Nougat official

Sadly, that won't happen with Unicon. I was so jazzed to have it working on Nougat but now back to not working.
Word has it Greenify 3.7.1 via apkmirror works on official Xposed.

The problem lies with the unofficial Xposed.
It generally makes a mess out of your ART cache and even after you uninstall it the cache is left corrupted.
You need to clear your ART cache (from TWRP or FlashFire) before installing the official Xposed.

It you have just tipped "Greenify 3.7.1" on Google, you would have found it as the first result :

You referring to the ahrion link? Yeah I just saw your post in another thread. Directory is empty now but I'll check back in a day or two.
In the meantime I was messing around a bit. Reading things here and there it seems the installer used makes a difference.
My Xposed testing has mostly centered around GravityBox and Unicon. Both worked on Xposed by PurifyOS using @DVDandroid's installer.
After official Xposed came out (and moved to another ROM) I tried again with the recommended official installer.
GB works. Unicon does not. I assumed it didn't work because of Xposed v88.x but...
Disabled modules and rebooted.
Uninstalled 3.1.2 installer and rebooted for good measure. Made sure no cruft was left over.
Installed DVDandroid's installer and activated GB and Unicon.
GB does not work. Unicon works.
Reverting back to official installer, I get the flipside again.
At least that proved to me it isn't the framework that's the main issue.
I await something from ahrion or the next Material Design installer.

I've spoken with rovo and wanam, they explained to me the main difference with the installers:
- Previous installers (like dvdandroid) put the "enabled module list" into data/data/appid.
- Actual installer (3.1.2) put it in data/user_de/appid.
As unicon has hard coded path, it checks if it's installed in the first folder, that's why it detecte it's activation status with dvdandroid's installer and not with the official one.
Vice Versa with gravity box, cause it has been updated to check into the new folder.
Thanks for that.
I had actually checked those locations previously.
In my desktop days I would've symlinked an expected location to the new one. Here I'll just wait it out and see what happens.
Would be nice if the Unicon dev were to get back in the game, especially since the module still works in general.

I would love to see that too, but it's a kind of utopia.
Then, after deep thought, I told myself why wouldn't we ask another dev (especially launchers devs) to create a module like unicon since they already do icon theming through their launchers. They only need to add the "system wide" thing.
