you flashed a ROM that isn't for INC S?
Lol problem solved, you don't own a desire hd
This thread is crazy!
I suggest flashing something that's actually for the Inc S and if that doesn't work you might consider using your phone to hold papers down on windy days.

I'm sure if this is any indication of his knowledge that's about all his incs will be good for soon enough lol
Yeah I have no idea what that does to your phone. It's just a ROM tho It's not like he installed a bad radio or kernel but can't roms change your CPU parameters?

I'm not really sure it definitely isn't advisable lol..
Especially the fact that it could/would flash an improper kernel. I'm sure that could brick a phone probably

Have you backed up your ROM? If yes, just reboot into recovery and restore.
If you don't know what I am talkin about, you should go to the Q&A section and start to read until you hit somewhere which explains what you did. I doubt you will find aa solution for your issue though! The forum does not protect dulls
hey guys, and gals...I really need your help. so after holding off for over a year and a half i finally decided to root my gs3 and unfortunately I unknowingly accepted the 4.3 OTA update and well, you can probably guess the rest...so here it is. i used safestrap to get around the locked down bootloader and i installed the wicked_sensations ROM and had so many issues i decided that maybe this whole rooting thing was a lost cause...then i installed the alliance ROM and it worked much better....the issue i am having is that i cannot seem to get the wifi to work or the mobile hotspot either...i flashed the ROM and the ML1 modules and well, i just cannot seem to find a solution to my problem. I am relatively new to this android rooting process and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,
I have almost zero knowledge and M8 is the first android I ever had so apologies for the newbi question.
I got it from my brother rooted and with a custom ROM. I would like to get it back to stock and un-root it just in case I want to sell it.
I did read the forums but I got lost and couldn't find a proper guide that I can follow and I'm afraid Ill brick the phone.
My CID is GLOBA001 and at the moment I have Android revolution HD9.1 installed.
He did not make any backups to anything before he did this (most of the guides I found were assuming I had one)
Any help would be appreciated.

How to un-root Htc One (m7)
I recently rooted my Htc One (M7) and i am really satisfied about it. I now run the Cyanogenmod 11
But suddenly my mic stopped working, exept when i'm i speaker mode.
I can use speaker for a while, but its not good in the length.
Therefor i wanted to deliver the phone into my store, but i cant deliver it rooted....
So i was wondering how to un-root it. I have searched a lot, but i cant find anything that works for me.
I am pretty sure its a hardware fault, thats why i want to deliver it on my warranty since it is only 6 months old.
Could someone help me?

Wireless dont work
Hello, I downloaded the Revolution sense re-release v3.1 rom for my HTC Desire C and install it with the TWRP. The rom is really great. Make the phone work better and lots of handy shortcut, but I have a major problem. The WiFi says Error and does not work!! It never goes on. I am really newbie to these things and this is my first android phone. I'm sorry if this problem is already answered but I haven't found a solution in this forum and I don't know what to do. For now I switched back to the stock as I was before. Is there any case to solve the problem? I really want to use this revolution rom. And something else, whats the main difference between the sense and senseless? Just graphics? And maybe better performance with senseless? I m asking if it makes any difference to my WiFi problem and therefore I should install the other rom?

Try CM10 or CM11 it's better than sense i think.
No, I am going to try flash the boot.img and see what will happen. By the way how do I do it? Like the same way I unlocked the boot loader I suppose. Don't forget I'm a newbie and this is my first smartphone. It was given to my for free some weeks ago. It had serious speed problem. Even when returning in the home status the phone was showing the message "Loading" for 2 secs and then it returned in home status. What I want is to gain some speed. A minor improvement applied with factory reset but with this rom things are even better. Except from this huge problem. I want Nameless or Revolution Roms due to the overclock. I couldn't download Nameless because the download links I found where doing nothing!! So continued with this rom but if I have no luck I will try CM rom. Thanks for the interest anyway.

OK problem solved with flashing the boot.img found in the zip. For those who experience the same problem the command is this: "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
But I firstly flashed the boot.img and then reinstalled the Revolution rom. Thank you guys for the help. Thank you Revolution team! Very, Very Good job! Next thing to do is to learn the tweaks and which one should I use.
COME ON NOW!!! I have the exact same problem with the first person! When I activate mobile internet the phone reboots. And when if finishes reboot it reboots again, probably because mobile internet is on and it trys to activate it so the loop goes on! I have to say that I use data roming! I am not aboard, its just the way my mobile network provider works. Please suggest a solution!
No solution until someone makes a proper kernel with updated system. After last official system update, everyone went for cm10 or abandoned this device and everything was stuck here.

I'm itching to flash this ROM and just want to verify that TWRP will remain intact. Don't need to accidentally wipe my internal storage. Thanks.

Yes, TWRP will remain in-tact. I've dirty flashed and fresh-clean flashed this rom multiple times running some various tests for myself and haven't once run into an issue. This is an outstanding update to the phone and a solid rom to start with as a base for your tweaking and modding.

Same here, dirty flashed the rooted ROM by MicroMod using FlashFire, TWRP remained intact.
Is GPS working with this ROM? I know it's a silly question but I've had bad luck with GPS on my previous phones.
Software Used to Flash LG G4?
Hi All,
Coming directly from years of Samsung and I'm really digging this LG G4! I'd love to root it so I can adjust DPI/resolution as well as get rid of/freeze a bunch of the bloat. It looks like there are plenty of ROMs that will work for me which is fantastic! However, I have no clue where to begin flashing the bootstack and ROM. I was planning on trying the process described at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/rom-g4-h811-10n-stock-rooted-rom-t3188858 but I am not sure what application/software to use in order to do this flashing. Can someone please point in the right direction as to the process of flashing the bootstrap and ROM? Many thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Janky Jay, III

I flashed the stock rooted rom
I was rooted fine on the 10h no problems at all..I flashed the 10n version earlier today no real problems other than my wifi calling keeps giving me error: er081 " unable to connect"....Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a fix for it..Thanks in advance

@bigasaucy do you have xposed framework installed? Currently the xposed framework seems to break wifi calling for a lot of people using 10n, I'm one of them
There is another thread on this forum about it where we're all hunting a solution.

@DRSdroid I read about the xposed framework affecting things, but I never installed..It seems my problem has corrected itself, it may have just been the range of my wife..hope you get your issue fixed!! and thanks for the reply

A long-range wife will solve many life problems, so make sure you always marry one with sufficient range.
On a more serious note, here's the WiFi Calling thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/help/wifi-calling-errors-10n-update-t3191362
I hope we can figure out why Xposed breaks it and fix it.

If WiFi Calling doesn't work on a totally stock, unmodified phone, you either need a new SIM card, a certificate update sent to your SIM card, or update your E911 address. Contact T-Mobile Support to resolve these.

Tha'ts not the case. I'm running the "Unbloated stock rooted ROM" that this thread refers to. Wifi calling hasn't worked since. I see other posts in the original thread with the same problems. Unfortunately, due to my account being new, I can't post there...
Apparently, one person put the factory ROM back on the phone, did a factory reset, THEN re-applied the "unbloated stock ROM" and it they claim that fixed their issue. I'll give this a try and see what happens.
