Odin doesn't work on my s3 mini (GT-I8190N), It keeps detecting as I9505 (s4)

Hello everyone of XDAdevelopers, I have a little problem.
When i connect my S3 mini to odin, It keeps being detected as I9505.

I did flash TWRP a couple times but it doesn't work.
And when i see other videos of people doing the same, It really says S3 mini. And when they flash a recovery it will flash to kernel2. But when i flash it flashes to recovery.
Dont know what this means but i hope i gave you guys enough info. Please let me know what you think. :good:

When i flash it doesn't give any errors. But TWRP wont install tho...

Hi all,
Never in Samsung days had so much trouble installing a file
I downloaded the newest file since nokia is not planning to update my phone.
I tried adb, unlucky
I tried Nokia tool, unlucky needs othwer file system
I tried twrp, no nokia 9 support
So what can i do?

You can only sideload via adb. What actually was unlucky with adb? Which version of hw and fw do you have?

Galaxy Active 2 - Missed to flash BL and CSC. Now cannot use Download Wireless

Hi there,
I am super new with the watch, less than a week and really needs ECG feature for my health.
I found 1 video to flash but missed the last step.
Instead of placing all 3 files together, I flashed AP only and missed BL and CSC.
I can run the watch normally and afraid to move further. I thought I can just go to the same process and use AP mode but the I cannot access AP mode anymore.
Making it worse, I am stuck with Tizen 4.0.0.6 from 5.0.02 and could not update it.
What should I do next?

Question update blocked at 20%

I received the update you see in the picture, it is regularly downloaded but the installation always stops at 20%.
I tried to clear the cache the data, I restarted the phone, but nothing always happens the same.
Can anyone give me some advice?

just download the official rom and use xiaomi rom app to install it! always be aware that if something goes wrong you might lose your data, backup all you need before doing it

millashtool in fastbootmode. but i suggest you xiaomi tool. with this you can also remove brand firmware

Boots but only shows backlights

Hello xda!
so it was past month since i upgraded my sgs 1 to android 4.0.1
and this day when i turned it on it gave me "android encryption fail" so i flashed a frodo rom into it.
and now it boots, but only backlight shows up and its not a screen problem. i also tried odin 3 1.85 and used a pit file but nothing changed.
also after a flash, when i boot it, it loads onto recovery mode and shows a error that it cant find the storage.
Please help, Thanks!
