Doze not saving any battery - X 2014 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I got the 6.0 OTA last week. It seems to have some minor issues with wifi, but it doesn't really bother me too much.
What I am bothered by is the fact that Doze doesn't really save any battery for me.
I've left the phone on my desk during the night a few times now and every morning the battery seems to have drained about 15% like it did in lollipop.
Just last night I left the phone face down, so the screen would never turn on, and it had 50% at 1:00am and when I woke up at 9:00am it had 37%
My brother has a Nexus 5 and says his phone only looses like 2% during the night.
The only two items on the Battery Optimization list that aren't optimized, are Google Play Services and Motorola Notification.
Is Doze not supposed to work on the Moto X?
What has been your experience with Doze like?

I am experiencing the same.
During the night it looses from 10 to 15%. I flushed the cache partition and uninstalled Greenify(no root) , but it didn´t get better results.

I pretty disappointed since Doze was the only feature I was looking forward to in 6.0

Me too. Besides it´s more fluid I was excited about Doze more than anything else.
Some say that you should do a factory reset to get Doze working.
Did you try this?

Not yet, as I like to leave factory resets as the last option.
Hopefully there are other things to try first.

Has it got something to do with Moto Display? DND doesn't automatically deactivate the sensors like Moto Assist used to keep the screen dark and the phone still flashes notifications at night. Does that consumer battery?
You can choose the screen to go dark from 11pm-6am in Moto Display, but they removed the option to define custom timings. The flashing interval for Moto Display also seems to have been reduced which becomes a little annoying.

It kind of works for me. Expect to lose 8-10% whole night because Motorola radios take up more juice than any other manufacturer. Without Doze, this drain was upto 14% per night.

By radios, you mean 3G/4G and wifi? If so, isn't Doze supposed to turn those off for long periods of time anyway?
I'm going to try and turn off Moto Display for a while and see if that makes a big difference.
EDIT: Turning Moto Display off didn't help at all. Last night the battery dropped 15%. Also, I have 2 alarms, set 15 minutes apart, that only went off when I unlocked the phone 30 minutes after the last one was supposed to go off. I use Circle Alarm, so I'll be switching to the stock alarm app to avoid this.

Doze never turns off radios, rather turns off apps' ability to wake up device (or communicate with radios and push information to the user). The cellular radios take up more battery in Moto X than other phone. So, expect 8-10% drop per night (in a nexus 5, drop per night is 5-7%). Anything higher than that, maybe some apps are rogue. Try to find out what apps are waking up your device. BTW, Moto Display doesn't take up much battery because it runs off the DSP, not the main cores, and second, the phone has AMOLED panel, which lights up only the needed pixels.

Here it happens like this: I go to recovery and Wipe Cache, then leave the phone idle: doze works, losing roughly 3% in 8 hrs. The second time I let my phone idle, doze doesn't work anymore (I guess?), losing about 10% in 8hrs. I did a clean install btw, wiped /system, /data, /cache and even done a factory reset later. Battery is still not that bad, I just think that I could do better at standby, especially when on 4G/LTE... I'm currently getting around 4h30 on WiFi and 3h30 on 4G, in a 15 - 17hrs period, with good coverage, 30-50% brightness and sync on.
The thing that is annoying me the most on this 6.0 is the heads-up notification... This "Operator Info" keeps popping up when I receive a notification, and when I'm on ladscape while on immersive mode, the area where the status bar is supposed to be get's like this:

So it seems possible to get the 3% drop overnight....
Also, I'm not having the "Operator Info" problem. Mine doesn't show the operator at all, and I can no longer find the option to turn it on/off

I tried this:
- wipe app cache
- wipe system cache
- turn off wifi scan
- clear radio settings
Now if I let the phone without interaction for some time it doesn´t drain the battery and it consumes only 5 to 7% over night (about 7 to 8 hours).

Turning off wifi scan seems like it could do the trick. I'm trying this tonight.
Also, what do you mean by "clear radio settings" and how do you do that?

Sorry, I meant clear network settings.
Just go to Settings > Backup and reset > Network settings reset to clear all your connection data

[Q] Battery Problems - falling from 70 to 0 %

Hello,
i have a bad problem with my LG starting from day one when i bought it. I tried many things now, to no avail.
The problem is that sometimes my battery falls from high percent value to 0 just in one second. then the mobile goes out and i have to charge it, even it was nearly full some minutes ago.
Another problem is a warm mobile in standby mode when i have mobile inet active, and battery wont last longer than 4 hours. With WIFI it doesnt get warm but starts to decerase RAM until the mobile is unusable (timeouts, freezes, ect)
So there are 3 problems, i think related together somehow:
1. sudden Akku drainage, falling from high percent value to zero
2. fast akku drainage with mobile inet on, doesnt fall from #to zero, but get used up very fast
3. Unusable mobile due to RAM issues when WIFI activated.
Here are following some pics and a Log attached from Android Stats. Here you can see starting at 9.34 the bettery recalculations, in very short timeframes.
Can someone see any issues from the log what could be the problem?
The situation was like this: I recharged yesterday evening, and turned mobile inet on. Then i went to sleep. In the morning i saw that i had no connection to google servers (icons white instead on green) but i saw the battery was only drained 2% over night so i thought not bad.
I reactivated internet (mobile) in hope to get conn to google servers. Well, i got it but in same time the battery got drained from 98% to just 40% in one second. Since then the mobile stays warm. I have auto sync deactivated.

I forgot:
Android 2.3.4 original, rooted but nothing changed on firmware/rom/baseband/anything
So i inserted screens now.
you have some kind of background application that doesnt let your phone enter deep sleep mode to lower cpu frequency and conserve battery (phone is awake when screen is not on, you can see the activity in the pictures). you should check what app is using most of the CPU time, it might not be code optimized and might be sucking too much of the battery.
also, it might help resetting the battery stats, search a bit and find some info on that (short version, charge it to 100%, let it for another hour plugged in, go in CM, delete battery stats, restart).
worst case scenario, your battery is busted and a replacement might be needed. hope that helps.
andrei.je said:
just a hint : most battery consumption can be checked in the battery stats, on the activity graph : awake vs screen on - if awake and screen on are not synced in the activity graph (should have same lines) then you have a problem. meaning when your phone has its screen off it should go into deep sleep mode (lower cpu frequency) but if you the phone is awake while screen is off, you have an application installed that won't let your phone sleep and just keeps using the cpu and sucking the battery.
this is mostly applied to standby battery life, if you are playing a game/watching a movie, doesn't really matter screen is on, cpu/gpu is sucking the battery.
my worst battery life while i had the O2X was about 16h, but that's with normal phone use (no games - you can have a psp for that, no music - you can have an ipod for that), mostly emails, browsing, IMs, calls/texts all day long also best battery life was 2d 10h (mostly on standby)

Thanks for also answering my post on the other topic.
It may be that theres an app that keep our phone from sleep, but even with this app, when i dont turn on wifi or mobile internet, the mobile runs 6 days straight. This is no joke, offline it could hold 6 days, i have a screen of where it looses 8% in 28 hours. And as you can see on my screen, it happens from one second to the other.
I already changed the phone the third time now, even with very few installed apps, this remains. I had it first time on day one when bought th mobile. Since then in all 3 mobiles maybe 15 times.
Anyway, it bothered me, but not as much as that the phone went nearly unusable with internet active. Always at 50 mb ram. So it was basically an offline only phone. In my 2 tests, both 5 days without internet, the mobile neither went slow, nor went off, nor lost battry, nor anything. Very fast LG OS. Until internet...
Anyway, now i installed Chuck Norris CM /MIUI ROM, lets see what happens. Until now its so smooth and soft, it feels like a complete other mobile. Also with wifi active... but i cannot say anything until tomorrow.
I tested already a lot of System Analyzer apps but theres really not much to see. Nothing seem to use much battery in whole. At least nothing that explains a loss of 70% in 5 seconds.
I posted a log here, thats the best thing to see i guess, but i cannot really read it well :-(
Anyway, your help is appreciated

I think the problem is caused by the battery stat file. Avoiding the techinical causes you should only charge the phone untill 100% and using battery calibration (you can donwload it for free from market) calibrate the battery! Hope to be helpful ^_*

[Q] Weird "battery drain" when lightly using the phone

Hello !
I just bought my P880 two days ago and everything is great except one thing: battery drain. It is not occouring in background when phone is in Deep sleep, it doesn't lose charge while it's sleeping, but when I just unlock it/start using it, it just starts draining.
I have rooted it, and unrooted using SuperSU. The thing is I haven't experienced that kind of drain yesterday, it was working fine except drain caused by bad signal (badly inserted SIM).
Usage by Android System is at 50% over 5 hours, Screen is at 9%. Awake graphs are the same as Screen on graphs- no wakelocks.
I have these apps installed:
Prey Anti Theft
Skype (not running)
Adobe Reader
SoundHound
Disco Light
QR Droid
Sygic (not running)
X-plore
SwiftKey 3 keyboard
WiFi, GPS, Data, everything turned off except mobile signal
Running Internation version with Android 4.0.3, Kernel 2.6.39.4-00001-g0f9182c
Mobile network type is EDGE:2 with mobile signal -70dBm
I'm first time android user and this is my first problem so I tried to include as much info as possible.
Thanks in advance
I see 2 mayor issues, first is the android deft app, it may be running and trying to sync but bcz the data is off it will try to connect foreva.
Also, edge is (in other words) ROAMING and this forces the antenna to use more power to get signal from another provider, it get worst if you have a phone with sim card.

Thanks for pointing that out, but I have disabled every sync and I have set phone to 2G mode only, the reason is that UMTS signal was low and was draining battery even more.
I am only losing sharge when just doing random things on phone, even if that means only adding/removing widgets/apps on main screen with WiFi off.
Then you must try the Deodexed version of v10f, removing the bloatware with the script in the same thread.
The issue may be some lg apps that are running in the background so doing this will have 6 hours in standby time with 100% still, like me (if I turn all radios off ).
I have just woken up, while sleeping (9h) phone was awake for about 50%, no wakelocks but there were 30 alarms from Android/Google maps ans 29 alarms from com.google.android.gsf
Hope this helps.
I may try custom ROMs if nothing else works.
While typing this message I have lost 7%.
Similar state here as the OP. Got the phone two days ago.
All is good, it rooted OK, Directory Bind works fine, phone runs like hell (about 10 times faster than my old Galaxy S) BUT it drains battery like a genuine power guzzler.
Ok I get that according to the performance you get, it comes with an accordingly high power draw, so I don't ***** about it, I just want to know if this is normal. I mean I played 2 hours and 15 minutes of Sprinkle and the battery died, starting from a full charge. Screen was set at 50%.
GPS is off, Bluetooth is off, no 3G mobile network and screen is at 50% brightness as I said. There's an NFC icon on the notification bar next to the battery icon, which I am not sure if it should be there.
Here are a couple of shots from the battery section of the phone and from Battery monitor widget if these help.

Please note that as the OP said, the phone consumes nearly nothing when idling. Firmware is 10f.
PS I am not trying to hijack the OP's thread. I just noticed the same behavior and I'd like some help on the same matter, as well as to contribute in whatever way I can. If the OP is offended somehow, I will gladly start a new thread.
@psolord No, not offended at all. I'm glad you posted actually.
My phone has encountered 20 more Alarms, wake ups since I left it standing:
com.google.android.apps.maps Wakeups: 50
com.google.android.gsf Wakeups: 45
You can see pictures below, the drop on the second picture happened when I was writing me previous post from P880.
- I am also rooted again (after factory restore)
- I have reenabled 3G networks but the signal is only at about 50%.
Any additional info please ?
Ok buddy, so we can keep discussing it here together.
For the matter at hand, I see the same behavior, when I unlock the screen, it's like I have opened a whole in the battery.
It dropped from 85% to 65% just from downloading a new map (500MB, 20min download on a slow wifi) from Sygic downloader. I mean this can't be right, right?
I also checked cpu spy and it reports the system 75% at deep idle, 15% at 51Mhz and the rest are 0% to 1% up to 1500Mhz. So if the cpu has so little operation, what on earth is draining the battery?
I wonder if we could be looking at a bad battery batch.
Is there an app that reports exactly what activity consumes power and how much?
Indeed, the hole in the battery.
I even restored to factory from recovery mode since I screwed up the root, so it was just stock, but guess what, nothing has changed :crying:
I really hope this can get fixed, else I'll get a replacement.
I hope someone from this forum with more experience can help :/
I think I am onto something.
Can you please check how is the phone doing if you disable everything under location and services?

I am going to try this, I am also talking to LG Support right now. WIll let you know when I get more information.
I disabled everything, and I didn't see pretty much any improvement. LG Support suggested me to return the phone.
Pretty much draining the battery atm so I can charge it back to 100% and use something like Battery Calibration. Maybe it can change something.
Yeah indeed I was onto nothing. Nothing changed for me either.
Playing 30mins of a 720P resulted my battery dropping from 62% to 50%. I also used the gps for the first time with Sygic (Jesus even the GPS is lightning fast) and the battery went from 50% to 30% for a 20 minute ride. It seems that my phone cannot give me more than 2 hours of use. That's just silly.
BTW do you or anybody, know of an app that can show battery usage per app?

Stock application ?
Also you can use Better Battery Stats to see if there are any wakelocks or anything is waking up the phone etc.
What is happening right now is rather strange, I disabled screen turning off (trying to drain battery to 1%/2%) looking at stock battery app, it seems to be stuck at 21% and it's not changing.
The stock application does not do so much analysis, but the batterystats you used above seems more like it.
I am getting panicked and I miss some stuff haha. Ok lets cool.
It makes me sad that we don't get any input from the community. Something like "yeah this is normal, live with it" or "your phone is faulty, take it back to the shop for a replacement" or something.
Agreed, ANY, ANY kind of input would be appreciated, but I guess we are getting none.
I am going to fully charge it today, do some stuff and report back tommorow. Also anyone, please do post any suggestion you may have.

Maybe this has to do something with the built in power saver. Maybe it kicks in when the battery drops to the 20s and stops whatever is draining it.
I am thinking trying some battery saver to see if it does the same thing but from the beginning of the full charge.

Actually I have disabled it when it asked me if it should turn on. So I guess nothing to do with that.
I am going to backup now, fully unroot and somehow get it to pure stock. Than I'm probably going to exchange the phone in case battery life doesn't change.

Cell standby destroying battery life

So I use WiFi for about 95% of the day, and it appears the verizon models suffer from cell standby... I have smart network switch turned off as well. My screen on time at the moment of this picture was 1.5 hrs. Here's a picture

Not sure it's an issue
Cell standby is also the main cause of battery drain in mine, but I'm not actually sure this is an issue. Something has to have the highest impact on battery and it makes sense that it's cell standby because that's the only thing that's on constantly (unless airplane mode is on). The actual battery performance seems to be as advertised, so I'm not complaining.
It makes sense... 2 radios drain the battery faster than 1. WiFi is only to save on your tiered data plans imo.
I believe I saw that if you disable VoLTE or Enhanced 4G that this symptom goes away.
I was reading through the AT&T S6 Edge forum. I'd post a link, but I wasn't able to locate it again.

Isn't VoLTE disabled by default on Verizon phones under the alias of advanced calling? I haven't seen a menu for enhanced 4G either...
End of the day stats are hovering at around 3 hours and 20 minutes screen on time with 12% remaining, auto brightness with cell standby at a whopping 54% while my screen is at 8%. The hell?

VoLTE has nothing to do with it, tested 3 days of VoLTE on, and 2 days off. No difference, and my Cell Standby usage is up in the 40% at the end of every day.
I noticed that as soon I conenect to wifi stand by start to raise, disconect and stop, is kind of weird
problem fixed!
The fix was this:
1) turn off phone
2) hold volume up, home button, power button until it boots into recovery
3) wipe cache partition
4) reboot
5) turn ON advanced calling
I was able fix my battery drain problem. Most forums will tell you to disable hd calling but on the verizon model it is off by default. Turning it on and clearing your cache fixes the cell standby issue. When you turn it on it will ask you to activate. Don't worry, its free. My battery life went from 6 to 14 hours with heavy use. No it does not affect internal memory (pics, music, etc.) or apps. @ humblesheep I was pretty amazed by how much of a difference it made. There are a couple of other things you can do as well such as disabling location services and bloatware apps that can increase battery life.

I just wanted to say thank you. I have been trying to figure this out for days. Can't wait to have a good battery life!
Fix for cell standby bug is to go to Settings > Wi-Fi > more > advanced then make it look like this.
This is for the people that are having issues with the battery draining while on wifi only.
Setup like image below and it should fix your issues.
worked for me, I think

I did this an dumped a couple apps that I had downloaded. But I think this is what finally did it. Standby was at 50% most of the time and I couldn't keep the phone charged, and charging took forever. The standby has been at 1% all day. I didn't do the advanced calling part. I couldn't figure out where that was, but it still worked.
I've tried this several times but it doesn't seem to help. Could it be because I'm rooted? Cell standby is completely murdering my battery. Today it used 41% of my battery. Any other suggestions?
i did this and my cell standby got worse but a lot (went from 5% to 20% after that process) any suggestions on what happened? i followed all the steps

I had this issue when I first got my phone. The battery was terrible when on wifi at home and great with wifi turned off. Eventually I signed onto wifi while at the office and the issue was gone. Once I figured out my home router was the issue, I created a guest network on my router where devices couldn't talk to each other. After I joined that, battery life was then good at home.
I did a network capture and found that my Plex server was constantly sending out broadcasts, which may have been keeping the phone from sleeping properly.

Poor battery performance, what to do?

Hey guys, I'm wondering what can I do to improve my Note 8 battery life. Seems to me that is draining and I do not get the chance to use it too much. Maybe you have an idea how to optimize and track the apps are overusing the battery, so far I was not able to detect which app/component drains my battery. Even Samsung seems that doesn't know since there is no message regarding background processes with heavy usage.
Basically I finished fully charging at 9:15 AM and now 16:15PM time I started to write the post and make the screenshots, it has 16%. What I did all this time with the phone, was:
- a bit of browsing,
- make one NFC payment,
- have the S3 gear connected on bluetooth.
- few twitter messages and viber really small usage. (less than 40 messages overall)
So here are my settings
- WIFI is off and I'm using 3G connection (I stopped LTE thinking that requires more battery.. , correct me if I'm wrong please),
- screen not even on 50% and auto brightness off (using HD+ and a dark theme, everything is so dark!)
- AOD
- no led, no gestures (most of them I turn off for testing purpose)
- Medium battery saver on.
- No phone calls
- few notifications (not more than 20, also the notification is optimized to apps I'm concerned)
Any suggestion how to make it to end of working day .. at least?
I was waiting so long for a new note and now I'm a bit disappointed and I hope that is something I do wrong..
Funny is I just realized that by mistake I put the phone on airplane mode while making the screenshots, still percentage was flying away even like this. I lost 2% making screenshots in a matter of couple of minutes.
Please find the screenshots attached in the link down bellow, were to big to add them to the post.

you might have some apps draining battery. I'm used to a rooted phone, so I'd always check with wakelock detector, but I'm not sure what you can do without installing an app as a system app.
Try factory resetting your phone and using it without installing anything for a day and see what the battery life is like. If it's significantly better, install your apps 1 by 1 until you find out which one is causing unnecessary cpu cycles or wakelocks.

But I wonder, I shouldn't see the heavy usage on the battery info page? Like which app does most of the usage and time spend in the background or CPU?
I had excessive battery drain, about 10-11% an hour with every off . A full factory reset cured the problem.
What's your screen on time usage? 5-6 is probably the normal amount you would get with most phones (This is the most important thing if nothings draining the battery). And yes, it seems you might need a factory reset.

You won't always see this as it could be a byproduct causing a kernel wakelock.
Either way, something is acting incorrectly. The only way to really figure it out is to start over and try things slowly till you find out what it is.
For instance, on my nvidia shield tablet k-1, I was getting horrendous battery life on every single rom, stock or AOSP/Lineage. I found that I was getting 30% wakelock killing ~20% battery life per day when it should be sub 5%. I found that wifi was causing these kernel wakelocks and setting wifi to be disabled with the screen off unless charging fixed the issue entirely.
Now, that anecdote likely has nothing to do with what you're experiencing, but note that you can usually find out what's wrong from trial and error.
I've had my note 8 for 6 days now, and battery life is excellent, i mean i have wi-fi and 4g lte on all the time, bluetooth on all the time, sync with 3 emails, Facebook, weather widget, weather screen refresh every 30mins, location high accuracy, edge lighting, aod schedule 7pm-7am, was 100% at 6am, played games on it lots, used the phone 2x, 1 hour call and a 30 mins call, text messages, it's 130pm and I'm at 55%, try a factory reset then log in to your gmail then just try to update the phone if there is any. Then reboot then start installing your apps. If it doesn't work call carrier customer service and complain about the battery not holding up like some people you know who has note 8. They might replace it with a new one.

Phone died 15-20 minutes after I did the screenshots, so a bit more than 2 hours...
So.. yeah.. I will try a factory reset and start install all the apps bit by bit and see which one causes the troubles.. hopefully is nothing more than that.
Did you restore a backup or did you load your apps fresh from the play store?
I've had horrible luck with issues like battery life restoring from backups. I always install apps fresh.

My battery life is also not great but im using full resolution and when i remember time when i got S6 edge on launch....the battery was horrible but after few updates it was perfect so stay strong and wait a bit

can you translate "not great" in hours? Because I will say that mine is second after horrible.. with update done.
I will start the reset in a short while and I will test it tomorrow with minimum apps installed.. those which I really must have in a working day..
Maximum 5 hrs on wifi normally about 3-4 battery is not great on note yet....some optimalization would be nice
I use Ampere to monitor the instan drain of current. In a quiet situation (screen on, internet or tapatalk browsing, gear connected, wifi and data turned on) you should have something 200 mA drain.

Maybe some of the settings changes you're making are somehow rendering your phone less efficient.
I have the USA unlocked version and use it as it came without changing to a dark theme or turning anything off and the battery life is much better than yours.

I restored from a helium backup. My battery life wasn't good for about a week but it did last all day down to 20-30% at the end of the day. After a week it has improved maybe due to apps updating. Now I'm at 70-80% at the end of the day with moderate use. I have disabled several apps I didn't need as well.
Seems like it's hit or miss with the battery life. I see a lot of people happy and some are having problems. Hopefully Samsung might push a update to help.
Get cpu spy and verify that your devoce is going into deep sleep when off(mine wasnt at first until i froze/removed some rouge apps). Install accubattery and do a benchmark and see how your battery does. At least do 6 discharge cycles first to see an average. Also, in device maintenance, you can make all apps doze when not being used now.. this is a new feature. Add all of your apps and they get put to sleep immediately. I get 8 hours SOT this way

You dont have to use med battery saver either, just read my reply on this thread and you will be good. You may have to experiment a little to get your device to go into deep sleep when screen off. Mine didnt at first. Its on my other comment

I got back from work and my phone was at 75% that's between 9:30am and 6:30 pm. So my battery life is pretty good. I lose about 5% overnight.
I average 7hrs screen time Got 8hrs yesterday

Question Pixel 7 Battery Drain in Phone Idle

I've been noticing huge battery drain on my Pixel 7 after the March update. No particular apps are draining the battery, phone idle alone does it.
I thought after the June update, it will make the battery backup better but I think it made it even worse. Last night I charged my phone to 100% and slept by turning off WiFi and mobile data. I even kept my network type to 3G to avoid background activities from 4G. And waking up after 5-6 hrs of sleep, I found my battery to be 89%. Screenshot is attached below. This is very disappointing. I bought this phone on February. It has not been a year and this is the performance I get from a flagship?
Clearly, this is not normal. Phone Idle draining 78%(of the 11% actual battery drain) of my phone's battery is crazy. I used to get 2 days of battery backup before that March update. And now I can hardly survive 16hrs. Please help me with a fix.
Notes:
Country: Bangladesh
I use dual SIM. 1 physical and 1 e-SIM.

Factory reset, then be careful what you install.
You didn't use anything on the device though. The phone is idling more than doing any other task. So of course 78% of that small amount of battery drain is going to be due to the idle because idling is what is doing 78% of the time. I really don't see any issue here. I mean you only lost 11% battery over 4 hours and that first 15% drains quicker because lithium ion battery drain isn't linear. That first 10% always goes faster than the rest of the device. If it really bothers you, I would suggest changing the doze parameters to wear it disables the sensors on the device until it's unlocked.
Also, I just noticed that you have no mobile data on either SIM card. The phone is looking for a signal constantly and not getting it, that alone will drain battery, not to mention using dual sims has been known to affect battery life as well. Is the phone in airplane mode in that picture?
You aren't alone. I've been fighting the same issue with the battery drain since March. Up until the June update my excessive battery drain was showing as "Mobile network" but now it shows as "Phone idle". Strangely it drains the most when not in use. I've already done a factory reset and ended up with the exact same issue instantly.
It may be worth trying to disable the "adaptive connectivity" setting and see if that helps. I live in a weak 5g area and my phone was constantly switching between LTE and 5g causing signal drops and battery drain for me. I turned it off and it helped with both issues.
Settings, network & internet, scroll down to the bottom.

Not in airplane mode. I turned off Data then why would it constantly look for signal?

I guess I should have asked first, I wasn't sure if you turned data off or not, I guess that's what led to the airplane mode. What about in developer options? Is mobile data always active still set to true?
Anyone with this issue my best suggestion would be use some kind of doze optimization mod. I know nap time is kind of outdated but some things still work correctly. I believe all of it does except for the GMS does magisk module. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom there's a setting that says wait for unlock. That keeps the phone in deep doze mode until you unlock the device, which also keeps the sensors turned off as well. Another option is diamond John's app Temefi. In the search box, type in doze, and you'll see a place where you can choose from several different Doze profiles. For this you need root, but if you're not rooted I would stick with nap time which just needs some ADB commands entered
i think it's a bug, i have no drain but look at the screenshot
"telefono inattivo" is phone idle, same percent but 1hr and more compared to yours, strange, indeed i've no drain
i always keep data, wifi and bluetooth on, since i work in a place where there's no 100% coverage of wifi, and bluetooth for smartwatch connection
have you tried safe mode?
