So yesterday I wanted to experiment on my phone so I can find a way to root android 6.0. Me thinking download mode would wor , after that my PC won't detect download mode but can detect recovery mode and I already flashed zv9 recovery. So that's why I need the zv 9 ZIP file not the TOT file I can't flash the zv6 update via recovery because it gives me an error expecting different fungerprint builds.

I badly need stock boot.img for 4.2.2
or a method of how i can extract kdz file to get boot.img from the Stock Rom.
i get irritating CDC serial driver failure in Windows 7 due to wich i guess the Stock Rom is refuse to flash. it simply fails in download mode.
only option i have is unroot the device, download OTA and flash OTA but before all this got to push stock boot.img as while flashing OTA it restarts on custom recovery screen.
if any body else have a better suggestion, I'm all ears.

I have the same problem.
I have updated from 5.0.2 to 6.0.1 (I tried different firmwares found here) and now the phone doesn't boot anymore (it says something about DRK) and goes automatically into recovery mode.
Download mode still working but I don't know what to flash anymore....I can't downgrade to 5.0.2 since the bootloader doesn't allow and I can't try to upgrade to Nougat since "install zip from adb" in original recovery doesn't work...

I had the same issue after trying MM ROM from 5.1.1. Finally I solved this issue following step.
1) My trial MM ROM is PK5 version
2) I try Download ROM (full 4 files) via Odin
3) The issue is remained. I try Download ROM via Odin which is 5.1.1 root version in development board. In recovery mode, you can select reboot. Then phone is freezed with galaxy logo screen without entering recovery mode again.
4) I retry Download PK5 AP ROM only via Odin.
Then phone start to work normally with MM.
But it is not fixed issue. If you enter recovery mode. You will meet the DRK error again.
Anyway, I hope you can slove DRK error issue

I have received a notification about a sw upgrade from pra-lx2c636b160 to b166. After downloading the file w/c is around 613mb, the phone says it will reboot. But the update always fail on twrp. Is there anyway like reverting back to stock recovery so that the update won't fail? Also I would like to how to revert into stock recovery.

Could I flash a lower version w/o getting any error? I was looking for a version pralx2c636b160 or higher but could not find any. After downloading the update file twrp would start to flash it but would stop on an error, could it be version 3.1.12 twrp is not compatible with the update file? Could you send links for the full flashfile and stock recovery.?

I flashed stock recovery and tried the ota update, but still cannot complete the update process.
All is well now, I did a full wipe. Then hit update.....now the phone will download the full ota file worth 2.36 GB. Install and it's as good as new.

can you explain how did you do because i have the same problem ^^'
I just flash the stock recovery via twrp and did a full reset. Then update your phone via ota, the file should be more than 2gb, that means it is the full package.

I flashed the stock firmware and managed to install magisk through TWRP. The issue is that I didn't go into recovery straight from fastboot :laugh:
Hi guys , i have some problems, i was tryng to update the firmware from old one to WW-ZS661KS-31.0210.0210.236-REL-2206-M3.35.19.25-ASUS_1.1.5-user-20220722 , i have fallowed the istruction and i had run the zs661ks_raw_flashall.bat file, but then i find out there is no OS on my phone. i can enter to Recovery, and my pc can see it when i plug it in fastboot mode , but i can't be able to install anything over now, if i try to flash a custom rom via Tool All in one, i get this error :
