I tried to unroot my phone via the uninstaller on superSU and it bricked my phone
So i had accidently attempted to flash G900A_Downgrade_to_NCE.tar....I am on OC4....apparently this is bad, as it says to not do this for this version...
I've tried so many things close to giving up and getting a new phone. Ive tried flashing G900A_OC4_Stock_Kernel.tar.md5 , G900A_OC4_Stock_Partitions.tar.md5, among other things.
Spent several hours trying to get this thing working to no avail..
I can get to both recovery and download mode, is there anything that can be done?

I've been trying to fix this problem for the day, trying to search for different things and can't seem to find any answers. My phone just bootloops on that nexus x screen and I can only get into bootloader, recovery just freezes up on me so I can't get into that. I don't know if its fixable or not. I've tried flashing recovery in fastboot, tried to use update to flash a new rom, and other things, but nothing. Any help?
Also I had oxygenmod and blackrose installed when the phone was working fine.
Hello,
i somehow lost the Recovery Mode on my Z1, i think it happend after the Update of Rock Z1L 2.1 but i'm not sure about that, since i also did some other stuff since that time, like trying out Wakelooks.
The strange thing ist, NDR Tools is still installed, it just can't boot into Recovery.. Any ideas how i get it back?
If you a re root, you only need to go to NUT's donwloads, download the installer, plug your device to the computer, and install it again... Should work.
Good luck
Dont update Busybox, that causes the recovery loss. Had it several times before i found out.

Hey all i apologize in advance im really new to all this stuff. I have a d950 it was rooted (cwm kept saying root was lost) and im using the stock ROM. The other day i got an update notification on my phone i kept ignoring it for a few days and one day i turn my phone over and its in CWM. I tried to use the restores that i had created with no luck and somehow ended up erasing my phone as in all the restores and anything else is gone. I have been lurking here for about a week trying different things the phone wont boot to any mode except CWM. First the drivers would not work with the phone ended up having to modify the google usb drivers since the lg ones would not work. I was then able to push stock firmware that i found into the phone but when i try to install it says installation aborted after about a second. I have read that its more then likely because it isnt compatible with my phone but it said it was for the d950. I then tried to enter fastboot with no luck just still cycling between the LG logo or CWM. At this point any help would be appreciated before i give up and have to get another phone.

Phone has been in the ****ter for the past day. Stuck on boot loop. I tried flashing the most recent stock firmware. It would not do it and kept throwing auth failed signs at me. I tried other stock firmwares for tmobile with no sucess. I Tried throwing them on my sdcard and installing through there in TWRP, but I keep getting md5 auth failures. I have wiped, factory reset, and cleaned house many times. Nothing works. Im at my wits end. Someone please help
I'm a guest to this forum..but same thing happened to me about 5 days ago. Last thing I remember seeing is the 5. update trying to take place and I was just about OUT of Internal memory (with NO microSD card). Phone just kept rebooting. I was able to do a Factory Wipe (Both in the OS and in the Recovery Mode)....Neither worked even though they appeared to be successful. Phone just came back with ALL of my data still intact. The other weird thing...I had about 60 seconds before phone decided to reboot each time. During those 60 seconds I was able to delete files, pictures, etc. to save space. As soon as the phone rebooted those same files were back! Very frustrating. Still having the issue.
im not sure what states either of you guys are in, but you can look on craigslist for people that do flashing. you make need to do a odin rebuild because the partitions are ****ed.
you can repair it yourself but with pure caution.
Have you tried flashing in download mode with your computer through ODIN? If twrp doesn't work, that's what I go to next.
You could also try flashing the firmware without the MD5 file and I believe twrp will skip the check. (not positive on this one)
Figured it out on my own. Flashed CF autoroot. Then flashed 5.1.1 which is the most up to date firmware. Im not sure if the issue was because I was doing 5.1.0 and didnt realize that was the most UTD version, or if CF to 5.1.1 was the trigger. Either way, it worked.
Hello, first of all sorry for my lack of tech knowledge.
So, I rooted my phone and tried to use Magisk for Gcam. Could not make it work so I was going to unroot my phone and started by unistalling magisk.
When I did it, it went to restart and I got the "no command" massage. By reading articles I first went to factory reset. I didn't work.
Later I tried Installing the TWRP, firstly it got me a black screen, but now I used adb to try to get to fastboot again to unistall it got stuck with a Android One logo freeze and I can't get to the fastboot.
No idea on what to do.
Edit: got to fastboot again by pressing power and vol down for a couple of seconds
A guy on Reddit solved it. All I had to do was to flash the stock boot.img I had before the root. I tried a couple until It was the right one and my phone resurrected.
FOR OTHER USERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM: IF YOU GET "NO COMMAND" AFTER UNROOTING WITH MAGISK : flash the stock boot.img
If you are bricked with magisk then dont waste your time on flashing via fastboot sideload because nothing can unbrick.
The only way to recover your phone is via EDL mode ,
Search in the fourm and go through test point , your phone will be alive .

This is probably one of the reasons why you bricked it in the first place. Don't just "try some", but read the forum over and over again until you're 100% sure you flash the right thing (rom, recovery, boot,..) for your particular phone version from the first time!
You were lucky to be able to resurrect it now, but flashing wrong things doesn't always give you that second chance!
That being said, rooting your phone with magisk and getting gcam to work is pretty easy, if you find the right tutorial for your specific device and follow their steps.
