i ve been looking for clockworkmod recovery flashable tar .... anyone can share it plz ??
p.s: dont wanna use rom manager to do so

don't know just 1 that i saw on a thread and thought 'can't hurt to have it' i might need it 1 day
I got it off another thread on XDA and the name has not been changed so you might be able to locate the original thread if you search for the name of the file

nope ... didnt work on 2.3.6, had to flash chainfire's cf-root ... didnt want to root

But you can't use ClockWorkMod without root, cause it might result strange things like brick.

U can use it without root if u know what you re doing

Root P990 stock rom ???

Recently I have updated my phone to the latest LG firmware and now it has no root..
I have tried with the latest version of SuperOneClick but with no success ..
Any idea how to root it ?

Had this problem myself. Use the all in one tool from the dev forum. There is a step by step guide when you start it

I don't know exactly. I'm from Europe. Mine is an XT1068. So it should work!

please, where do I have to write this command ( fastboot flash recovery ) ? In cmd in windows or in terminal in Linux? And what do i have to do to prepare my phone for this command? I would really love if someone would post and entire quick guide in steps for flashing the recovery and rooting (if it is possible)
