"Crystal 2 is a mix of transparent textures and blueish icons. Based on the original idea (Crystal CM7 Theme), but with a different orientation this time, Crystal 2 was made in order to be a lightweight, impressive theme that would be friendly to the Holo UI design Guidelines. That means that I avoided to add any sloppy icons and additions. This is my personal theme and since it has reached a nice level, i've decided to share it with all of you..

Looks better with dark wallpapers

The theme is compatible with official CM10.1 roms. Before reporting any bug, make sure you DON'T USE different forks of these roms, or roms with old/deprecated code

Installation Guide:
1.Download the proper .zip for your resolution

Thank you for your kind words.
Although I respect the work that is done on MIUI roms, I'd always stuck with pure CM. The roms we use is always a matter of personal taste
PS: Crystal2 is developed on a Galaxy Nexus (XHDPI) and a Desire HD (HDPI), so be sure that it is working 100% properly

Hello mjs2011,
No it will not work properly on CM9 (several differences in drawables etc would make it look wrong), that's why I've limited the play downloads to 4.1 and above!

Hello belerephont,
The new circle battery feature is NOT based on drawables (icons), but in pure code. That means that I can not do much about it, as theme-chooser cannot handle these kind of redirections

But the battery and signal bar and wifi etc ARE themed! I designed the icons, as similar as possible to keep up with the original JB guidelines. Check this out:
My icons use a smooth gradient and is bevelled a bit, plus it has a small amount of glow.
I decided to keep the original shapes because they look beautiful.

Is it possible to set the same wallpaper for lockscreen as the home screen so that the wallpaper dont change when i unlock?
This is BY FAR THE BEST CM12 theme as per my taste, I have tried so many themes, paid + free, this one is so far the best.

For me everthing is working fine
Really the only i am missing is themed whatsapp , the best like hangouts color ('both chat bubbles white as in hangouts ), all other is more then perfect.

After two times Banned i give up with WA Plus or MD , i know my luck. Would be great when you theme it but please no colored chat bubbles , same look as hangouts and i am 100% happy , colored chat bubbles make me crazy.
That's one plus of the theme , settings menu, dialer are blacked , things like play store are white ( background ) , that's what i like.

Enhancement should work on any device running Marshmallow and CM13 theme engine (minimum: hdpi resolution is recommended for better quality). Tablets are not officially supported.
1. Be sure to have a compatible custom ROM
2. Download the apk file and install it
3. A notification will appear into your notification panel. Click on it to be redirected to Settings > Themes > Enhancement.
4. Check the features you want to apply and confirm.
5. Reboot.

Nice theme. I'm loving it. There is a problem with icons on white background. Some notifications can't be read. Otherwise is great. I love the penguins on the droids

bro check out the nav bar of my google launcher
and the nav bar & status bar of trebuchet launcher for cm11, it looks a bit white but its different in this screenshot lol, i will upload the launcher

At first, I only support CM13.
The navbar should be white for all apps except the ones that use specific codes/colors (I can't work on every app of course).
That's why I used dark/gray icons: good contrast on a white navbar but we can still see the icons on a black navbar.
About the statusbar, I'll only add a white statusbar for specific apps because some apps use their own color codes (e.g dark headers) and others don't use the Material Design guidelines so the icons cant' be inverted.
Finally I only support FLOSS softwares so no Google apps here

-If IncallUI statusbar color is red, goto Settings->SimCards and change the sim color to blue(or any other color) to fix it.
-Dark theme for some apps may break after applying the theme(eg.xda labs,magisk manager,etc), so it is recommended to disable the particular overlay to prevent any issue.
-QS battery tile may not be themed on some roms. This happens because they do not have the required commits to get it themed properly, so there is nothing i can do from my part to fix it.
-Few apps(dialer,calculator,gallery,etc) have type2 overlays. Make sure to select the rom you are using if mentioned.
-If the icons in InCallUi statusbar from AOSP dialer are not inverted with default overlay, apply the alternate overlay provided.
-For bug reports and support, contact via telegram @larcs
-The theme may work on RRO2 but you need to be on a rom which fully supports SUBSTRATUM to prevent any issue and receive support.

Amazing light theme. If this theme had overlays for other apps I would buy it. For now it is bare but still good. Really minimal and clean. Somethings can be changed and make them look clean otherwise just awesome to look at.

That's good to hear. I agree no one uses SuperSU and magisk UI that much. I just copied a list of apps pasted it. Later on I realised my mistake. Had to edit the list too many times.

I tried the LineageOS Settings and it is themed in some places but switches are not themed.
I have noticed themed switches show some artifacts when they are off.
Update 1.4 is live!!
PS: if you get error while applying certain overlays, goto substratum settings->enable System Fallback Interjection Bypass
PS2: Play store wont be gettings pure white ui because google locked up most of the important resources to make it happen without breaking the ui

seems auto brightness indicator in Nitrogen OS (Kenzo) and the aeroplane mode icon isn't themed, alarm text isn't visible, it'd be great if you fix it.
I really loved this theme, I am ready to pay for this, looking for more mainstream apps to be themed.
