is there any way to add international languages to DOK2? or maybe some other 5.1.1 rom?
You must install an international rom or a ported rom.
This rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/not...-maximum-ovrdrive-n5-v1-5-1-1-note-5-t3314299 will work. You need to install it and then use a language enabler from Play Store to enable all the language.

There is no russian rom. Nexus one supports the language by default
Any ROM will do, just install keyboard with Russian.
How about arabic, is there a rom for it?

You can find the roms in the dev section .tft files, but you will need to flash them with flashtool.
Though I'm not sure if they contain the Hebrew language.
Hi, I bought a note 3 for my mom, and since she only speaks Chinese, so I need to flash the rom.
I installed a international version on the phone and it worked with some flaws.
First of all, the wifi doesn't work properly. I have to manually setup the wifi every time I leave my house.
And the google instant translate doesn't work says "instant translate isn't available on this device". Seems to be the problem with the rom. It is working properly on stock rom. I switched to stock rom and tested it. It is working fine.
So, I am just wondering if anybody knows any clean rom with Chinese language in it. And if possibly it is compatible with google translate's instant translate function.
I understand that I can enable more languages using apps, but it doesnt change the system language. So I need a rom that includes Chinese.

Hi, i have the japanese versión SC01L.
I have problems with custom rom, Android block all incoming calls.
Because of that i want install an official rom and change the CSC file to add support for my country(México), otherwise I can't use US Spanish keyboard.
I appreciate the help in advance.
