hello guys !! This actually my first time and very much interested in modifying a phone , so I would say im a noob in this field . Just wanna ask your help guys been searching on the net on how to sim unlock my HTC J one HTL22 which is a gift from my sister and unfortunately didnt find any solution. Well, i found some solutions but the problem is they only apply for the lower version 1.07.....1.09....2.15. mine is actually 2.21.970.2 ....so guys if any one of you can help i would really appreciate it im really desperate to use this phone since its a gift from MY sister ..THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!

It is impossible, HTL22 is made by aliens!

why aren't devs working. on this phone ?!!

There is no roms no kernels and not even a recovery. At the LEAST. Why is there absolutely. Nothing being done and what will make you make roms kernels and recoveris ?

There are roms. My FLEX THIS stock deodexed, zipaligned, and debloated Rom is posted but the link is down due to to much traffic downloading it. And I'm working on getting another hosting site as we speak. Because I need to repost it along with the highly themed version of FLEX THIS. Using the deodexed base. There is a great MIUI posted in the dev section also. There is a stock kit Kat posted there as well. Playfulgod is working on a CM11, and several people working on getting a kernel built to allow custom recovery on kit Kat since our boot loader is locked down so tight.
But I guarantee you this, coming in here with the "its mine and I want it now and you're gonna give it to me because I'm better and spoiled" attitude will get you no support when you do flash something and mess your phone up , cuz it's obvious you don't know the back from the front when the screens not lit up nor do you care to learn and help.... Or otherwise you would be building a Rom or asking how to help or teach me please so I can help. But I hear there are lots of shiny roms on the iphone try it out. It now has 5 rows of icons.

And I've got a custom recovery on my FLEX. TWRP. And sometimes when I'm bored I use Playfulgod's FREEDOM FLEX apk to install CWM just to get a different look in recovery.

I was wondering the same but i dont bother posting cause i am patiently,eagerly,and determined to play with playfulgods cm11. I would try and help but i work loooooooong hours. Taking a vacay starting friday,so, if i can be of assisstance in helping bu ok lding a rom,please let me know how i can help. May need to walk me through some,but,not all processes. Ill be be glad to be part of the dev team. I know my way around linux,but,not a pro. So i will try my best if given a task from a dev.

I've had so many phones that have more than a hand full of roms made for them daily. So i dont mean to come off so eager and impatient. Just not use to seeing only. 2 or 3 roms. And dont jump. The gun im absolutely. Willing to learn and be tought on how to make roms and kernels. So if your willing. To teach thats even better i have plenty of free time so im available. Whenever. But thanks for.informing me on the things i didnt know about .

Sounds and looks like someone needs/should take up development, or the very least provide something valuable to the Community. Vice posting your rant/issue/want/why's. You are willing to learn, then go learn there are millions of threads that show, "how to development".....so jump in and get self-motivated. O wait but it is easier to post and yes complain, vice actually providing or learning. Now "judging" by your time on XDA and post count, I would say....Well I just say.

Doing some searching on google I found this method that claims to work and it was just published about a month ago...

Those on 444 with the old X & Ultras are waiting for jcase & others to come up with some way to get Dan Rosenberg's exploit to work. Jcase said so far root is needed.
So root alone or temporary root to unlock the boot are yet to be found.

The method you linked is enabled by an unlocked boot! All unlocked bootloaders have easy root.

This S5 rom it's fantastic and now my battery has rebirth!!!

No, it doesn't... I installed only the rom file and it has already the Gapps. You need only to update them from play store.

For me it just stuck after instalation, after boot when i select any language it show 'process stopped' error and nothing afterward....

It shows error formating /preload! Does it effect?

short battery life
I flashed this ROM yesterday and after 1 day of use I removed it due to short battery life , the official jelly bean 4.1.2 stock rom is better in battery life.

Even after rooting my k3 note all thanks to kangel bro, but still VPN is not working in my k3. Plz any expert help me find a way to make VPN work in my phone. Currently only problem I am facing in k3 is 4g LTE not working ( has K3's FDD bands are supported with carrier) and all VPNs available on google are not working. Plz will any new ROM for k3 will resolve my problem

I'm trying the impossible, I'm trying to create a AOSP and every flash if the ROM is much, otherwise it blocks the installation. Quiet, you're on velvet ...

Hi! This tutorial is too simple, only few actions

The method is fine for the firs stock ROM I had. After rooting and upgrading to VIBEUI_V2.5_1519_7.113.1_DEV_K50-T5_WC72 I lost root and the method doesn't work any more.

Bro still after adding this Rom and after rooting my phone again but still i am facing the same problem VPN and 4G Lte both are still not working in my phone. Ok H+ network is enough for me But Vpn is a must for me, Plz is their any Rom or a way to Fix my VPN problems in my K3

Hi, I am using this tool but for the last part I can not find the mentioned .zip file anywhere, that SuperUser must have created.
There is not SU or SuperUser folder on the phone anywhere, and also no files can be found in the common folders like 'downloads' etc.
What am I doing wrong?... Where can I find this file???

Does anybody know how to fix the issue where you reset your phone and the icons of apps you have deleted appear on the phone again?

I did not manage to restart in recovery mode with 3 button combination,
that is why i did it with
adb reboor recovery
command.

Ok dude. There is a tool made by the master @xancin automatically installs CarlivTouch recovery.
Instructions and more information can be found here. if you do not mind using a translator. regards

Lenovo K3 Note problem
Hi,pls help!
I rooted my Lenovo K3 Note as described...Uninstaled Chainise apps. Then phone constantly chrashed and apps icon in settings desapeared.
I flashed it then and instaled new rom but it is older version of Vibe Ui and it sais it is Beta,it is not a multilanguage version. I lost recovery too now it does not support install zip from sd card.
How can i get CWM Recovery back and get a original multilanguage Vibe UI?
