Root -> unlock bootloader -> flash CWM (look @Quarx topic cm11 in android development for the needed files).

okay.. and how can i unlock bootloader?..
on a side note : i cant enter my download mode! i tried everything

i successfully unlock bootloader but when i enter the recovery mode and open sd card to choose rom it shows me this message!!

and how can i do that?

1. Download recovery image from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/development/rom-cyanogenmod-11-lg-l90-t2831541 and push in external SD.
2. In terminal type commands:
su
dd if=/storage/external_SD/cwm.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/recovery

when i entered su command it showed me (/system/bin/sh: su: not found)

You can flash the image from @Quarx by an app (flashify, rashr, etc)
download img -> choose in app flash image (twrp of CWM) and go

If you used TowelRoot to root then you also need to install SuperSU from the Play Store.

Place TWRP-3.0.0-0.zip file in Sd card
Reboot in Recovery Mode
Install the Recovery zip
Reboot Recovery
Installation 2 (First Install) On PC
Install drivers (for PC)
Download .zip file and extract to Empty folder
"Shift+Right Click" on Folder select > Open command window here
Unlock Oem (in Developer Options)
Reboot in Bootloader Mode
Connect to the computer via USB

Click mount untick all or restart to recovery.. Automatically unmounted..

Same here... Stuck on Sony logo and yes i flashed it in recovery partition lol...

Bruh just one fricking post above..
Anw flashing a recovery is not gonna get you bootloops or bricks and stuff (unless you do it wrong)
It's just plugging in, typing one single command, and you're done
It's not that hard to try it out yourself!

It does.
It is only a recovery, not boot image.

I followed everything correctly, but I have no idea how to get into recovery mode.
Unlocked Bootloader, Enable OEM unlock, Enable USB debugging, flash TWRP and after that I have no idea how to get into recovery. Should I flash a mobile to stock?

Which EMUI version is installed?
Do you used the correct TWRP for your version (Nougat or Oreo)?
Did you flash it manually? If not try it with command:
"fastboot flash recovery PATH/TO/TWRP.IMG" for Nougat
"fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk PATH/TO/TWRP.IMG" for Oreo.
When starting TWRP the USB cable needs to be disconnected!

Also I forgot to say that my EMUI on phone is 5.1, so to use unlock code I pressed "Since EMUI 5.0".
Can you link me correct version for my phone?
The phone now works. It's booted to normal, but I can't get it work into recovery mode to access TWRP mode >.<

I can't provide any support for P10 Lite because I don't know if there are differences to P10 VTR.

Do you remember the version of ROM installed in your phone?
you need to download the specific ROM coz you need to get boot.img, parameter.img, recovery.img etc.
Here's a step by step guide that I personally used since Android 9.

I experienced that before. . after install the CN_v5.11 rom from EU_2.15 rom
what I do is "VERY SIMPLE"
I take the RECOVERY.IMG from the update.zip
flash it via Fastboot
reboot to recovery
wipe data
and then it works fine. .
