Hello my nephew was give me note 5 from Korea.

}
Please someone explain to me.
Is it sim lock or locked by scloud/google account?
Thank you.
It means somones locked it and without taking said lock off. It's a security so if his or hers phone got found you could ring the number. But it no longer has this number in the data base. Have you tried wiping it?

At the current moment it's IMPOSSIBLE to recover such devices. And I am not sure it will be ever possible.

In the application you are installing,
try to remove them in order

There's no picture. If it started suddenly it must be from something you installed recently. So it really can't be that difficult to locate it.

It's not unusual for OEM unlocking to be greyed out until you have connected to the internet (wifi/LTE)
Connect to the internet within 72 hours it should be allowed, if not factory reset.
If above issue didn't work, try waiting 7 days without turning phone off, or update your phone to latest version if not already.
Hello All, Hope ya'll are doing fine...
I own Realme X7 Max 5g..
I was creating recovery account for Private Safe but couldn't complete and was again and again redirected to same page so thought of restarting my phone once and try and as soon as it restarted, asled me to type my password and It is not accepting my Password since. I am locked there .

Any idea what to do?
have the same issue. device is in service, but, seems it has software issue after last update. cause, it is working for pulse reading. they also think that my ex fingerprint is in device, so, software does not see it and asks to register new. but, since it has already it does not overwrite till i erase one. it is a loop. service is trying to downgrade to old firmware which they think it will work. i will inform result when it arrives.
