there is a chance to buy a touchplus screen protector for the honor 7 ? (like honor 6 and huawei p8)
I know google doesn't want that international version of android smartphone has the feature to hide navbar but maybe for the chinese version of honor 7 and a patch do you think it will be possible ?
I think it's a wonderfull feature....

I'm using it and it works really well, its a bit tricky to setup but worth the time really

Do you think it will go out somewhere.? Because I remember that I the Chinese version that option it's already on. So probably in the future Huawei start sell it

Now Pro 6 are very cheap in Bangood, but I hace a Meizu Pro 5 and I dont recomended Pro 6 with Flyme, its horrible, it seem always in beta, I had a lot of problems, I nerver have a perfect phone. And you will have problems with Google Play with the certificades, Meizu dont pay to Google

I also had a pro 5 some years ago, great device with a bad flyme and updates
Maybe i will try pro 6 plus for the price, nice screen, good battery and performance and audio dac, but yeah, meizu ruins all with bad flyme and updates
i don´t understand how meizu can ruin everything with this bad ui
So this phone is at banggood at 170/200 euros, it´s a nice price for this
There are a lot of people that are buying this right now, no one can make custom rom like faust did with pro 5?

Finally got back on Samsung after a break from my Note 3, with a Note 8, carrier unlocked U.S.. One thing I miss is having full screen call/contact pics. For the life of me I cant figure out why they would make the contact pic so small when making, receiving or in progress of a call. Its pretty close to the size of the send/end call button. I guess maybe its a Nougat thing, because my V20 was the same way. Question is, does anyone have any insight into a remedy for this. Non-Root remedy perhaps.. Any themes or anything of that nature that may exist with full screen caller ID/Contact pic. Thanks in advance

It was best during Note 2, 3, 4 days where really we used to have caller image as that of size of screen size. Developer like Poppuri had best of it. Now a days all half screen image are seen in Oreo custom roms except some apps in play store.
Figured I would drop back in on the off chance that someone has come up with a fix. The link in this thread worked fine until Oreo came around. And as of now, only the European version has the capability of larger contact/in call pics. Anyone have any luck with US unlocked version?
After read the problem about Netflix and pocophone , i just notice that i do have the same problem with my Phone! Only SD for Mate 10 PRO.

Actually it does.
I have the Mate 10 Pro EU version and I'm using it here in Holland with Netflix. It takes a couple of seconds to go from SD to HD but that's all.
I'm currently using the Beta 5 version of Openkirin LOS and having Magisk Root.
I do have c432 too .. but no HD logo ...the HD logo appears even before play the v

I don't have the logo either. Didn't even know that there was a logo. Are you on data or on wifi? And did you set it on best quality in the settings menu?

No, not the same problem.
How come ? Both cant play HD on Netflix ... The Only difference is the Poco lack the L1, the Mate does but is not certified anyways ... But again .. both cant play HD on Netflix , same problem , different reasons!

Not the same problem. Netflix could easily choose to support HD on the Mate 10/Pro at any time via an update. The Pocophone is unable to be supported, no update possible.
This phone never never surprised me, everyday I found another goddamn problem emui hate it, widget problem hate it, Bluetooth problem hate it, wifi problem hate it..... And now Netflix never ever gonna buy Huawei or anything related to this company

Have you gone into launch control and set everything to manual? And gone into "exempt from battery optimization" and exempted everything? That solved 99% of my issues with the US mate 10 pro...

Actually no it does not, according to Netflix only the BLA-A09 supports Netflix in HD and that's only with the stock ROM. This is straight from Netflix so take it for what it is worth.

Just because the listing shows that it is HD does not mean that it will stream to your device in HD. It said the same thing with my mate 9 but only streamed in SD. According to Netflix the ONLY mate 10 that is certified is the BLA-A09.

Dont know about mate 9 but in my Mate 10 pro the quality is far better than before after the HD appeared.
If you use youtube and follow unbox therapy you know what i mean by my title....

Why do you need it though ??
Poco F1 can do that with the help of an app because it has a depth camera... Which can be used an X-ray vision camera.

Idk is it controlled by a Samsung apl and can you install that app from the playstore? If it is controlled only by Samsung system. Then probably not. But most Samsung devices ex watch headphones work on OnePlus.
