which earphones are compatible with moto g3 2015???
As far as I have "read/heard" Xiamoi Piston 3 are working also the volume buttons... But I had no chance right now to test by myself
Enviado desde mi MotoG3 mediante Tapatalk
Yeah I am using mi piston 3...volume buttons and everything works....good to go for it.
Right now i use the Earpods, they sound really good and are cheap (in my country). But i had to make a adapter to make the volume control work, because in iDevices the polarity of the microphone is inverted.
just ordered audio teechnica ath clr100 . heard a lot of positive reviews about them
I use Sennheiser CX 180. A bit cheap, but that coupled with Viper4Android offers an awesome sound quality, imo.
It's also surprisingly rugged, despite looking fragile.
audio technica ath clr 100 are amazing. if u are a base head then stay away as these are for clear neutral sound(not flat but balanced)
Cuz i lost my idevice i am using my iphone headphone sound like good
am using soundpeats qy7 bluetooth , its a new company ,awesome hi-fi sound with good bass , you can read review of this in amazon
price is INR 1900,
I'm still using my Motorokr EH-25 from my Motorola Milestone I love it!

Both Sony's MDR-ZX300AP/B (over-ear headphones) and Apple's Earpod work ok. I tend to use Sony's when I'm at home and the Earpods while I'm running or cycling.
I use ATH-CLR100 In-Ear Headphones!
I use these coupled with V4A

I use xt 180, sennheisser. Superb
M using JBL T150A.Dont think someone would find any other in-ear earphones with mic with such amazing sound output at such a cheap rate.Bass is Good.Noice Cancellation is also worth mentioning .
Xiaomi Piston III. About $20 they perform like an pair that is at least $75. The quality is amazing for the price. Has a mic, pause, fast forward, and rewind button. Can't reccomend enough.
i use good old inears philips she3581. top sound
How about jbl c100si....wesome sound clarity woth bass and great price
Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk
Sony MDR-ZX310... Very good sound..
Beyerdynamic MMX102IE - were bought on sale and worth it - wasn't willing to fork over more than $80 on IEMs (unless they were ATK's or other) since I've been burned by reviews recommending poo headsets (within the $100 range). Nobody was talking (or even mentioning) about these at the time so figured what the heck. Not disappointed - likely to be more bassy than the ATK's but as with everything else they can be EQ'd to suit anyhow.
The next step up would be some Koss cans or whatever Chinesuim BT headset I can get away with while riding the bus and not being a mugging target

I believe there's a conspiracy how headphones break in a month or sooner. I think it's a market conspiracy that companies use so, the consumer doesn't stop with one headphone, but keeps buying more and more.
what you guys think?, am I high on something

I've had the same pair of Phillips Headphones since 2004... they cost £18... What are you all doing to your headphones to destroy them!?!?
I use the headphones that usualy came with the phones. Never broked one, butI do change phone a bit...
That said, I have the same Panasonic headphones for 20+ years, that I use when at home, for better quality.
I still have a working pair that came with the original game boy, plus a Moto s9 BT headset i had for about a year now, psp headphones I had since 07 i think, HTC headphones that came with my Dash (they even survived the washer & dryer), some great sounding sony headphones i bought from radioshack about 2 years ago, but the only ones that fell apart were some dj style Craig brand chepos from kmart.
wow, I'm cursed with headphones. I remember buying apple headphones for like 50 bucks (what a rip off), they didn't even last an year...
v-moda earplugs for the win!

lol purple, I'm going try my luck with Bluetooth headphones now
You mean these ugly things?
Does anyone have the Jabra Halo? It looks like a decent headset. How is it with the Galaxy Tab? Do all the buttons and functions work? What about the sound quality and battery life on it? Im looking to get it soon, but im worried about the sound quality coz im used to loud, bassy, full sized headphones.
Sent from my undervolted Galaxy Tab on Overcome 1.4.7 ROM
I had one but returned it because it was very uncomfortable for me due to the lack of any hinges.
All the buttons and functions worked fine and the sound-quality was pretty good compared to other bluetooth headphones (i went through 6 or 7 different models). Battery-Life was also quite good, about what has to be expected when you have some room for the batteries. IIRC at least 4-5h.
Ok thanks. Anyway i bought a Nokia BH 503 instead. Decent sound quality and battery. Plays nice with the galaxy tab and Power Amp!

Hi everyone
I 'm thinking to buy this smartphone but after read one review at gsmArena I got some doubts...
I was shocked at the alleged missing of low frequencies (bass) at the 3.5mm output.

LG Optimus Black P970 frequency response
Review @ gsmArena
Anyone can tel-me, based on your experience, if this is true??
Or they made this test with some equalization that make this to append.
Any help?
I bought the phone over a month and never tested the audio jack. Hahaa.
Edit: tested few minutes ago with 2.1 speakers and yess low frequency is bad also mid range lack of details.

It isn't so bad as that and there are lot's of apps that can help improving the audio.

Yeah because I tested with original music app baypass eq. It's true that phone 3.5mm port signal quality is below others like my nokia 6500s and galaxy ace are better. But you can always use other app or use headphone amplifier.

How was your experience with the loudspeaker/speakerphone and the earpiece during that month? Do they also show lack of bass (or lack of sound quality in any way)?
It's kind of a dealbreaker for me.. (I'm fickle )
Thanks before!
(Oh, and anyone feel free to chip in )

crisp but a bit thin i think, of course you can't feel the bass with external speaker. imo if you're looking for nice music phone, optimus black is not recommended.

Well I don't want the phone tubthumping with my thigh either
Thanks gan
The quality isn't great with default player, but once you get PowerAmp it's like a different device, the quality is just so much better with lot's of bass. I don't know why it sounds so much better with Poweramp but it's like night and day. I ended up buying it because it made such a difference.
Hi, can you folks reccomend some amplified speakers for use with my Nexus when in the car?
Its great as a sat nav but not loud enough so something that I can fit perhaps at the back of it when in a bracket and powered by 12v/5v ?
I have searched but not come up with much.
Cheers,
Sid
got this ninja turtle speaker at toys r us for my sons tablet in the back seat that is mounted on the head rest. it plugs into the headphone jack and is powered by usb (rechargeable) so you can plug it into any usb car charger. plenty loud and decent sound for the price. they had a bunch of different styles if you're not into ninja turtles lol including a bomb shaped one that was pretty cool looking. it sits on a key ring so you can clamp it to anything http://www.toysrus.com/buy/electronics/audio/speakers/speakers-docks/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles-portable-ipod-speaker-orange-55065-tru-17356136

Just did a survey of portable ( pocket-able ) amplified speakers, the best sound under 300euros is the JBL charge
http://www.jbl.com/estore/jbl/us/products/JBL-Charge/JBL%20CHARGE_JBL_US
The best above 300 is the BOSE
http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/shop_online/digital_music_systems/bluetooth_speakers/soundlink_wireless_speaker/index.jsp
My tests centered on hi-fi quality, so were performed with a wired link NOT the bluetooth
Thank you but I was thinking of something for in the car, 20 euros being too much to pay let alone 100+ :good:

The Logitech USB speaker works with USB-OTG and it's pretty loud. Combine that with a Y cable for charging and it's not a bad setup. I got mine for $20usd locally on clearance.

Bought the same speaker for about the same price and agree. Decent improvement over the builtin ones although not audiophile or even close but then it's not audiophile priced either.

Get a Lepai. Makes it simple to run normal speakers.

Thanks for the suggestions folks.
Maybe this need a change to the car audio setup so I can use the car radio.
Problem with that is that its a fiat with blue & me that uses the aux IP for the computer input.
Cheers.
Sid.
You could still use the Lepai for your car stereo also. Just run the audio out on the car stereo to the audio in rca jacks on the Lepai and then hook the cars speakers to the outs on the Lepai.
Tesco have been selling an Altec Lansing speaker for about £7.50 it's a single speaker but has amazing sound, fills the cab of my van without any problems. Battery powered and the batteries seem to last forever.
Now that's more like it.
Cheers.
I just got a GS4A in somewhat terribad physical condition but it works 100% and it didn't come with any of the original accessories (box, adapter, microUSB cable, and of course the earbuds).
Can anyone that has purchased a GS4A brand new tell me if the stock Samsung earbuds have a volume control in the little remote pod in the cord, and if it can be used for controlling playback as well (Play/Pause, maybe 2 clicks for next song, 3 clicks for Previous, that sort of thing)?
Been searching for an answer but haven't found one yet, not sure precisely which earbuds are included with the GS4A so if anyone can take a picture of theirs or the remote pod (close up/macro image) I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks.
The headset that came with my i9295 has controls, yes, and they work well. I think they can do double-tap for next song in the player I use (poweramp), but don't hold me to that because I got a much nicer set of headphones with my purchase from the store (SOL republic Tracks HD), so I haven't been using the included earbuds much at all.

My international one did, but honestly it wouldn't have been a big loss if it didn't. As most bundled earbuds they are good enough, but nothing to be all that happy about. The shape makes them hang a bit awkwardly in my particular ears, and they seem to get pulled out a lot easier than other earbuds I use. The only reason I use them at all is that they are a compatible headset that is more discrete for use when I'm out on town, rather than my over-ear Tracks HD that I use to listen to music and so when I'm at home.
Wow, AT&T being so cheap they can't toss in a pair of $3 earbuds, good lord.
Oh well, I found some on eBay that claim to be the "real deal" Samsung product, which upon getting them I will promptly disassemble and attach my current Koss earbuds where were previously transplanted onto an iPod/iPhone earbud cable.
Thanks for the info...

Good choice, Koss earbuds are way superior to these. Unfortunately I don't have the tools right now or I'd do the same myself, I have a pair of old Koss where the contact broke that are just waiting for such a project.
