Best Case and Screen Protector Combo

Hey guys I was looking for a good case and a good screen protector (preferable tempered glass). I want to see what you guys come up with. I like slim but protective Show me what you got and help meeeeee!

I just got my G2 on Friday and love it. I put a GadgetGuard (gadgetguard.com) screen protector on and ordered the Otterbox Commuter case. I hate the Defender case, too big and bulky. The screen protector is guaranteed for life!

Hey thanks for the reply. Do you think a tempered glass screen protector would fit with the otterbox commuter case or no?

I haven't ordered a phone yet but I've already placed orders for the iloome flex screen protector and the Diztronic case. I'm expecting it to still be very slim and minimalistic but still have protection from drops.

Thanks for the reply I was thinking about the iloome flex screen let me know how that works out and how it works out with the case because I know some SP's dont fair well with cases

Xtreme guard front and back protector and a body glove dropsuit working fine for me.

I've got the Diztronic TPU matte case and absolutely love it. Being TPU it will also allow neat and clean trimming if you have an oversized USB cable plug you use with an alternate charger (provided cable fits easily). I haven't ordered one yet but the iloome screen protectors (both flex glass and tempered glass look tempting). The tempered glass is thicker however.

whas going to install my iloom today.. but it feels to small. so back with my copter. always work never disappoint me. so now I got a unused iloom flex that is to expensive to send back (sweden-usa)

I ended up getting the Incipio feather Shine and the Glass+Zone tempered glass screen protector with a black border to cover the LG logo. The fit with the case and screen protector seems almost perfect, about 1mm of clearance on the edges. I have not installed the screen protector yet as it came today and I need to get home first!

Why would you cover the logo?
As for OP's question, I bought a Nillkin Frosted Shield case, which is more like a back cover. It looks and feels awesome, doesn't protect too much though. I use Obliq Zeiss screenprotector, which isn't tempered glass, but does feel like glass, so I'm quite happy with it.

G4 Cases&screen protector

Exactly what the title asks.
This is not a thread for what you think is the best case&protector out there. This thread is for you to post what case/s you use and your experience with it. It is also to help other users find new cases that they may like.
Maybe include a link if you think it's good.

I got this for my wife. It has a very nice fit. The weight feels good. Only down side is the case pulls off the back plate when you are removing it to swap a battery.

Tempered glass

Does anyone use a tempered glass? Because of the curved edges I suppose that a tempered glass will not cover the hole screen and might look ugly. I currently have a simple screen protector that looks fine, but I am thinking of buying a Nillkin tempered glass like e.g the one in the link http://m.ebay.com/itm/HOT-NILLKIN-9...en-For-HUAWEI-MATE-S-/262097328806?nav=SEARCH
In general I am satisfied with the quality of this brand. Any other suggestions?

have you tried this one yourself? how does it fit? so far all the ones i have tried are too small i would like it to fit nearer the edges so it is not so obvious.
has anyone been able to find one that fits very close to the edges.

There's now some companies making Tempered Glass specifically for curved edges like iPhone 6/s, Galaxy etc etc.
The trick is apply silicone on the edges of the tempered Glass.
But i haven´t found for Mate S yet...

has anyone found a tempered glass that fits correctly and does not leave too much of a gap at the edges and most of all reduces fingerprints on this thing?

My best fitment guess would be nillkin tempered h+pro. I just ordered it to my phone its ultra thin and it really protects screen from shattering if you drop (hand to floor). I have owned that protector on my Nexus5, G3 and G4 and i really love it.

Replying to my own post nillkin protectors leave huge gap betweeen edges and protector dont buy if you want sleek look!!

The note 4 glass fits pretty good

Tempered Glass for Moto Turbo XT1225 in India(Hyderabad)

For guys, who were searching for tempered glass, its very hard to find back cover or tempered glass screen protector. SO after a lot of research, finally i found that HTC desire 616 glass fits to our moto Turbo. it exactly fits by 95%. I applied it for my phone and looking great. So instead of waiting for the protective OEM glass, go for 616 tempered glass. Hope this helps. If possible I ll post a photo of my phone..:good:

Thanks for the valuable information!I was able to catch the 616's tempered glass in Ahmedabad, Gujarat easily rather fuzzily searching for the tempered glass of turbo.
NOTE:-as of the 2.5D curved nature of the Corning glass protection,the air may fill out on sides or it was my odd placement of the glass?

As soon as mine come in, I am going to try a tempered glass for the front and super shields for the front and dual screen, seems to be thin enough not to interfere with the tempered glass
