usb transfer
With 8.4 i have problems with usb transfer from PC to phone.
one small <100KB single file is ok but +1MB single file or with many <100KB the transfer is always hanging after a few percent. latest lg driver pack 3.12.3 is installed on win8.1.1 x64
no problems with previous version!

You refer, transfer to internal memory or SD card?
Problems installing slimcat 8.4 or 8.6.1 on my P990
Since this is my first post here please be patient with me. I have previously installed successfully version 7.8. Then trying to update to 8.4 or to clean install 8.4 did not work. Although twrp says "succsess" the phone when rebooted halts on LG logo. Tried to flash 8.6.1 - no success, changed partition format to f2fs and again at boot the phone displays s/w upgrade, wait for... and does not boot. I can fortunately restore previous 7.8 install from backup. Any suggestions?

Yes, I performed full factory reset, wiped caches and then reformatted data and system partitions to new format. Then installed 8.6 from zip and TWRP comunicated "success". But my device stalls at boot on lg logo now.

@DJNoXD is it possible to have this on su660? I dont know how to make the partition of su660 to F2FS theres no selection of it in TWRP... I want this rom to my su660... Thanks

You need a new twrp version.
In general it is possible, but I don't know the diffrences between p990 and su660 (only kernel?).
My device does not recognize the root. how do I activate?

Well yeah , I have the new TWRP 2.7.1.0 when you go changing partitions, there's no F2FS in the option only ext1, ext2,... etc, could you anyway, make the recovery in the p990 compatible with su660?

You also need a kernel with f2fs support.
Maybe that is the reason why you can't see f2fs inside the recovery.

Oh I see, I don't think there's no kernel in su660 that supports it, and firtecy's kernel is for p990 only... Its hopeless haha, BTW thanks for your help

I have a p990 and stuck at the 7.8 ver. because my device don't show the f2fs option in the latest twrp...I have done a clean install (wiped everything) of 7.8 , installed the new twrp, and when I go to change the extension to f2fs, there is not that option there What am I doing wrong?
Tryed to install and the latest ver. of kernel but still nothing there...I forgot to tell you that the ROM (8.6.... .zip) is in the external sd card...
Done Used the AIO toolkit and flashed the v30 A and done everything from the beggining...Thanks and sorry for the mess

I think there no support enabled inside the kernel, or the kernel has no driver for your device.
Did you look into logcat (rom and kernel) if anything is logged?

LG-P990, Slim 4.4.4 build 8.10 works well,
-Install PCTVCenter
-USB not connect
-Anything not auto connect open PCTVCenter
-I'm trying to change Rom MIUI 4.1 (4.5.30) does step starter... Too old?
-Before, I recalls HDMI works with Miui, not market Slim, perhaps same USB not work Slim, if I'm wrong?

i did download the respective rom and followed all tutorials, i have a H60 l02 but my phone is stuck on MI start no flaslights at charger...
I leave it for long minutes but the phone wouldn't boot.
Is there any issue with the rom not booting ? Im not noob but we all can make mistakes
sure im missing some point can you guys suggest what to do to get it boot

This is bugs about MIUI patchrom code, other devices based on CM also appeared

If B390 is EmotionUI 3.0, it's work, if B390 is EmotionUI 2.3, it's doesn't work

for me, Miui based on Emui is working well, but i have those bugs :
- Wifi hotspot problem : it can be activated, i can see it from another device, but i can't connect to it.
- print service doesn't work. My printer is a Canon, i installed "Canon print service" from playstore but it can't be activated in settings.
- Led blinking when notifications come doesn't work
Does those bugs are known and will be corrected ?

Com.android.phone crash all time !

Nope, the default language is english.
I mean, i used this rom before. So its already modified by me, but the rom file isnt modified

i was running Infinix Rom before i flashed the ASUS ROM, but i still got "unfortunately bluetooth has stopped" error repeatedly. the error message didn't let me finish setup because it would pop up again after i clicked "ok".

Try reflash infinix rom and then flash this rom again
And make sure you use twrp.
For those who are asking why should I flash infinix Rom 1st before flashing this ROM and not from AndroidOne firmware let me explain it better:
This ROM has the same Partition Table with Infinix Rom but it's different from AndroidOne partition table. AndroidOne Rom has 28 partitions while infinix has 23 partitions but that's not all....
- infinix Rom /system partition size is 2.63GB
-AndroidOne /system is 1.89GB
There's a difference of 740mb in /system between the 2 Roms
If the flashing is done with SP flash tool, you will get PMT Error message or will have to use firmware upgrade or format the partition table completely before it can flash.
Unfortunately, Recoveries can only format partitions and not partition table so the the preset partition size won't change.
What happens is that the recovery will write and incomplete system image to the AndroidOne firmware partition table.
There's nothing to fear about, just flash infinix Rom 1st before flashing this ROM.
If by mistake you flashed this ROM on your AndroidOne firmware, just use SP flash tool to flash the stock AndroidOne firmware again using firmware upgrade

Big bug is Recent & Back button does not work. ( Home and Fingerprint work like champion). You can use visual button or assistant menu for back and recent button. I use gestures.
Prerequired
- Unlocked bootloader
- Latest CP/Modem A9100ZCU1AQH1. You can download and flash over ODIN (link download included). Or you can install latest official A9100ZCU1AQH1 rom.
- TWRP installed
- A working brain
Installation
1. Download this ROM
2. Copy to the internal (or sdcard) storage
3. Boot to TWRP
4. Wipe dalvik cache, system, data, cache (If cannot mount data let's format data and reboot to TWRP again)
5. Install my ROM
6. Wipe dalvik cache.
7. Reboot
8. Njoy!
PS: First boot may take a long time to boot (5-7 minutes) So please patient don't interrupt it.

Elite ROM is for the A910F, it works on the A9100 but the back and recent buttons are not operational (as in this ROM).

I cannot use fingerprint into apps (banking apps)
I think the problem is the "device state = Custom" due de custom recovery.

I have only a issue with fingerprint.
Fingerprint works OK to unlock the smartphone, but I can't use fingerprint to login into apps.
Do you kwon this issue? Does it work OK for you?

If you want to use FP to login website or apps you need install Samsung Pass. But Samsung pass do not work with custom recover or rooted phone. My FP work OK with bank apps with out Samsung Pass because my apps support FP

Big bug is Recent & Back button does not work. ( Home and Fingerprint work like champion). You can use visual button or assistant menu for back and recent button. I use gestures.
Prerequired

- Latest CP/Modem A9100ZCU1AQH1. You can download and flash over ODIN (link download included). Or you can install latest official A9100ZCU1AQH1 rom.
- TWRP installed
- A working brain [emoji14]
Installation
1. Download this ROM
2. Copy to the internal (or sdcard) storage
3. Boot to TWRP
4. Wipe dalvik cache, system, data, cache (If cannot mount data let's format data and reboot to TWRP again)
5. Install my ROM
6. Wipe dalvik cache.
7. Reboot
8. Njoy!
PS: First boot may take a long time to boot (5-7 minutes) So please patient don't interrupt it.

-Just flash latest Magisk. and Busybox if needed

Follow install steps. I think you cannot mount data.

For J530F Only
Features:

No Change System Files .. Just Delete The basic App ( i Add New Surprise )

thx i am going to try this, will report back with my experience.
So i just installed it, fully rooted with Refined Kernel V2.5 and have been playing around with it, testing for bugs and such and i must say this is a fantastic ROM. Pretty much completely debloated, VERY fast! And by the looks of it bug-free and stable AF. Battery life also seems good, tho i must test for a weekish to get a feel for it. Will update on that later.
Thank you for making this, you have made my life easier with this ROM as this is exactly what I'm looking for in a phone, no unnecessary bull****, just a clean and fast stable phone that i can customize to my likings.
If you are looking for a clean fast ROM, look no further you just found it.

No problem with me ... try enable ‘USB debugging’ option from setting>developer option
or change USB Port in your PC
camera cant focus for near oject

I think it's possibile. The older j5 have it. But at the moment no lineage developers interersted to j5 2017. It's a shame, i love lneage

Yeah i would love to use lineage os on that device and modify the build with my own stuff.
Maybe there is someone in the community who knows how to make it work and have some free time to build it
