Good evening,
I have a tablet Teclast X98 Air 3G (C5J6). I just installed Android 5 with the official Teclast Rom and I didn't see the option to create another user. Does anyone know how to enable?
Regards.
How I remember, there is an app for xposed. It allows to create multiple account.

Helo there, i was using this to constantly force HSPA on my phone because on default my Lumia 520 just keep reverting to 2G EDGE which is, as you know very, very slow. Especially in my country.
Code was ##3282# or ##3282 for some phones, but unfortunately i updated it to GDR2 hoping that it will continue to exist. This is very crucial app for a lot of WP users in "banana" republics like Serbia.
I saw there is an Native tost notification launcher. Is there any way that i could launch directly field test from it(honestly i do not know how to get free developer account or how to load apps i am newbie in WP world)?
I would be very, very grateful if anyone could show me at least a glimpse into this...
Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english
Its still there AFAIK. The link to the thread is in my signature.

Well that does not answer my questions. In your thread there are codes i mentined before but there is no path specified for cpu's guy tool so i can launch field test.
Those codes you posted no longer work for Lumia 520 after GDR2 update.
Greetings, Stefan
Then you need to download SysApp Pusher from the store. With that app you can check that extras+info is up to date.
EDIT: I'm just going back through the other posts.
To deploy xaps, either need to use a student email account to signup for Dreamspark or just pay $20 or whatever it in your local currency. Both of those gets you a Microsoft Developer account to develop apps and as a side effect, you can add your phone for developer access.
The second thing required is either Windows 7 x64 (If your PC shipped with 4 GB of RAM or more with Windows preinstalled, then its 64bit) or Windows 8 Pro x64 as your OS. Win8Pro is recommended, as the main os, due to Windows 7 not being officially supported for the SDK that has the deployment tool you need.
The third thing that's needed is the Windows Phone 8 SDK (Software Development Kit). It includes a Windows Phone emulator for WP7 and WP8.
The fourth requirement is kinda optional as it depends if you are planning on utilizing the WP8 emulator. The requirement is for your CPU to be SLAT compatible. This is solely due to the WP8 emulator utilizing Hyper-V on Win8.
Finally, you just sign in to the Registration app with your phone plugged in making sure the screen is unlocked first.

Thank you very much!!! I have dreamspark account but i found that i will be able to dev unlock my phone via windowsphone...
However when i launch it is just some pretemplate solution no c# or XAML coding at all... I would not like to use my MSDNAA account because it says that i only got one year to develop and honestly i just started studying IT at faculty and i do not know so much stuff about C#.
Anyways, after i eventually do that how do i launch directly field test from cpu's guy utility? Is there some adress for it?
Yes. use the string from the diagnostic thread and enter 3282 for the dial code portion.
You can get a jump start with their developing for beginners series.
Hello everyone,
I have teclast x98 3g with win10. After installing facebook app from the store I can't make a comment because everytime I press enter it skip a line and not perform a comment.
How can I change the setting in the app to perform press enter to comment?
???
So I am stuck in a dilemma. Ive switched roms so many times I still don't know which way to go.
I want to us Android Auto. But I want to natively run my Uber/Lyft driver apps on the main screen. I dont want to involve the use of a typical phone or tablet. I have 2 Raspberry Pi's. An 8gb and a 2gb. I have a Sim7600G-H cell/gps module. I have 2 mcp2515 can modules on the spi bus.
I have 10" screen and a 4" screen.
Ah, but it gets better. I also have a number of arduinos in the equation too. These will control lights and servos. All custom programmed in python to operate over i2c.
I think im sticking with the Open Auto Pro method as my main screen. But i'm not sure. I love the car launcher apps that are available on android so they would look cool as the main screen too. Not sold on Kodi as a launcher option.
So I open the floor to debate. Android as a main app and run linux as secondary? Or run Open Auto Pro (linux) as main and android (LineageOS or OmniRom) as secondary?
same question in my head because of another reason:
I have a carplay-dongle and bought Pi4 to use it. I can use it with LineageOS or openauto pro. I tried with an android-tablet but had some problems and decided to do it with raspberry.
Both of them has similar functions:
Integrated music player
Display OBD-II data
Plugin CarPlay Autobox for OpenAuto Pro
Navigation with Android Auto™ head unit emulation
Multi-langugage support
Benefits of LineageOS:
is free and you will get free updates all time.
Your android-apk will also updated all time.
Android developed and optimised for light hardware. A PI4 4GB will a really good hardware-base.
Openauto Pro:
It is developed as a car head unit. User interface, community, supports... All of them for same purpose. If you have a specific problem like wheel-controller or power on-off etc... It is easier than only-android. You can run not only apk's, also linux packages.
You get free-updates only one year. You have to buy Carplay-Plugin separately. Maybe this plugin will not works next year with IOS-16. I don't know, if I get a free update or not.
Other issue of it cpu-memory usage: Debian-OS is developed for a Desktop-PC and a Pi4-4GB is a thin hardware for this os.
My Wish-List:
DAB-Radio support
TSR (Traffic sign recognisition)
Lane Assistant
Both system does not have a built in solution for FM-Radio, TSR or Lane Assistent. But you can use Android-Apps on both systems.
I will try first with LineageOS and maybe some android-apps too. If it is not enought, I can buy Openauto and use bought apps on it too.
Hello All,
A friend has Note 10 Pro, Just fresh out of the box.
Not an Enterprise device, it's his personal device.
As usual we applied Dual Apps for Whatsapp to be able to use 2 Whatsapp since he already has Dual SIM.
Unfortunately he can't share any image from Gallery to the Whatsapp and he got an empty popup and then he isn't allowed to share anything
I noticed that work profile toggle is on which is new for us since we already had Note 8 Pro and this option wasn't there. When disable it we can't access the second Dual App
Any idea how to solve this issue and why it's happening ??
I'm also facing same issue on Note 8 pro
Hi,
on S10 phone (which I bought mostly because of the GearVR function) after updating the software to OneUI 4.0, the entire Oculus subsystem and everything related to GearVR stopped working. The fact that it wasn't written in capital letters before the update name is rude, but to the point:
Is there some solution to run GearVR subsystem on Android 12 and OneUI newer than 4.0? Can it be installed as normal app, and if so, how is possible to get it? Maybe it is possible to downgrade GearVR service app? Ora ny other option?
Many thanks for your help!
Just wondering but any luck with finding a solution to this? I have a snapdragon S10+ and I am very much missing my vr capabilities on this BS upgrade that killed it.
I was wondering myself. since I wanted to get back into VR and get myself a Gear VR headset, but my S10+ has been updated to android 12. I tried replacing/downgrading the built in GearVR service app with com.samsung.android.hmt.vrsvc_3.2.06.18-320618000 (extracted from G975FXXSEFUL1) through magisk replace function in priv-app, but that just force-closes (tried opening in developer mode).
I went ahead and unpacked/dex2jar the \system\framework\framework.jar and \system\framework\services.jar and compared them through jd-gui and a lot of the core GearVR code has been removed/modified, so I don't believe there is any way to get core framework functionality back. only way I see is a downgrade to android 11, unfortunately.
I was hoping on an easy fix/some simple patching, as this S10+ is still my daily driver, but alas....
Running the downgraded VR service, it reports VR framework version as -1 in app/settings.
New (G975FXXUGHVJ5) ROM is also missing \system\etc\security\oculus.crt
I am in no way a developer, coder or hacker, so I did my research with limited knowledge. maybe someone with more knowledge and interest will step up eventually... but I guess if it was that easy, it would have been cracked already.
Does it work if you use Odin to downgrade to Android 11?
