Before someone yells at me, I realize this isn't exactly a Droid Turbo problem, but I tried looking around for a way to do this and couldn't, so I thought I would post it here.
Here's my situation: I am currently running RR v5.5.9r34. I have the navigation bar enabled, with the hardware capacitive keys disabled. I prefer this, and think it's much cleaner, but there is one problem: AMOLED burn in. Since most apps keep the navbar black, it causes massive burn in and I don't want to burn in my screen. I wish to change the color of the navbar so that when it turns black in an app, it changes color (to the purple that matches my theme.)
Is this possible? I've tried Flat Style Colored Bars and it sorta worked, but it was slow and got rid of the colored navbar keys that my theme has.
Here's a couple of screenshots for anyone that may be confused
The black navbar that appears in most apps:

Ok, so I just flashed Dutty's 4/29 rom not too long ago.
So far it has been great. But I have one thing I would like to change.
The signal icon at the top of the screen integrates the G/E/3G/H indicator for data. Is there a way to disable the larger Square G/E/3G/H indicator next to that? I feel there is no need to have both, and the less clutter at the top the better.
Here is a screenshot with the icon in question highlighted in the red box:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Normally I would search, but I did not know what to call that icon, and searching "disable data icon" did not get me where I wanted to go.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Also on a related note....
Is there a way to seperate out the multiple notifications.
For example if you get an email notification and a missed call, rather than having seperate icons across the top for each, you get a "notifications icon" that you have to click on which pops up the seperate icons:
Is there a way to seperate those out by default?
Anybody have any suggestions?
As far as i know thats not possible..
I'm having a weird bug where the right side of the top system menu bar will be partly invisible. It's the charge indicator, volume control, and apparently exactly half of the signal strength indicator.
I've tried restoring to an old backup I had, but that did not appear to solve the issue.
Since that's the case, is my only option to re-flash the ROM?
I'm running the current Stock HTC TyTN II WinMo Pro 6.1 ROM image.

Before the restore it only occurred on the Home screen; After the restore, it occurs everywhere. Before Today, it occurred Nowhere.
You probably have "None" as selection in your top bar instead of battery, or clock.
thanks for the reply; the weird thing was that the functions were there, just not the icons. If I tapped on the area, it brought up the various popups.
I made sure Battery Pack Pro wasn't running (they like to / can put something in that area), but it wasn't.
The only thing i can figure is that that piece of software really messed something up, and when I removed it, it left something behind.
I'm on Kangy Ultra and its awesome! Currently the most professional looking theme I'm using with animated icons in the status bar is mixed ics, I like the gradient fades of blue in the download progress bar, wifi and 3g/4g status bar icons, just the theme overall is pretty sweet, a few changes I would like in another release is other various colors other than blue, I would like the status bar drop down menu to have a different background/color, here's how it looks now:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

}
I would also like this keyboard to have a different color, whether change the color of the white keys or change the blue, kind of irritating me:
I would do this myself but I've gotta wait another week until I can buy a new PC due to my old one crashing so if anyone would be willing to do this that would be great...also a lot of the apps for this theme are inverted so keep in mind if you change the color, keep it coordinated(I'm hoping someone will do a gradient fade/theme layout of cyan(light blue) to lime green with a hint of red or purple...btw I did not make this theme but here is a screenshot of the download progress bar:

I recently released a new app called AMOLED Antiburn.
This app is meant for Samsung devices with AMOLED displays. They tend to get burn-ins and this app can help you prevent or revert these negative effects.
Features:
- Screen Test:
Find dead pixels or burned in areas on your display
- Flash Status Bar:
Flashes your Status Bar with the colours of your choice to get rid of burn-ins caused by it being mostly black in every day use.
- Flash Full Screen:
Flashes the entire display with the colours of your choice to get rid of burn-ins caused by apps like Car Dashboard or other apps that display static images for prolonged amounts of time.
- Rainbow Mode:
Allows flashing of the Status Bar or the entire display with a fluent colour change.
The app is fully customizable and contains a lot of settings to flash precisely what you want and what your display needs.
It is competitively priced at 99 cents and is currently available in English (US and UK), German, Italian and Croatian.

Any one else getting a black status bar or partially transparent instead of the fade to black? Happens randomly and I'll have to touch the bar to fix it.
