Would be interesting, but if someone can port MIUI (which I feel is possible) that would be awesome!

Are you sure about that? I don't really keep up with them, but last I heard they were talking about updating their phones in 2015.

this guy posted on zenfone forums that he can provide stock ROM many people trusted him and said post then he posted NEXUS 4 Factory image :silly: and said if you want to know how to flash like my Facebook page :cyclops:

Being a former CM user i actually miss those things of cyano..! So any chnce in future that mi5 will get cm power..???

This sounds awesome! MIUI is the only thing holding me back from ordering.
Are you hopeful that cm13 will be pretty usable right away or is it hard because of the new SD820 and not having much development yet?

Yeah please keep us in the loop with progress. This phone is a beast in need of some CM love.

Hi guys, i am syncing android-n-preview (probably Android 7.0) repo. I will try compile it for our monster If i build it successfuly, i will open a new thread for it !

Aren't that incomplete sources? Like how people tried to build the Android N Preview 1 for our device... No one has been able to build a functional rom from those sources. So isn't it the same case for Preview 2?

Yes it is incompatible but i will try build it. I will modify kernel, device tree etc.

i will change device tree, kernel source etc. from another ported device. (my internet connection is very slow. %17 synced)

The android-n-preview repo is not android 7. No need to sync it. It's just android m. Other people already tried it on nexus 5. Its just marsmallow.

CM14 is Android N, just with some modifications over top. As close as we can get right now as I haven't seen any AOSP builds.
