Looking for the orignal e-mail app

Looking to find the original e-mail client on the g-Tablet. The one with the wood background and coffee stain. Maybe it was more of a theme with a background e-mail client. Any help or leads would be much appreciated.
It was not the best client yet it worked just fine for my uses.

I pulled this from the plain vanilla rom for the GTAB so I don't know if this is the one you are looking for.
I have some other stock roms for the GTAB so I can look around if this isnt the right one.

hmm? I seem to remember that email app you're talking about with the Wooden theme.
Try one of these two apks. they're from later versions of the stock OS.

The app opens for a moment and then FC's - can see the brown background almost for an instant. Oh well not a big deal. Maybe I need to look at K9. Was just looking for a webmail client as a 1 stop for multiple accounts.

Sorry none of them worked for you.
Try running "Fix permissions" via ClockworkMod.

Thanks Tek - used Titanium backup to remove the system email app - then I was able to re-install the 3358 version you posted.

I try the light theme ..it really is unreadable!..i will fix this bug.. thanks for testing..

Dark Material Themed Google Messenger

If you know how to type in the name of the person you are trying to text. There is really no issue. Maybe you don't know how too, but I was just pointing out that was the only bug I saw.

Unlocked V40 from B&H

Hey guys just a few quick questions here. Did anyone order the V40 from B&H?
If so I have a few questions about some of the system apps. Mainly does it have the stock lg messaging app or did they ditch that with the international version as well? Does the Google dialer from playstore work on the phone or is it blocked? Yes I know there's a patched version but I'm wondering about the one on Google Play. On the G7 it worked fine. And if someone could posts few screenshots for me that would be swell too. Looking to see settings, dialer and if possible the stock messaging app (if it was included)

Did not come with a LG Messaging app. Is compatible with the Google Dialer and Contacts. Installed both and then uninstalled com.android.contacts to remove the lg dialer and contacts, and everything is working fine. Also have done the same with calculator and clock so I could use more overlays with swift black. Settings look different from the V30, but probably similar to the G7. May attach screenshots later if I remember and have time.

Great thanks for this. How about lg calendar app?

It came with Google Messages (currently running 3.7.052) as the stock messaging app. I don't know about the normal version but the beta of the Google Phone (26.0222117411) app works just fine directly from the store. I've attached dialer and messaging screenshots with personal information cleared out.

Calendar is the Google version.

My sprint came with lg calendar

Another question for the international one, if that's the B&H one. Can you turn off the camera shutter sound right from the app?

Can someone show me a picture of the theme app open? I want to see something that will be helpful moving forward and let me get a head start on a few things

Well if your taking requests a black out theme would be nice and battery saving....and whatever wallpaper you wannna go with as the creator.

Well I don't take requests per say but I sure do listen to people and try to cater as best I can. I will open a support, communication and feedback thread once I get something done. I've had quite a few people asking for pixel experience light and dark so that will be first followed by something else that I've been tinkering with and possibly an icon pack add on since some people prefer stock icons, with the icon pack they can have the choice

Hi all,
I use Google feed quite a bit for bite size news but I use the Samsung browser (actually a superb browser with the best dark mode I've ever seen, plus no ads)
But when clicking on a link in Google feed it always goes to the Google built in browser, the lite one, I can open up the Sammy one but is there a way to get Sammy to be used all the time from the first click on a link within the Google feed?
Doesn't seem to have any options within the Google app or the Sammy one.
Any help would be great.
