Yes you will. In terms of updates C900 and C432 are the same and will receive all updates directly from Huawei.
Personally I would convert the device to C432 fully though as your device will have inconsistent device IDs that need changing. It's simple enough as long as you have unlocked your devices bootloader using DC-Unlocker.

Hi; are you sure that the C900 will regularly receive the updates? Before than a brand one, also? Thanks

Hi; I'm going to buy a p9 plus with your same ROM, C900; are there any news concerning the ota updates? Is it true that this ROM blocks the updates? Then, passing to C432, do you invalid the warranty? Many thanks
p.s. where is your phone from? An international one, I think

so you think that C900 updates will arrive via ota? Or is it necessary to change to C432? Please explain to me!

Hi Mostar, tell me; as I told you, the p9 plus (I'm going to buy it from a friend of mine) has a C55b160 firmware (Italy, Tim brand) and themes are not present...do you think that if my friend flashed the rom with a c432, before selling it to me (without unlocking the bootloader), it would be better, in general? Where to find eventually the c432 firmware? No problem, in this case too, for the warranty? Thanks

U can debrand it the same way you debranded your phone with SrkTool Huawei by flashing oeminfo for C432 but u must unlock bootloader and root, always backup your oeminfo before debrand so u can return it to stock for warranty. U can download firmware here:

I'm having the seemingly common Android Pay issues after receiving my phone back from repair from a Huawei service centre with the C900 build on it. I have requested the bootloader code from Huawei after they refused to help get me onto the 'correct' one so if somebody could tell me what needs to be put onto my phone to get it to C432 that would be much appreciated. I'm not sure what they have put on so would this need to be known before trying to get to 432 or is it not an issue?
I am in the UK and my carrier is EE. Going through to Network Information Query ---> Vendor Country Info shows Vendor as EE and Country as GB. Build number EVA-C900B166.
Not a clue with any of this kind of thing so talk to me as if I'm stupid?!?!?!
Thanks in advance

Hello !
I was in the same case and I installed B151 rom for VNS-L31 devices from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p9lite/development/stock-firmware-links-t3468245 without any problem !
@immichel01,
Thanks for your support.
Did you check after flashing the new firmware the version of the firmware ?
Was it really VNS-L31C432B151 or was it changed to VNS-L31C900B151 (international version) ? and works both SIM slots ?
Thanks in advance.

Hello !
It was changed to VNS-L31C900B151.
I have only one SIM so I can't tell you if dual SIM works. But all parameters concerning dual SIM are present in this ROM.
I can make some screenshots if you want
Hi Immichel01,
Thanks, not necessary. I think it will work
Why did you change the firmware ?
I want to do this to get faster updates on firmware, but with the international firmware (900) I think I have do do it manually, and will not get an notice if a new firmware is available ?
Ist this true ?
Cheers

Hello !
I changed my firmware in order to have the latest ROM with all the fixes and security updates described in the changelog.
I think I will have to do future updates manually because my phone is rooted. I don't know if C900 firmwares will automatically be updated and if you will get notifications about updates... I know it's possible to change C900 to C432 by flashing a new oeminfo but i didn't do it because I don't know if it's very necessary.
Hi Immichel01,
Ok, Thanks for your answer.
I will try it.
Cheers

Hello dear developers...Recently I bought a used Huawei p9 lite vns-l21c150b106 single sim...It is cosmote branded and I want to debrand it cause I found out by searching that there are several updates such as b150...When I try to update my phone it says that has the latest updates...I wanted to ask if there is a way to debrand it and return to official Europe stock rom without void my warranty...I found a way in the internet through local update via sd card but I don't find the stock rom Europe(I live in Greece)for my single sim vns-l21...I found only vns-l21c432b160 which is for dual sim...I think that vns-l21c150b160 must be for my single device,i suppose that the difference is c150 and c432...any solution please???
Hi all - I'm going to Germany next week for a trip from the UK, and wanting to take advantage of the opportunity to pick up a cheaper Huawei P10.
I have checked the tech specs and they all match, including LTE bands, so I am confident it will work in the UK.
What I haven't been able to find is whether the EMUI is specific to Germany, and in German only, or has English language preinstalled? And if not, is it difficult to install a UK version of the EMUI on a German P10?
Yes it has English and much more, you just choose your language at the first startup

U cant install the EU version on Chinese version just like that.
First u need to unlock bootloader, then we need a working TWRP and root to the P10.
Second u will need a backup of oeminfo from the EU version C432 so u can change it in your Chinese version so u can debrand it.
After that u can flash the C432 Firmware on your phone.

I would recommend you to flash B180 first and only after it the Nougat ROM, just to be on the safer side.
Don't use any other ROM than VIE-L29C636!

Why don't you use Oreo instead? You get Project Treble, Vulkan support, a nicer UI and a newer kernel.
