later; like a before steps, waiting and not happen.

Seems that you have problems with drivers, Make sure you use flashtool 0.9.18.6
http://www.flashtool.net/downloads_windows_prev.php
A better solution is to use pcc to repair your phone, but will take some time downloading FW from Sony servers:
http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
Edit: From your flashtool log, it seems that you already use version 0.9.18.6. as I said this could be drivers problem or bad or incomplete ftf file.
There's two solutions for that:
1-
I would suggest for you to download the ftf using Xperifirm that ships with the Flashtool:
Simply hit the button that has the alphabets XF in the toolbar of Flashtool.
Select your Xperia SP model and choose the firmware that you wish to download.
Do not untick the "Unpack automatically" and let Xperifirm download the firmware. Upon completion, just close the Xperifirm and Flashtool will do the job on packaging it as an ftf.
When the whole process completes, proceed to reflash again
Click to collapse
2-
Try PC companion instead to repair your phone, and to do that just follow these steps:
1- Uninstall flashtool, drivers, etc..
2- Download PC Companion from here then install it.
3- Turn off your phone by pressing the small yellow button on the back until it vibrats 3 times.
4- Open PC Companion on your PC.
5- Start "Support zone" and wait until download finish.
6- Next, choose "Phone Software Updates".
7- You will see a message asking you to connect your handset while powered on, just ignore these connection instructions. And press the blue link which states "Repair Phone/tablet”.
8- Follow on screen steps appear next.
9- When you asked to connect your phone (still powered off), make sure that you press and hold the key stated on screen before connecting the phone and keep it held down as you connect.
10- The repair process should now begin. :fingers-crossed:

Good
You can not flash stock ROM with twrp.
And for TWRP, which version did you try to flash?
TWRP 3.0.0 Touch Recovery for Huashan by Adrian DC
or
TWRP with f2fs support for Xperia SP (huashan) by Tomoms

I've had this problem and unbricked it (but I'm having permissions issues, but I digress).
The following assumes: a) You have Windows and b) you already have a stock FTF downloaded (if not head to the first page of the Q&A)
Just follow these steps:
Unplug phone
Open Flashtool
Click the Flash button (with the lightning bolt)
Click Flashmode
Click on the FTF that you have downloaded, and select all Wipe options
Click OK
When the dialog with the animations of the bottom of a phone and the USBs appears:
Hold the volume down key until your LED lights green and vibrates
And plug in while holding volume down
Wait for reboot
Enjoy!
Let me know if you succeed or if you get any errors.
And, you know, hit thanks if you end up triumphant.

You can not flash Pac man Rom with a locked bootloader.
You need to long press both powerc and volume up buttons until the phone vibrates, keep holding then until it vibrates 3 more times.
Then run pccompanion and run software update, choose the repair option and then attach the phone in flash mode

I confirm some crazy file permission problem after recovering from my mess.
Is there a quick way to wipe the internal memory ?
I'm now stuck in 4.0.4, unlocked bootloader can't root with the restore method..
any ideas ?
thx again
If you have a unlocked bootloader just flash a insecure kernel to get root.
No need to use bin4rys method.
Just go ahead and flash doomlords kernel from the thread in the dev section

I fix my permission issue by simply wiping the internal memory
I then managed to root the phone easily.
Now I struggle to install TWRP with Goo manager
I might try to flash a recovery via fastboot
Can someone tell me how to boot in recovery then ?
Many thanks
You rbest bet is to install a custom kernel with recovery included, there are plenty about in the dev section.
If you have not unlocked the bootloader you need to install cmw for locked bootloaders. Find the thread in the dev section.
Finally read post 2 and 3 in the all in one thread to find out how to enter recovery

When you get the triangle just wait, it will eventually boot, but it may take a long time...
plus if you flash a kernel you need to be on the correct rom for that kernel before booting.
can you tell me the exact steps you have done including the links to the files you have flashed

I tried different sources, all of them are the same file with the same md5 sum. is it possible to flash a complete old FW? (not only the kernel)

Yes, but you won't be able to root the .254 FW then, because when you go back to .254 you'll have to flash system too, which then eliminates your root acces

If you have the latest version of flashtool, nothing should be going wrong. As your error lies in loader.sin I've no idea what it means but I don't think it's a driver problem, but try anyway to be sure

Ok help, FlashTool is stuck saying Phone ready for flashmode operations, 5 minutes and still there, im doing something wrong?
EDIT: Before it gave me an error "18/017/2014 10:17:07 - ERROR - Cannot sync devices : https://github.com/Androxyde/devices.git: 407 Proxy Authentication Required" i know what is the authentication but how can i put the password?
Have you run drivers.exe from C:\flashtool\drivers
Choose z1, flashmode and fastboot drivers
Do not worry about the syncing,
Enter flashmode by keeping the phone off and pressing volume down whilst you attach the usb cable to the phone

If you would like to try, I suggest you retry to install the drivers.
You'll need to run the installer located within Flashtool install directory. It seems you are currently run Windows. Assuming you did not change the install path, you can find Flashtool in the root of your local hard disk. Navigate to C:\Flashtool\drivers and then execute the installer there in. Tick "Flashmode drivers" and "Fastboot drivers" cause obviously you'll require it. Scroll down a bit and tick "Common drivers for Viskan board". This will install proper flash drivers.

Afterwards for the exclusive driver for your SP (I am assuming you're on stock), Open PC Companion (install it if you don't have it) then connect your Xperia SP with your cable. This will install the drivers for your SP. If you have done this before, you actually already have the drivers installed.
Note that if above methods are well executed by you, you'll find out on the first connect, flashtool will detect the phone partially and somehow later it disconnects. Don't worry, somehow through this process your computer might be installing additional drivers. Retry to connect your Xperia SP.

NOTE! Before you attempt to use Flashtool, make sure adb daemon is killed, and PC Companion (or Sony Update Service) is closed.

Happy for you If it's working ! I can't unlock my bootloader so I dont have point of view but If your bootloader is now unlocked you can try the differents and keep the better.
With lbl i like slim kat and cm11s but i have lags with cm11
@zenki1
LOL you must turn off the device, hold the volume button, then plug in, in order to successfully connect your device in flashmode or fastboot.

it's easy to create a nandroid backup in case you want to return to the previous condition. Nandroid backup creates a full backup of your device (literally everything, kernel, /boot, /data, /system) for you to restore in some manner of time. Nandroid backup makes it useful when you're looking forward to test a ROM, or just to do some quick jumps through other ROM, without losing anything and saves a lot of time.
Well, it is far more easier to jump across ROM if you find a ROM unsuitable. For instance, AOKP didn't work well for you, you can again reboot to recovery (normally vol + during phone startup), wipe everything, and flash another ROM zip file. Most ROM will include recovery with them so this will not be a problem at all.

Maybe someone can help?
+ i always get different erros or just stuck...
Lets go together through this, lets take some steps to determine the problem.
1. Check the firmware! Make sure you are installing the right firmware and the download is not corrupted.
2. Check the DRIVER!!! Always important to uninstall the driver restart your pc, and then install the official fastboot driver from Sony Developers site.
3. Check your cable! Try with another cable, yours might be faulty
4.Check your timing, make sure you plug the phone into flashmode just the right second, you dont have much time, try several times until you get it right.
Quote me on this thread or PM me because I might not read it. Good luck!
