CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LegacyCMX is available in the LegacyCMX Github repo. Also the sources code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo.

Pretty much everything is working.
Reporting Bugs:
You are allowed to report bugs only in this thread. Before reporting a bug, please make sure you are running custom kernel, etc. If you are using any of the above modifications, please flash the rom again to get rid of the modifications before reporting.
First time installing LegacyCMX to your Galaxy S II, or coming from another ROM:
- Read the official wiki
- Copy Gapps and LegacyCMX to your internal SDCard
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash LegacyCMX zip from internal SDCard
- Flash Gapps zip from internal SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot :highfive:
Upgrading from earlier version of LegacyCMX:
- Copy LegacyCMX ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash LegacyCMX zip from internal SDCard
- Reboot

audio has no sound on redmi 5a but using wirless earphone & earphone work well and when i magisk hide app its bootloop, camera and other thing work well on redmi 5a

Does VoLTE work on this ROM ?

Wow the rom is awesome, i have been using the latest build, the only bug that i could found is that when you unplug your device from the pc or charger the icon of the battery is not changing again, is the only one that i could found, i will add the logcat, thanks for your awesome work .
PD: i have a question, i do not know if the aut- rotation is not working, in this rom and latest build of LOS 14.1 i have enabled the auto rotation but nothing seems to happen when i put the screen in a different position, thanks in advance.

i am using RESURRECTION REMIX nougat i need two fixes i installed app like app locker it required permission for floating window but when i click there is nothing it saying you are using miui so floating window permisson required but there is no option in setting like in miui and second fix for battery temperature rise to 45C fastly please give me these fix i want to stay in RR nougat

Hi Carlos,
the compass doesn't show north correctly. For example, if you tilt the phone left or right, north will show to the ground.

New LiquidRemix Builds for the beloved enchilada and the now welcomed fajita. Enchilada requires you to flash OOS v9.0.3 stable to both slots before flashing the ROM. Fajita requires you to flash OOS v9.0.11 stable to both slots before flashing the ROM. Do not ask if fingerprint is working on fajita this is a known issue and hopefully will be resolved soon. I am including a link to the latest and greatest smurf kernel. Please contact me if you find anything wrong in these builds that can be fixed and prepare to provide a log with it as well. I hope you really enjoy this release I have put a lot of effort and testing into this. Enjoy!!!

I know a lot of ROM's for the 6T, Night Mode isn't working, is it for sure working on the 6T in your ROM?

Have used this ROM on the one plus 6 and now on my one plus 6t and can say this is the best ROM I have ever used ands down. nothing comes close to this work of art at all.

We are using Open GApps (Link) Arm version, others might also be working (make sure to use ARM variant when using other providers!)
Note: In case you want to use any gapps, YOU MUST install the right gapps the first time that you flash the ROM. Do not boot with an older gapps or without one and then try to install it later.
Note: If you install a package which replaces the default dialer (mostly "Stock Gapps") you have to go to Settings->Apps->Gear-Icon and set the new dialer as a default telephony app to prevent force closing of apps

Performance is good, but if it still lags (opengapps prob the cause) try to use optimizers like FDE.AI Lite or NFSInjector. If you don't wanna use either of them then give up using google apps.

Tried many pie roms (even Vince's build) before, and all of them r laggy af... (I'm currently running an 8.1 rom and it's really smooth)

Is XXC same as XCU?

Flashed on g530h xcu, and it enters odin mode after first boot.
I'm not a tech savvy so idk how to take logcats or anything like this xD

Works better so far than the LOS 17.1 a few months ago. Still need to test other parts.
It's nice to finally move on from LOS 14.
Can you please add the ability to be able to connect to WIFI connections that doesn't broadcast its SSID or the SSID is hidden.
I used the latest release for fortuna3g (XXU).

It didn't work for me on my SM-G530M when installing the ROM and restarting the device sends me to download mode.

I cant use the rom,
even though i properly installed it thru Pitch Blach Perfect twrp
result always in "Download Mode" after reboot
same with CRdroid Rom,

ReloadedOS is an Android Custom ROM which is based on CAF. FAQ
Why is the security patch older than the latest AOSP patch?
CAF focus on delivering the latest hardware patches and are usually about a month behind Google on security patches, on the other hand, Google is usually a month or more behind on them on caf patches (sometimes months). No point in complaining about it, if you want the latest security patch, go with an AOSP based rom (like LineageOS), if you want latest Qualcomm optimizations for our hardware as well as fixes, go with caf, it's as simple as that.

Tried this rom out for a few days
it was working fine until it froze when i was playing a game and after force restarting the phone i was at the setup screen again
all of the installed apps were still installed, but some of them were reset
also i cant change most of the settings, and trying to connect to wifi instantly fails
trying to update rom to newest version to see if that would fix whatever broke in the system to cause this
EDIT: now it won't boot no matter what i try; it'll always boot to revocery
EDIT2: finally got it working again after trying a few other roms that also wouldn't boot to system, one rom somehow fixed everything and i can again boot anything now

The recovery log will show you what exactly is causing the reboot-to-recovery loop. In any case, formatting the data partition (format, not wipe) will most likely resolve the problem - but you will lose the contents of your internal storage.
