Connecting an external hard drive to Teclast X98 air 3g - Teclast X98 Air 3G

Hi
Is it possible to connect an external hard drive to the Teclast X98 air 3g?
I am trying to connect my Seagate 2tb slim backup (no external power) and it doesn't work.
Any idea?

Kaiser<->Usb cable<->Mass Storage Device ...Ideas?

Hi there,
I want to know if its possible to connect my Kaiser to a mass storage device (such an external usb hdd) and get access to the files on the device from the kaiser.
(I'm planning to connect the kaiser to an Usb multimedia-player hdd, and connect from my pc to the kaiser via wifi; This way i would transfer files from my pc to a far away usb hdd ... )
Many ways to skin a cat
Not unless that Mass Storage device is a microSDHC card (currently up to 16 GB) which you can put into a USB card reader and then transfer to the phone. The HTC proprietary extUSB jack on the TyTN II will not 'host' a USB drive (aside from the issue of finding a Windows Mobile compatible driver).
Thanks Flying Kiwi
What a pity....

Wireless Flash Drive

Does anyone have a Maxell AIRSTASH Wireless USB Flash Drive?
I was looking at wireless storage for my N10 and ran across this: Wireless USB
They are ultra portable, have an internal battery, comes in 8G or 16G and is expandable via SD card. How is it compared to other wireless drives?

USB OTG, max. size for USB-Stick

Just a question. After rooting my Tab S2 9.7 I expected to be able to use USB Otg. And though it works with smaller USB-Sticks, it seems I cant get it working with a 128GB Stick. The stick worked flawlessly on a Tab S. I did install a custom rom on the Tab S, the Tab S2 is just rooted, and running stock 5.0.2.
Any thoughts, ideas?
Anyone has thoughts about this?
I did root mine, it's running in Marshmallow and I have the same prob, doesn't recognise 128gb stick but recognise the wd 500gb passport drive via otg cable fine.

Verify the format
Pay attention, it seems that the O.S. cannot use NTFS formatted keys...

I have it working on a WD 500G / NTFS external hard disk & not working on WD 2 TB / NTFS external hard disk
It must be size limitation
Nope, the s2 Tab cannot read NTFS natively (6.0.1)! You'd need special drivers to make that work.
Hello, how do I get to connect a USB device (flash drive/HDD/microSD) to my Galaxy Tab S2 anyway?? I just ordered a OTG USB to microUSB cable this week, and although physically I can connect a flash drive to my S2 this way, no drive shows up in my S2. I did make sure my drive is FAT32. Is there a particular brand of cable I should buy?
Did you check the file manager?

I have always had mixed results with my Android devices - some OTG cables work, some don't. Got this in January and it works fine with my unrooted 8" S2 (T713):

I generally use exFAT for my connected drives. Yesterday, by using a Y-cable with power supplied by a battery pack I connected an exFAT Western Digital 4TB My Passport drive to my S2 (drive sucks too much power to be used without separate power supply).

Power interruption to external hard drive (Toshiba 4TB)

Hi,
I am facing an issue with OTG while connecting to 4TB external Toshiba USB hard drive. I had reformatted the drive using Samsung m31 itself as NTFS is not supported in m31. While the data transfer is going on, there is a power reset and the drive reconnects continuously multiple times.
Need help on this. Is this a known issue or is separate power needed? The works well with Honor Play.

How to connect External HDD to K20 Pro?

Is it possible to connect my External Hard disk to the phone? If yes, then do I need any separate accessories?
Currently I have an ext HDD which has multiple partititons, one of them is 32GB FAT32 partition. When I connect the charging cable's USB end to the HDD, nothing happens. All partitions are detected when I connect it to my laptop.
