menu background bug

Has anyone any idea how to solve the menu bug in the following screen shot?
Basically I dragged the original image into photoshop, deleted the icon and added my own so the dimensions are the same, confused.

I'm giving you my attachment to add reboot option in power menu. I hope you can do this. Could you do it ?

Do not disturb mode.

I enabled do not disturb mode to show with volume controls. When i enable it in voliume control my "Total silence" and "Turn off manually"(i dont know what it says really) are blank. Here is example on screenshot.

Lately if I install apps via adbLink or downloader the icon on the Home screen is not shown, any fix?
