I'm placing a bounty on SIM unlock method for Sprint SG4

As simple as that, at the moment it is $100 from me. If method is found transaction can be arranged via PM/PayPal.

any questions about the unlock please feel free to ask. this unlock triggers the exact thing as an official OTA unlocked device. It should work on any rom. No rom system files need to be edited.

Aside from directions it also says just call your carrier and tell them you r hoing on vacation and they will walk you through diections.

to unlock htc signified seems to have been collected 3000 and is quickly solved the problem

$20 for me. And just to be clear, at least IMO we are talking about international unlock. I couldnt care less about domestic.

Well that's already possible through sprint of course. But there seems to be some trouble getting 3G to work..

Well I know it, but there's a lot of us who have the phone outside the states and are unable to use it

[Q] Why was this question I asked closed?

Nobody answered anything based on what my question was. I know there is a thread for donations, but what about daily work that is actually being done to try to unlock the bootloader? Like a log of updates and experiences in the quest to unlock... Just wondering. Thank you!

I'm starting to think that maybe Samsung built a phone that me be so secure that we may not get what we are all asking for.
Just my thoughts.

There is a bounty out for the bootloader unlock. I can assure you no dev is going to share his work until it is complete and he can claim the bounty. There are devs working on it.

The Verizon bootloader was unlocked, they're still working on safestrap I believe. If they got their's then I'm sure we'll get ours. Patience....

I like it too. It took a couple days to get the hang of and to put the right @domain.com in the right bundles, but now that I have it all organized the way that I want, it is really really convenient. I just took the time to go through all my old messages and "Done" the ones that I want to keep access to, and "Trash"ed all the old crap that I won't need again. But again, I do really enjoy the bundles even though it took a little while to get them all organized the way that I want.

It's really intuitive if you don't use many custom labels/filters. The default labels like travel, finance, promos, social, etc. are available automatically - quite like the Gmail app. I think it can replace the Gmail app for most users. The UI is a lot neater (the new Gmail update with Material Design brings it closer to Inbox). You can test the app yourselves in a few days - shouldn't be too long before it gets out of the invite-only stage.

Can anyone pm me an invite? I've been wanting to give it a go. I put in my "official" request, but have yet gotten a response.

I tried king the other day it failed.. I was skeptical but gave it a shot. I've heard of tons of people having problems with jt. I personally don't even trust a 1click root program. I have no clue what inside and for it too do all the work it takes other root methods a number of steps to do... I question the validity of it.. I won't use it again..

I'm being plenty patient. I tweaked on arpit cause I was sick of being told I could use kingroot from him. Is that what your referring to as nagging?

I live on a budget too which is why I bought the phone. it takes less then 2 days to figure out there is no root method for this device and everyone is up in arms about it like its the end of life. big deal.. peace out means take a hike.

I've never used it but I don't trust them... Your best route is to go to your carrier and see if they will unlock it
