Lol, hit thanks instead of message.
Yes, the method above works on the T3 for systemless root (relatively new). You can also get full root using the info in this thread

Figured that's what the deal was.
I believe that you can odin back to 4.4.2 NC2 without issues and then towelroot and safestrap. Follow the thread in general section.

Asking is always a nice sentiment. ?
There are an over abundance of guides here and on YouTube of how to root your device. N910t is rather easy to root.

Sm-910t2 root?

Hello,
so I'm considering getting a Note 4 for backup. I'm going to be getting it from BestBuy. But while doing some research I noticed the model # they ship out is SM-910T2. It's supposed to be an unlocked version. Does anyone know if there is any difference in the firmware to the 910T? Rootable? Didn't find much info after further research. Appreciate any help.
If you check sammobile it looks as if that model never got updated pass 4.4.4. As for root, not sure but you can flash the firmware on the tmobile version 910T even from 6.0.1. Hope this helped.

Yes, that definitely helps. I didn't want to end up w a device that I can't root. I saw on another thread it's rootable but idk if I'll run into issues when it comes time to flash MM roms on KK firmware.

Flash twrp recovery by odin
Boot into twrp
Flash supersu.zip from twrp and reboot. You will get permanent root with supersu binaries.
Uninstall kingroot from kingroot settings and full unroot before doing this method.
Twrp recovery.

Rooting Galaxy 6 SM-g920A

Hey everyone,
Thanks in advance for reading. I saw some posts about this, but those are very outdated so here we go..
I recently deleted a massive amount of photos by accident and it says i could be able to recover those if my device is rooted. There seem to be a lot of one click software solutions, but not many for galaxy 6 sm-g920A (AT&T).
My current Android version is 7. i'm confused and overwhelmed by the amount of info on how to root it properly. What's the latest solution I could use?
Thanks so very much.

There is currently no root for the g920a unless it is on an early firmware. You are currently out of luck.
Having the same question as ok. What if you downgrade from 7 to 6.x and then root?
Can you root from 6.x?

You can root it, but you cannot install custom rom because of the locked bootloader.
