ROM runs quick , is the source current since it has the security patch or is the patches injected into the ROM , also i see that kernel is from HP ,any way of enabling fast charge, also I haven't seen this only an option in dev options for wireless display (cast screen ) is there a more advanced option menu ,like miracast for you app ,also when flashing this ROM with xposed and gapps , make sure you flash all at once or you will get a boot loop on optimizing apps , when enabling modules with xposed ,or flashing gapps after ROM has booted ,but great ROM so far

I've been using this ROM for a week now and love it!
Previously I was on cm-12-20151108-NIGHTLY, and had issues with random reboots due to a variety of reasons, and not connecting to the network after rebooting. This ROM solves those problems.
I've only had one crash, a few hours ago while using the stock keyboard with the phone charging, but the previous ROM crashed more often when it was plugged in, and had stock keyboard issues too. /proc/last_kmsg doesn't offer any clues, but I'll try another keyboard.
Battery life seems noticeably improved, though I don't have any hard numbers on that.
Oh yeah, and the compass didn't behave properly on the old ROM, now it works and Google Maps and Sky Map show the correct orientation.
I installed with pa_gapps-modular-mini-5.1-20150315-signed, xposed-v80-sdk22-arm, and TWRP 2.8.7.0, by wiping only system, cache, and dalvik.

seems there are some issues with the wifi ,the wifi automatically gets disconnected when the phone is idle for a long time and the phone's reception has be decreased

I got 2 issues. Trying to enable PIE controls sends SystemUI into a FC loop. I don't use PIE, so I didn't think to take a logcat of that, sorry.
Also, mobile data doesn't work. Running an ifconfig after enabling mobile data shows that the mobile data interface never came up. The Edge icon doesn't appear, either. If I insert my sim into slot 2, reboot, insert back into slot 1,and reboot again, then the phone tells me that sim card changed, and data works. But a reboot makes data stop working again.
I had configured the APN, too.
In the attached log, I turned mobile data (2g) on near the end. I marked the place where I toggled.
Everything else is absolutely butter smooth.

Using it as my daily driver for the time being
pretty good performance and customization
Front and back Cameras work , good phone signal , still haven't tested Gps , proximity and light sensors work
It has a small bug where it doesn't really detect the SD card and doesn't allow me to move apps to it but I can open it through the file manager
Overall , Good work , Hope I see Marshmallow and if possible Nougat versions on this great ROM
PS : It also has a bug with nova launcher which make the status bar and the nav bar not fully transparent

I can confirm that notification led does not work. Just toggling the notification light settings makes the system lag and hangs like hell. But everthing else are working.

That's weird , It works for me .Yeah it's not perfect but works with most things (WhatsApp , Messenger ,etc)
You might wanna download an LED notification app and test with it

Same here, I noticed that somehow Substratum runs in legacy mode which is kinda weird since it's mentioned that the ROM has OMS support.
But nevertheless the ROM is awesome, no doubt about that!
One more thing....
Any chance Ambient Display could be fixed? Although it'd be quite tough since no ROM for our device ever had working Ambient Display except for a build of crDroid by Bigbing. But keeping Ambient Display enabled on that ROM never let the device go into deep sleep.

I had Bluetooth-issues on your Lineage OS rom -> doesn't work on this one either, I'm afraid. But this ROM feels much smoother in general, so I think I'll be sticking with it for now

Thanks I'll see what I can do about Bluetooth, maybe openkirinwill update their sources soon
I'm going to try recompiling using a different kernel, maybe that will fix the toggles problem

OK so flashed to this ROM, half way into my 623kms GPS quit working and next was each time office phoned the screen stayed black could not see nothing but it answered. Will revert back now to the ROM I was using before for a bit longer, nice work must say phone nice and fast..

Awesome. After a few days of use, the rom seems pretty solid! The only issue I've had is that since I have adopted storage on sd enabled and most apps installed there and the sd card taking a while to initialize, my homescreen resets after reboots. I solved it partially by moving the stuff I have on the homescreen into internal memory. It also crashed a few times the other day while setting up the Situations app. I think it might have to do with some bluetooth driver issues, because I get the error "Bluetooth Share has stopped" from time to time even though bluetooth is disabled, and Situations had some bluetooth stuff defined by default (I use that app to set volume automatically to mute/low/high according to if I'm at work/home/out somewhere, using wifi detection).
So if you can fix the bluetooth, I'd be really happy! Also battery life improvements are welcome, although I haven't really benchmarked this yet in that sense.

LineageOS is a free and open-source operating system for set-top boxes, smartphones and tablet computers, based on the Android mobile platform. It is the successor to the custom ROM CyanogenMod, from which it was forked in December 2016 when Cyanogen Inc. announced it was discontinuing development and shut down the infrastructure behind the project. Is it necessary to flash ZUI 4.XX before?
I have actually Lineage 15.1 installed, with latest BB (4. whatever)
Or can i just flash it trought twrp with 4.4 Kernel and gapps for pie?

latest baseband is enough, zui 4.xx is only for bootloader update.
The latest zui that i flashed was 3.2.xx running LA 15.1 quite some time now. any chance to flash Bootloader 4.xx manually?
It's absolutely unnecessary.I wrote it down entirely because I used 4.xx baseband .I don't think there's any wrong with using 3.xx or 4.xx ,but the newer one might be more stable ,like the Internet or something.emmm,perhaps

Hello,
come from Aosp 6.0, do a system and data wipe but flashed F1XY Kernel!
Everything loks good so far except:
- initial camara app don't work (flashed another one which works)
- no download/upload speed shown in status bar even it's select in menu
Things that would be nice:
- option for showing volt/ampere at lockscreen when loading
- option for disabling icon "HD" (VoLTE) in status bar (--> land line VoLTE calls are working now with o2 carrier in germany with this ROM...very cool!)

Installed this rom, working fine so far. What i experience, is,that i need to activate plane mode to unlock my sim card. (Pin enty). The pin question after a reboot isn't shown.
As for now, the battery drain is a bit worse compared to 15.1. Will see in a few days how it comes.
BTW calling to landline phones via volte enabled doesn't work for me

Please test again after a reboot. Using O2 -> premiumsim.
Next thing i recognize, is the battery drain is to high. The phone lost 13% over night in extreme battery save mode. I use all the same settings compared to lineage oreo (15.1)
Trun off all of the background check in developer settings.
Now it's not readily available perfact in android pie ，and
If it is an application that does not require background services,restrict app in battery settings can be turned on
Great Rom! No problems so far and super-smooth!
5 GHz w-lan doesn't work properly...
I get nearly 2 hours of screen on time in 48h since last charging... and have 10%... Not really good.
Trust problems
Maybe I should look for this question deeper, but I could find anything about this doubt. How do I proceed to install a custom kernel? I guess it is done via TWRP as a normal zip and after installing the lineage zip but if you please may confirm it....
Other question, is Trust working for you? I cannot make it work, I worked around it but it does not activate at all, it does not appear in the status bar... any ideas?

same here... connection drops quite regularly. i'm on aex so it seems not to be rom related.

Hi guys, I read somewhere that LineageOS (some previous distribution) support ANT+ on Z2 Pro as well as ZUI. Right now I'm on AEX 6.1 and appreciate efficiency of this ROM, but unfortunately ANT+ doesn't work. Could you check does ANT+ working on LineageOS 16.0? It's simple to check as there is ANT Tester app in Play Store. Mine shows "no service"
