Hello good day,
I'm here because I have a little problem with my Moto G 2014 is that I get the update of Android 6.0 as when the version was downloaded, and was being installed, gave me an error, and now every time I start my phone, send me to a black screen with a dead android, and a little message down "no comand"
So, my question may be,
What I can do to fix?
All data you ask me, I was the informare gladly, I want to fix it as soon as possible, doing whatever, I do not care phone factory reset, a hard reset, or whatever.
First, the small details that I can contribute:
1. It is a Motorola Moto G XT1063 2014 Worldwide 8GB
2. The following appears on the screen of Recovery:
"
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S)

I have never put any ROm other that the one that came, and it was with the latest update of Marshmallow installed with OTA.
If anyone can help me identify the problem, and show me the way to solve this.
Howdy XDA peoples.
I'm hoping someone can help me. I had a Nexus 6, unrooted (atlhough the bootloader was unlocked when I purchased it). I had been recieving the official beta Android updates, but am not sure what version I got up to. Recently, while listening to some music on my drive home, the phone stopped. When I arrived home, I saw that it had put itself into Fastboot Mode, although it all looked slightly different (more 8-bit I guess). If I try and boot Android normally, whether from a powered off state, or from Fastboot etc, it fails, every time, and just boots into this 8 bit fastboot. (Although if I boot into Fastboot from a powered off state, it shows the usual Fastboot you would expect on the nexus 6. The 8 bit style one has the exact same functionality and control, just looks different). I have tried hooking it up to the Nexus Toolkit, which seems to behave normally and says its doing whatever I ask it to do, but still, nothing. I simply cannot boot into Android. In the Fastboot menu, Under bootloader logs, it displays the following message: "failed to validate boot image: ret=-1. Fastboot Reason: Fall-through from normal boot mode." The same happens if I try to boot into recovery.
If someone could nudge me in the right direction (or perhaps direct me to a forum where this issue has been dealt with, I have searched...), I would be immensely grateful.
Can you post a picture or type out the contents of this 8bit fastboot screen?

I can type it.
So on the first screen that pops up.
Start
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (Secure)

DRAM: 3072MB Hynix S8 SDRAM DIE=6GB
Console (NULL): null

The colours are accurate (except what is typed in black above is white on the phone screen). On the bootloader screen:
Bootloader logs
Fastboot Reason: Reboot mode set to fastboot
USB connected
failed to validate recovery image: ret=-1
Boot up failed
Just like what had happened to you, mine bootlooped today, was listening to some music, the phone just restarted itself and went into an endless bootloop, any help or fix for that ? (Also, I've been running android N beta for almost a month now, and this was the first "bug/something" to happen to me)
looks like we are in same.boat

Factory Image
Do You try to manually flash a Factory Image? Maybe not one from the N Preview? Otherwise to flash a Custom Recovery and try to flash a random Custom ROM?

Unfortunately, I currently get the very same message for my Nexus 6 device.
It had also began 'all of a sudden', ie. without any attempts to root or whatever.
Given this applies to recovery mode as well, I fear adb sideload method with OTA is not possible.
Did you somehow manage to rescue your device?
I've been running the Android (N) Beta program for almost a month now. Yesterday, when I picked the phone up, it just simply turned off. When I tried to boot it up, it got stock in a Bootloop. The phone would not go past the boot animation and the only screen I would get is "Enter Your Password), and after it, it's an endless bootloop. (I have not tried to do anything on the phone, just the official stock build from Google).
When I go into the Bootloader it displays the following:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (Secure)

I'll make sure to check it now, but one thing my friend, is your phone Locked/Unlocked ?
Quick question. With being enrolled in the beta program, do updates overwrite the recovery? Meaning you have to flash TWRP every time?

Could you not reflash via NRT?

thing is, whenever I try to use NRT to fix the problem it demands for the Bootloader to be unlocked, and for it to be unlocked it should be restarted and so as NRT says, and since it's in a bootloop it's no good. Tried to unlock the bootloader via cmd like it would happen on android M you know after entering certain commands, then on the phone a message telling you your phone will be wiped appears, but the thing is, a new menu drops in cm telling as in repartition, format and stuff, and nothing on the phone appears, and to be honest I don't wanna be too foolish and wreck the phone or something, since these type of things are not in my field
Install minimal fastboot and adb drivers, use fastboot and flash latest mm factory image without sim card, should work. Don't forget to unlock your bootloader after that, should never been locked if you like to play around.
Unlocked
Sorry for late reply but my phone is unlocked

The only choice is awaiting newest OTA with higher version of bootloader (now you have v. 71.21).
I have a problem in moto fastboot g2 xt1068, is this the device froze in fastboot screen and I can not do anything even using the volume buttons and power and not connecting to the computer so I wanted to know what can be done with that it is 100% load and the screen is on in fastboot and still can not do anything.

I cannot even switch off the phone.
Hi peoples.
And thanks to read me.
I would like to know, my work mate just gift me a motorola XT1092 becose he installed a stock rom on it to solve a screen problem.
The screen problem is solved but now the tactil isn't working anymore.
I assum he installed the wrong rom on it.
Ok so now you know evrything.
First question can i install an other rom on it ?
How ?
With or without enabling the usb debog mode ?
I work in the IT so i am ok if you point me in the good direction even if it's hard to do.
I just want to reinstall an official rom on it. To see if it's the current problem.
The things I can do =
-Normal Boot
-I can see the screen (But if you ccan provide me a way without OTG cable)
-I can boot in recovery mode but nothing work if i try to repeir or anything it is just rebooting in normal mode.
This is what the recovry mode show me :
AP Fastboot Flash mode (S)
61.00 (sha-130760b, 2016-08-24 12:39:46)
CPU: MSM8974AC ES1.1
eMMC 16GB Samsung RV=07 PV=0B TY=57
DRAM: 2048Mb ELPIDA S8 SDRAM DIE=4Gb
BATTERY OK
DEVICE is LOCKED. Statut code 0
Software status : Official
Connect USB Data Cable
He dont know if it was 5.1 or 6 before the rom (upgrade?)
