Hi All,
Is there any way to change the background of the Wifi/Bluetooth/GPS/Silent icons in the notification bar after you pull it down. And what about The notifications background? I followed that post:
showpost.php?p=7611112&postcount=39
But I still can't get that working. Please help me. Oh is it possible to change the menu background?
Can someone tell me is possible to remove text from notifications in statusbar (only icon to be visible),because i placed clock in the center of statusbar by modifying SystemUI.apk, and the notification text overrides with time.
i'm using android 2.3 cm7.
Sorry for bad eng.
Just because needing the clock in the middle of that right away notice. What a pity. I want to hide the alarm icon on notification bar for reading the text easier
Hey all so I have a note 3 rooted with xposed framework. Wondering if a module exists to do any/all of the following
-Make the font of the items in the notification shade smaller so I can see more
-Change the font of the items in shade to resemble font of nexus 5 or similar
-Get rid of word "ongoing" and "notification" I don't need to see the titles and would rather have the real estate back
-Possible to minimize the indicators up top vertically? Wanam can removed the indicator bars and text but the tile is still the same height which doesn't help.
As you can see I'm trying to get to have more usability in the dang notification shade. Thanks all.
For those of you who like me are annoyed by the AT&T carrier label in the status bar, it seems like the HD Widgets app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cloudtv.hdwidgets) writes over the top of it with it's status bar temp notification. There are probably other apps that do it as well but this is just the one I found to work best. Hope this helps people who are picky like me.

I could be wrong but I think any persistent notification icon will get rid of the at&t. It should only show up when your notification bar is empty. If only I had my S6 I could check for sure!!!!

It's very possible. I just wish you could toggle it off entirely...as if there isn't enough branding all over the device as it is I don't need it in the UI as well
Oh well, other than the battery issues I love this phone so far.

Yes, any persistent notification with an icon for the statusbar will make the AT&T text disappear. I don't believe it will remove the AT&T text from the dropdown though... for that you'd just need to put the phone in AP mode You can watch the statusbar AT&T text disappear by rebooting... it will appear for a second until the persistent notification appears.

You are correct for me my weather app overrides the at&t when screen is un-locked. It does not however when the screen is locked.
Hello,
Gravitybox used to have this option in Kitkat release, but it appears the feature is currently not an option with the lollipop release. Anyone know of a mod that has this feature to enable a custom carrier label to the status bar, change the carrier label in the lockscreen etc, especially one that will play nice with Gravitybox?
Thank you.
Haven't tried it, so no guarantees, but I saw this:

You running a stock ROM or a custom/AOSP/CM one? Folks seem to leave out that info I'm noticing. Just wondering as that feature is included with a lot of the non-stock ROMs.
Wanam Xposed for Samsung I think handles carrier label.
And here's another link that may be useful.

Still looking
I'm running a Google play edition 5.1 rom (on a HTC m7), untouched same as the 5.1 stock rom. As far as I can see Gravity box can change the carrier label on the lockscreen and notification panel, but won't add a customer carrier label to the status bar. Yeah, was hoping to show a custom carrier label similar to the way ios displays it on the status bar.
Thanks
