Make sure you flash the stock 32.2.A.0.253 firmware for your region with flashtool to update your modem bootloader and OEM partition before flashing this.
Don't post about any problems unless you've done a full wipe please.

How to Install -
If you have just unlocked your bootloader, download my boot.img and and flash it with fastboot

Unplug your phone and turn it on, after a couple of seconds you'll see the LED light up yellow, press volume up and you will boot into TWRP
Flash 32.2.A.0.253_SlimStock.zip or 32.2.A.0.253_SlimStock_Xposed.zip with TWRP and reboot straight away

The installer will wipe dalvik cache for you, try first without but if you are having problems do a clean install
Also if anybody wants a zip of any of the apks i've removed by debloating, just tell me what you want and i'll make a .zip for you to flash in TWRP
i didn't include them in as nobody was asking for them just the stock email.apk but i included that in the rom this time.

Maybe u could list in OP what's removed?
Or create an aroma installer so people can choose what they want and u don't have to create many many zips lol
a list of what is removed would be nice. i don't care about email, but i do like album for instance
Tanks dude, I know there is a fix to bypass the DRM ? But when the original keys are lost forever, and Sony makes this dypass impossible in future firmware, we have a problem I think ?
Hopefully someone figure it out how to backup DRM keys

i tried ur previous rom and was pretty leggit but i couldnt use my data.am on Greece idk why i couldnt so am back to stock ..ill probs flash this in some hours and will keep u updated ..but i really want data so thats a minus for me if this problem occurs.thx for ur roms and i would also like an aroma installer so we can have options

Hmm, I've installed your ROM, like stated in the old thread. Didn't you include TWRP in the first 6.0 version? Because I'm unable to boot into recovery to flash your current version. The notification LED blinks red 4 times and then the phone restarts.
Sorry for the lack of replies guys I've been really busy lately, I'll update the aroma installer with debloated apps sometime this week if I can.
Also I'll make a list of all apks removed.

Not with my first 6.0 release, that had androplus v20 kernel. It needs to have recovery flashed separately in the fotakernel partition.
I've just added the boot.img from this to a flashable zip if you needed it. (It includes TWRP) Also I uploaded the boot.img to flash with fastboot if you can't get into a recovery.

1080p 30/60fps and 4k 30fps
Recorded a 20minute 1080p video yesterday and had no problems, framerates are fine.

Have you tried a clean install?
Where are you saving it to, your internal storage? If it's saving to your sdcard and it's slow that'll be why.
If all of that fails flash stock 6.0 with flashtool wiping everything.. Let it boot up and leave it for 10minutes after the initial setup to cool down, to make sure it's not your cpu being throttled because of the heat.

Yes i have tried a clean install and i have flashed the original FTF before doing the clean install, my cpu usage is around 5% after 10 minutes startup and the cpu temperature is around 40 degrees

Hi!
Now there is no bug as far I found.
Camera working, wifi working, everything smooth on RC0.
The MIUI V4 is based on the ICS 4.0.4
You can use the Riyal kernels + flashing correct modules, or stock mk16 ICS kernel.
Can you rename the mk16a in mk16i in the update script? It fails to install, i must go to the build.prop to change the mk16i to mk16a

Yeah, i'm on MIUI, thanks for the ROM . Bugs i found: TB cannot installs from Play Store or an APK, it says > Not enough storage. The clock will not show the correct Time ( musst manualy configure) the google client has one crashes.
I use the Ryal Kernel. Positive: smooth and looks good i will stay on this ROM.

The clock time I remember that I had this problem but some time after this was gone the clock auto-synced ..
When you say google client, what app you mean, I know that marked takes a little time to setup on first time and browser when make login at google also.
The Riyal kernel that you are using, dont have the USB problem (crash)??

Google client= unable to acces to my gmail acc (no hacker, i checked this ) but only one time this happens.
Ryal Kernel, yeah the Kernel has the bug by connecting to my PC, random freezes and reboots.

my google client worked normally, maybe I already started it once
I cleared all nothing changed. But i have backups of the most important apps on my SD so, i pusht manualy the TB app to /data/app and rw-r-r reboot, that works

I know what is the problem, is the su binaries, is not working from the rom, maybe yours are working because of kernel, but internally is not ok, I will look more to see what to do.
Also I tweaked a little, now its FAST, really fast, reduced the loading time of a lot of apps.
When I fix the SU problem I upload the new version

I think it's better not to remove the check. You can add MK16i to the check. Have a look at CM9 updater script. It has the check for MK16a and MK16i.

Thank for this ROM and your work. But, how flash is working on this ROM? I ask, because in Сyanogenmod 9 there are big problem with it, it's just not working.

Flash is the flashlight? for pictures and movies? it will work like stock "normally", the camera is stock, also it has the 3d panorama camera.

No flash is adobe flash, which using in web-serfing, online movies (they cause crash on CM9) and etc..
I think it will work, this ROM based on stock. This ROM has not the bugs of CM.

All I did is just download the firmware, create FTF file and then use PRFCreator tool to create this flashable ROM, apart from that I didn't touch anything in this ROM.
Information:
I compared with other stock version from other country, difference are in useless application, such as:
1. France version has one Diagnostics tool but this does not have
2. The 4G icon is 4G in Franch version, but this is LTE
3. The options for Mobile Mode is different, this version has 4 options (WCDMAonly+GSM only+WCDMA/GSM+LTE/WCDMA/GSM), and France version only have 3 options (4G/3G/2G+3G only+3G/2G)
NOTE: Unlocked bootloader works. I did not tested on locked bootloader, but someone tested it on locked bootloader
Installation:
1. Download this ROM and transfer to you Xperia Z
2. Reboot into your recovery and do clean (clean cache, data, system) installation
3. (Should not needed) In case you lost recovery after flash this ROM, just enable debugging and then on Windows/Linux use NUT's recovery installer (XZ-lockeddualrecovery-<version>.installer.zip) to install recovery.

i just tested this. flashed over a locked bootloader
and it works. booted up.
BE2 works as well.

EDIT: apparently there's an image bug (nothing major) on the caller picture during a phone call (they have lines with the images)
so it was not clear.
EDIT2: seems like this bug only exists IF the user chooses to manually crop a photo through the album.
if it was sync-ed/edited with google accounts, the lines are gone.
(tested it by changing photos of one of my contacts with 2 different photos and then reverted back, no lines)
EDIT3: for the sdcard transfer, i was able to fix it via this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/general/fix-t2759826
(this fix is system level and not 3rd party apps via play store)
i was able to transfer files IN & OUT via wifi file transfer with this fix.
just follow the instructions

The Recovery XZ-lockeddualrecovery2.7.154-BETA is already included in this ROM.
By default, volume down is TWR and Volume up is Philz recovery.

its weird because your rom is not the first stock rom that has lost its recovery by not being able to access through the volume buttons upon boot
BUT it can be accessed through NDRUtils app from play store.
but i am able to fix it by reinstalling a dual recovery version and i was able to access recovery via volume buttons.
so no worries there as it can be overwritten even by older versions (i prefer 2.6.3 as its a stable one)

Lol, completely screwed my system up by trying to do it by hand, then flashing wrong firmware to fix problem, etc.
Now, after half a nights work last night, finally up and running again [emoji12]
On another subject: another thing that seems to have improved, for me at least is the GSM signal strength! Had hardly no signal with 4.4.2 in the subway here in rotterdam (NL), but now signal seems almost twice as strong!

Note:
- This rom is prerooted but doesnt contain a superuser app
- This rom doesn't contain any kernel, so be sure to be on 4.4.4 283 build before u flash the ROM or flash stripped kernel after flashing the ROM.

Simple Battery Saving Tips:
1. Always, be sure u made a clean install of whichever ROM u installed.
2. Once after installing a ROM, let it settle.
3. Debloat appropriately, you don't want to mess with the system stability by removing the necessary apk's.
4. Use Auto Brightness along with keeping the brightness bar to least value.
5. Use Underclocking and Undervolting for more battery backup, but do read a lot before u do it. Coz improper settings with them(ex: Dealing with voltages), can screw up the h/w.
6. Turn Auto-Sync OFF. Saves a lot of juice.
7. Switch off Data/Wifi when u don't use them.
8. Using Custom kernels will increase battery backup. U can choose custom governors and i/o schedulers and such. I suggest using intelliactive governor and sio scheduler for best results.
9. I personally wouldn't suggest using Greenify, because it does what our Sony Xperia's Stamina Mode does. And Stamina mode works better in my opinion. Still, u could give it a try freezing apps which u don't need.
10. Use Amplify(Xposed Module) to reduce Google Play Services drain, this helps a lot on any phone with 4.4.2 and above.
11. Restart your phone atleast once in 3 days, therefore old processes are stopped while shutting down.
12. Don't use any RAM/Cache cleaner or Battery saving apps.
Battery Caliberation:
1. Charge your device to 100%. Use it till it turns OFF. (Do this for 3-5 charge cycles and u will notice the difference).
Most of these steps work on non rooted devices too.. Except u have to disable apps in Settings instead of removing the apk's like with rooted users. Anyways u guys can provide me with feedbacks after u followed these steps. Hope u benefited from this.

Hello, tried to install but ended in a bot loop
I followed the steps mentioned in the op.
After flashing, the boot animations starts (the blue one) but after that it always restarts.
I am on unlocked bootloader if it matters.

I think there is only 1 custom kernel for 4.4.4 Stock/Stock based ROMs.. Its Hodor Kernel by Olivier.. I myself will try making a kernel if time persists.. But Stock kernel is already good enough.. You are welcome to try any kernel that is for 283 builds..

I have tried this rom, it work perfectly. looks just like stock.
The first time boot to system may takes some time. Be patient~
By the way ... I'm on locked bootloader

Installed and everything seems ok, really smooth. I have one question: I the account area under Google account I can't find contacts sync. It has only app data, Gmail, people. I have all my contacts on the Google account and can't restore them. Please advice. Thank you again!
I'm using rom based on stock 4.4.4 fw 283. Can i flash this rom ??

Google Contacts Sync is removed, since most of the users won't use much Gapps like Contacts Sync, Google+, etc(They tend to remove it as they see it as bloatware).. If users need it back, i will put it back in v2).. For now, u can try getting the apk and push it and set perms..

Good to know it works if you have any issues with the Rom, then it may be TWRP. I know with my s4 rom, TWRP causes problems. I haven't had enough time to play around with recoveries for this device. besides, I've only had it for a week haha

Edit, just finished loading it up. so far so good. everything loaded up easy and smooth. one thing i noticed right away is the transparent weather widget isnt transparent when in landscape mode. thanks for a great rom.

Thanks for the feedback! I fixed transparency in landscape, will be present in the next release
One more thing i notice is chrome is not working after clean install. Says missing things to run properly.
Edit. Uninstall with tb and reinstatall through play store fixed it

You shouldn't have any real issues with google play services other than the nagging warning once in a while. It was a last minute update I shouldn't have done before releasing haha
Since u include exposed framework in the rom I hope during the install we have the option weither to install or not. I will admit I am not up to speed with exposed. But after reading several thread discussing how this is working on the Note 4. Have downloaded the rom but not installed yet. May wait for the problems mentioned to be fixed and the next released post. Thanks for want I know is alot of your time and work.
I am currently running CM11 with MH8... I'm guessing I'll need to use Odin to get to NK1 ... Does anyone have the file or link to the file to do so? Or just point me in the direction. I already have cwm recovery. Thanks for any help I'm advance.

Your best bet is go back to mh8 stock, take the ota, flash the custom recovery of your choice then flash this rom. It ensures you're up to date

Xposed is included but not enabled by default. I'll be releasing another version tonight with hotspot mod working
I used to use NegaLite BluROM on my EVO 3D. I will deffo be trying this on my tab 3! This is great!

Okay. I actually had a stock rooted backup of MH9 and its installed and working. If I do the OTA will I lose root? If so will the current way of flashing recovery and root work via odin? Again thanks for your patience. I swear I'm not as noob as I sound. I just have used this device in a long while.

Actually you will need complete stock for ota to work. Sammobile.Com carries stock firmwares. Flash it using Odin, boot it up, wait for the OTA and take it, then flash recovery. Flashing the Rom will give you root again
Should we be able to dirty flash the update?
Looking forward to the update. Actually can't use gmail or inbox because of the play services.
What is the recommendation with the zram thing. Not to familiar with it.

Just Another Stock Based Rom
Yes, this rom is very similar to NoleKat, but is based on the latest T210 firmware I could find (OB1-Feb.2015)
No, it does not have any theming.
No, I don't plan on theming it.
Yes, it works for both T210 and T210R (maybe T2105, give it a try and let us know).
Full version
Mildly debloated. Most apps available in the Play Store have been removed. Most of Samsung bloat is still present, but you can disable anything you don't want using any package control app (Titanium Backup). Rom zip about 650mb.
LITE version
This is a highly debloated stock-based rom that is very light, but still has some good mods that enhance the user experience. I have removed most of the Samsung stuff and just about everything that is available in the Play Store (including Gmail, Hangouts, etc...). I did leave a few things (ex. camera, gallery, file manager) that I prefer using. The rom zip is only around 400mb. Nova launcher is installed as a data app, so you can replace it if you prefer.
Be aware that the LITE version of this rom is heavily debloated and has most Samsung dependant apps removed. If you rely on those things, use the full version of the rom.

I don't use T210R firmware because it only has a couple languages built in. T210 firmware is better for more languages.

lucky i visit tab 3 thread again and found a new rom
my stock rom is getting worse and worse everyday so i go try this later, thanks for the update!!
edit: i got an force close on "Setup wizard"
i try to clean + flash again, right now remove the phservice and still i got the same error
i'm using twrp v2.8.7.0 & my tab SM-T210
2nd: already solve the problem using your custom bootanimation
i wanna use the stock one ( not because i hate yours, i just like stock bootanimation )
hope you will fix this issue, once again thanks for the wonderful rom, very smooth
I have the same problem as the guy above. Setup wizard force closing but for me it doesn't matter if I use the custom or stock boot animation. Can't even test the rom out because of it.

As I do not have this issue, I can not fix it without more information. Clean or dirty flash? I need a logcat also to troubleshoot.

After flashing the ROM I'm greeted with a prompt to select my language, followed by a prompt to choose a wifi network. However, when attempting to enter the password for my wifi network the keyboard fails to launch correctly using all 4 of the different ROM flash configurations for phservice and the launch screen. If I attempt to click the "skip" button, I go to an all black screen except for the battery icon. From the all black screen I can expand the notification bar, but nothing will launch from the notification bar, and I can raise or lower the volume.
I've attached logcats for each of the configurations, except the configuration with neither option selected
