Pulling down my status bar takes nearly a second to respond. I.e., a second between the gesture and the status bar actually pulling.
In Safe Mode it is normal.
Is there any way to diagnose this?
I do have Xposed installed, and using Gravity Box to tweak the status bar. However, GB is still active in Safe Mode, and no delay.

The bottom status bar on the homescreen, with the time, wifi bar and battery logo bottom right and the other 3/4 icons bottom left...
This stays there when im in a full screen game, often cutting off some of the touch controls.
Anyone else get this problem, and how to make it hide/go to back or completely dissapear when in game? Thanks.
Tablet bar hider from the market
Enjoying a fresh install of ICS, but becoming more and more annoyed at accidentally tapping the status bar that's now located at the bottom edge of the screen, just below the space bar when typing.
Ive hunted through the options and I'm sure I've just missed the right check box, but where/how can i return the status bar and the associated buttons/menus back to the traditional top of the screen and safely out of my typing reach?
Currently running SGT7 20120604 nightly.
thanks for the help.

I also want to know. I don't like bottom position.
Ditto, it's driving me crazy!
just change the resolution to 240dpi, you'll get into phone mode instead of tablet mode. Therefore you will get your status bar on the top.
If you mean by "ICS Buttons" is the soft keys of Navigation Bar, you can disable it from the system settings.

Each time I reboot my phone my navigation bar reappears. I have to go into my phone options, system settings -> Naviagtion and then toggle the navigation bar ON and then OFF (it is set to OFF initially but still showing, so I have to turn ON then OFF to get it to go away). I know Gravity Box is causing this problem since when I disable it and reboot the navigation bar does not pop up again.
The navigation bar master switch is set to OFF in gravity box so I'm not sure what else I can do. Any ideas? I'm running Slim Kat 6.8 on a VZW Galaxy S3. And using Gravity Box 3.2.1 and latest Xposed version
Figured it out, just had to turn the Navigation Bar master switch to ON in Gravity Box, but leave the "Enable Navigation Bar" check box unchecked. No navigation bar even after a reboot.
Just flashed my phone with the Google provided 5.1 image, but now I can't expand my status bar to access the quick settings. Is there some setting that I am missing or do I have a botched install?
Same for me. I just had to wait a couple of minutes. If that doesn't work maybe try a reboot?
Try pulling from the very top of the screen down. It seems to be less responsive than it used to be.
I've noticed on the V30 that the navigation bar is hidden when the keyboard (I believe Gboard) is being used, and I'm wondering if there's a way to get that to happen on the note. I've already enabled full immersive mode, and hidden the nav bar except when it's being used, yet it shows back up when I'm using the keyboard.
