Bricked bricked bricked!!!! - T-Mobile LG G4

HELP! So I posted a thread earlier of my personal root method but it's buggy but the closest I can get to a successful root on Android M for Lgh81110N running software 20i android M
I was toying with methods of mounting the system as RW manually and stupidly changed the permissions of /system to 0666 via chmod in a terminal emulator! All I get now is the splash boot logo with the flashing boot LED and it will restart, I can access download mode and factory reset mode but that's it and I tried to flash stock firmware for my device but it's android L and I can't find stock for h811 for android M.
KDZ method DOESN'T work and all It says is that there is an error and stops the update! Someone please help me to either make this damn flash tool work or figure out a way I can flash my device with defualt /system!
Bootloader is unlocked and mostly rooted, never fully successfully flashed twrp but managed to boot it a few times with adb commands! Any other information you may need I can answer!

have you tried using fastboot to flash your system partition?

Help, I screwed up...can't mount /data or /cache

Like an idiot, I accepted an OTA (4.4.2) while rooted with a custom recovery (Philz). I got stuck in a boot loop and proceded to run through the instructions here (method 2) to get back to stock. I have tried several iterations of this using different stock images with the same result, I can't mount /cache or /data. In the end my phone tries to boot, but gets past the unlocked bootloader screen and flashes the android laying on its back with error written below. My bootloader is 30.B2. Oh yeah, I even tried to download an experimental Cyanogenmod and install it using the ADB sideload, but it failed because it could not access /data.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Missing data partition boot loop

I was following the instruction in http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/stock-h811-20i-images-kdz-flashable-t3308227 to install TWRP using adb and fastboot and I'm pretty sure I messed up because once I installed a ROM(AOKP) through TWRP and rebooted I get the attached error in a boot loop. As far as I can tell it seems I'm missing the /data partition and that is causing a crash which it tries to recover from by rebooting. Before I started I was on 6.0 official with no root or TWRP.
I'd appreciate in help in figuring out if this is fixable and if so how.
Thank you.
Use LG UP to Refurbish and flash a 10n or 20i Stock .kdz.

Impossible to flash?

Hi, I need help with a (possibly) soft bricked phone. It boots, yet it reboot itself once it tries to read the multimedia files in the internal storage. The owner is a co-worker so I really don't know how or what could possibly trigger this behavior (a virus perhaps?). The device is not rooted, even if I set usb debugging it just keep rebooting and losing all configuration. Uninstalled apps respawn again once it reboots. I tried to flash it with many Odin versions to a proper stock rom, but when the device reboots all the files remain the same, as if nothing were ever done. I tried wiping everything from recovery mode, didn't work either. Whenever I enter recovery mode it updates some files and says it can't gain access to CSC. I'm not an expert on repairing phones so I'm already out of options, any suggestion would be appreciated.
Edit: Android version is 2.3
Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2100642
The guide is meant for Jelly Bean, but works even with Gingerbread and should repair the csc.

Didn't work either. All files are still there after rebooting. CSC still fails to load in recovery.
I saw some people with this issue in other android devices, it seems the problem is a corrupted internal memory (nothing can be erased or written). I may just give up
Try to perform this shell command:
mke2fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
It will force the format of system partition. You can do it with the Terminal included in TWRP recovery for Gingebread. Once done, you'll have to flash a firmware with Odin to rewrite the system partition.

I can't install custom recoveries, it doesn't recognize external storage and not even Odin can rewrite the recovery.
If you're sure that you can't install TWRP with Odin then I don't know how you could solve your problem, sorry. :/
@Cassiusss Hey Bro,

Try to reboot to recovery or in download mode with this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.antaresone.quickreboot
Anyway, what error is shown when you try to flash a recovery?

I tried ur mentioned app but it again takes 1-2 secs and boots to system.
I also extracted out boot.img from cm13 and flashed it through rashr but after flashing it again booted to system.
Also tried to factory reset from phone but surprisingly it again didnt show anything and booted to system.
Can You tell me any method to HARD RESET or format its system partition so i can odin it ezily.
I think that formatting system will not bring back recovery or download mode.
What's important is to gain access to download mode (because without it you can't use Odin).
Are you sure that booting your phone while pressing "Volume down" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys is ineffective?
Maybe you'll need an USB JIG to force the download mode...
I guess your device memory is broken. Because my friend's ace3 had the same problem with you, and the service center said that the emmc had been broken. So no hope at all

Motorola Moto X pure stuck on bootloop after failed root attempt, HELP!!

Hey everyone I just recently got a Moto X Pure with TWRP recovery already installed and the bootloader unlocked, unrooted. The phone was stuck on Marshmallow so I went to update and it would take me to TWRP recovery every time and when I reboot back into the system, I'm still stuck on Marshmallow. So I downloaded an app that would make me download OTA updates while still having TWRP recovery but it needed root access, which I didn't have. I tried all of the one-click root apps but non worked then I stumbled across an easy root method: ( oops it said I can't post links, but basically I downloaded a supersu zip and flashed it) which I followed very precisely and I'm pretty sure I did nothing wrong. But when I flashed the ZIP using TWRP and booted back into system it was stuck on the Motorola logo which I'm assuming is bootloop. I was going to download a stock recovery using fastboot but I discovered that it would relock the bootloader, which would render the device useless to me so I can't. I also tried wiping the Dalvrik Cache but it always failed. I'm new to all of this so please guys I'm desperate for help. Thanks in advance
