How To SetOperator

Hi everybody.
This worked for me so hope it helps you.
Extract Rom files, copy nk:nbf to your device folder ieH20B, copy SetOperator &
xda3nbftool(found in PH20B1) into PH20B copy this folder into C drive (C:\PH20B) or whichever is your
local/main drive
Now click Start-run,type cmd click ok
in the command line window type the following (where [ENTER] means hit the ENTER key)
cd \ (space after cd) [ENTER]
cd PH20B [ENTER]
SetOperator O2UK001 (your code) [ENTER]
when completed type exit [ENTER}

basically cd means change directory.
starting from c:\, and wanting to get to c:\my documents\pocket pc\helmi rom\ph20b, you would type:
cd c:
cd my documents\pocket pc\helmi rom\ph20b
setoperator .....................

I copied the folder Ph20B to C: drive to simplify the command prompt
if you type cd C: it just copies the same line of text
Type cd \
you get
C:\>
Type cd PH20B after >
you get
C:\PH20B> then type SetOperator & code after > and hey Presto you get
Setting Operator to[???????] for ROM
updated checksum to ????????
Completed
C:\PH20B> type exit after > to close prompt

sorry, typo - i meant c:\

No problem
After searching for ages for a step by step guide, i remembered i'd done something with command prompt to intergrate XPsp2 into XP and it helped me to understand this.

MODIFICATIONS
In this part of the course, as a general rule, we modify our system.

Important:

In this way we have prepared a record, we can now freely edit.
Now, we'll file Initflashfiles.dat

Then, open *.rgu and copy its contents to default.rgu or user.rgu.
Writing kluchy, is dependent on its path. Each new path has to be in this part of the registry where the key begins in the same way.
An example of a registry entry for PocketRAR:

So we have to place it where keys start with:

If the operation completed successfully, that the application will work poprawnie.Do modify the registry, are the various outputs, my way is not a last resort. This type of keys, and their removal also save our memory, which is extremely low.
We can also replace the driver or a new version of the program such as File Explore - in this case, replace the virtual memory address and the address of relocation, because otherwise this application does not start. Htc one m7 help ?

Good morning my phone does not work , try putting on other software for the HTC SYNC and ****ed me . My phone is an HTC M7 VERIZON , I can access the hboot and recovery and when turned on shows black screen .
I tried to unlock the HTCDev and has not worked for me that is what shows me the bootloader

You can't unlock a Verizon phone from HTCDev, Verizon asked HTC to block their phone from being bootloader unlocked.
Flash the 6.22.605.6 RUU

are you using htc_fastboot.exe?
Are you sure your RUU.zip file isn't named something else? Maybe double file extension (RUU.zip.zip)
Can you post a screenshot of your adb folder and a screenshot of your command window.

Unlocking Bootloader on HTC One M7

I can't unlock bootloader on my HTC One M7 (android 5.0.2).
When I type in cmd fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin I get error: can not load 'Unlock_code.bin'. My phone (in fastboot usb mode) is connected to a computer and all the files needed for it are in one folder

Make sure that your fastboot device is detected. Type "Fastboot Devices" and make sure your device is detected. Double check spelling of the bin file and its location ( bin must be located in the same directory as fastboot unless you specify the full file path i.e. c:\SomeRandomFolder\unlock_code.bin).

"can no load" is the generic error fastboot will output when it can't find the specified file. Most of the time it's because the file is not in the same folder as fastboot.exe (or wrong path to file in your command). It can also be caused by double file extension. Try to use your "TAB" key to autocomplete the file name:
"fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlo" then press TAB and it should auto-complete to "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" by itself if the file is in the right folder.

[Firmware][Official][GUAMP] How to install Firmware MOTO G9 Play official

This tutorial cover how to install the official motorola firmware in your MOTO G9 Play (Guamp) if you wipe the device. By now do not exist a stable ROM to use in this device, so you can recover the system following these steps. I use a GNU/Linux distro so the steps are using this O.S.
Prerequisites:​
- OEM Unlock: If you wipe the O.S, you already unlock it. To do this follow a tutorial like: https://www.getdroidtips.com/unlock-bootloader-twrp-moto-g9-play/
- Install adb and fastboot
- Check you have a Guamp device
- Get Firmware image.

Third, get a valid firmware. Firmware is normally compressed and will need to be unzipped before use, I used the lolinet mirror:
Go to lolinet guamp PLAYPL section at: https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/guamp/official/PLAYPL/,
Look for a Firmware and download it, I have tests XT2083-3_GUAMP_RETEU_10_QPX30.30-Q3-38-69_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-XT2083-3-EUROPE-SAR_CFC.xml and it works well.
Uncompress it locally
Steps to flash the image​
Flash all binary required with the following command, if you prefer, you can do it one per one (Check that the image uncompressed have all the files in these commands before execute it, it may vary between versions):

Check that all steps are OK, and then you can reboot the device:

If everything wen well, you should see the OS fingerprint: 0xc2224571 (or similar) and the device will start with the Motorola firmware normally. Enjoy the device until a stable rom release. Hope this helps.

Nice, but a for loop can be used instead of doing the fastboot flash super super.img_sparsechunk.0 command multiple times.
