Folks! I've been trying to find an example snippet of connecting to a Google Fusion Table (Presumably through Google API) using Android Studio, but so far can find nothing. Is there an example out there or some guideline?
cheers

While not an exact snippet this should lead you in a good direction take a look at the "ODK Aggregate" section of this knowledge base article. Also you can read the API (Which is a Google API as you had wanted!) for connecting Java and Fusion Tables here. Let me know if you have any more questions happy to answer them as best I can!

HTC has just released a patch. It works great, but be sure your EV value is under cero. (You can find the slider for this value in the panel with six big buttons, at the right-upper corner).
Nevertheless, the optic is not so good in this brand...

sorry to be a ludite, but doing a search for "camera patch" yields basically this thread, and doing a search for anything else with camera in it kicks back tons of stuff to sift through. what should i search for? thanks!

Have you considered wordpress, or something similar, rather than have someone develop something for you?
Sent you an email
I have thought about this and might go that route if I see it as a better solution. Thanks for the info

No worries mate. I just think that if it's something you're going to want to modify the contents on a regular basis (or even just every now and then) then you don't want a web developer working on it for you. You want to be able to modify it yourself.
Yea I gotcha. I know how to code some just not very good at optimizing for multiple browser support. But i think i will go with the wordpress way

If you know some coding yourself then definitely go for it - you should have no problems (or simple Google-able ones )
Let us know when it's done - I'd like to see what you've done.

Hi guys, i'd like to introduce you my new project, EmotiCODE!
EmotiCODE is a collaborative source code snippets aggregator and search engine but mostly a place where developers can find the answers they are searching for and contribute with their own contents to help others with the same needs.
The main concept behind emoticode is "as a developer i own a lot to people publishing source codes, snippets and guides on the internet, the less i can do is do my best to help the internet back", therefore we encourage people to register ( the process is pretty straightforward ) and post every bit of code they have/use/find on the internet, because even the smallest three-line-snippet could solve someone else problems while developing a project ... you never know
You can also, as a registered user, mark snippets you find more interesting and/or usefull to you as your favorites, clicking on the thumb icon on the left of every element. This will allow you to find them easily in the future on your profile page and will let other user have an idea on your tastes or specific needs.

It is very nice indeed. If I could make one constructive criticism it would be that they could do with a brief description. Unless you can understand the code then some of them are not self-explanatory, and if you can understand the code then you probably wouldn't be looking for it in the first place! Descriptions should be searchable as well
Other than that though, top job

everything could be useful! as the About section states:
Code:
... even the smallest three-line-snippet could solve someone else problems while developing a project ... you never know :)
Now emoticode has its own comment system! ( look at the bottom of each snippet )
This so awesome!
What would be the best way to filter results?
I see the plus on the right to search a language category.
How would one filter down to say "init.d" snippets for Android SDK only?

Selective search is being developed, anyway if you first go to the Android SDK section ( http://www.emoticode.net/android-sdk/ ) and then perform a search from there, you will search only in that section ... i know, it's a little bit confusing and not user-friendly, i have to fix it

Cool. I"ve read where you can use Pebble Tasker to open different Canvas watchfaces, check weather, and other functions by programming the buttons on the watch. That's what I need to learn how to do. To start.
