Is this a tutoral? no, just an emulator to run on desktop. Yes in all available languages. But does your answer tell us how to get xxxxxxxx.dll.XXXX.mui, registry settings and whatelse out of the emulator into the ROM???

RealVGA? Himalaya is QVGA. Does this work on our device?
is the reset hard or soft?
this is working on himalaya, and it's a soft reset.
but this taking 4-5 Mo of storage :-(

Abi Himalaya dediğimiz XDAII , MDA2 , Qtec2020 , Imate Pocket PC cihazlardır.Senin cihaza bu sistem uymaz.Sakın deneme kurulmaz zaten ama kurulursa da makinan iptal olur muhtemelen
ca ne marche pas avec mon spv m1000 (himalaya- qtek 2020) mahlesef calisiyor ama ismini hatirlayamdigim iki dosyanin acilamadigi uyarisiyla. Ha birde bazi bolumlerde yine english devam etti. ben birsey anlamadim. Yine ingilizce bir rom yuklemek zorunda kaldim.

benim sorunum ise htc hermes icin turkce rom ariyorum hic biryerde bulamadim yada aramasini bilmiyorum bana bu konuda yardimci olurmusun.

Hocam bahsettiğin sorunlar muhtemelen indirmeden kaynaklanan bir durum.Böyle bir sorun olsa bilinir üstelik neredeyse bu çakışma %99 Türkçe.Fransızca ROM için http://www.ctrlpda.com/index.php?option=com_fireboard&Itemid=26&func=view&id=73&catid=184 buradan faydalanabilirsin veya http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=374407

Teşekkür ederim arkadaşım.Hermes için şuan Türkçe çalışma yapan kimse yok.Ben hazırlayabilirim ama Hermes cihazım olmadığı için hataları tespit edemem.Bu yüzden eğer anlarsan nasıl rom düzenleyeceğini sitemde anlattım.Oradan rom dosyalarını alıp Türkçe paketide oradan inrdirip kendin de hazırlayabilirsin.Çok zor değil.Seninde bayramın kutlu olsun.

JOYUI version: JOYUI 11 20.03.27

last time I updated is when my device is on android 8 (not sure about the JOYUI version, but I'm sure its not JOYUI 11). and after the update my phone heats faster and consumes much power compared to before, and I wanted to know if I'm able to downgrade my device back to android 8?
Since blackshark doesn't have that much attention, It's really hard to find the stock firmware of this device.
all I Could find is some OTA file from some blackshark forum in Chinese.
I was wondering can I use this file to downgrade my phone?

I've read some guides and they mention stuff such as Anti Rollback Protection which I haven't checked if my phone have it or not, because I haven't unlocked my bootloader yet, I wanted to know if it's possible to downgrade with that file in the first place, then I'll unlock it.
Edit: The OTA file contains a payload.bin file, which I have extracted and got some files such as boot.img, system.img, vendor.img, etc.
TL;DR : Can I install a clean firmware by using an OTA file?

Sorry for the late reply, I only found the OTA File, Im not sure how to install firmware with OTA since there's not much guide for blackshark devices.
Let's hope for the best and wait till someone who understands what to do with these files come and make a guide for us.
