What is AOSP ?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.

What is OMS / Substratum ?
Substratum is an application, downloadable from the Play Store, that utilizes all of Sony's Overlay Manager Service (OMS), found on the official AOSP code review. This is similar to Layers in terms of stability and customization as it runs off an upgraded version of the Resource Runtime Overlay system, with the added benefit of running up-to-date Sony code on a customized ROM.

What is RRO ?
Runtime Resource Overlay (RRO) was contributed by Sony to the Android code base. The RRO framework provides the possibility to modify the look and feel of an application while it is running, without any need to change or recompile the application source code. In short, RRO is a Theme Engine replacement which can do wonders!

A : Yes, SuperSU is included now. If not, you have to add root through a flashable SuperSU zip

The same problem with MAC addresses as in Resurrection Remix is present here — they are not set because of wrong service start order.

CM13 is no longer maintained by Chippa_a.qscn who is the present maintainer of cm13 but unfortunately the cm13 for our dogo is still in development to release stable version.So cm13 has no stable build yet.You have to wait until qscn upload the stable build.But RR is stable.You can try and any build for our dogo supporte in any model(c5502/c5503).

sorry for my English

Unfortunately the cell network is very unstable. I encounter disconnections and very long timeouts like 2-3 minutes. I've also noticed a problem with xposed, editing the quick settings has no effect.

Can any1 enlighten me if it's safe to flash custom 3.4.x kernel (Unleasehed 101u to be precised) with this ROM?

You have to be using a hybrid radio. Then you have to have the correct APN selected and your preferred network type set to 4g.

I did full wipe before flashing.
While flashing got the following:

Slim rom is a feature less rom & Wont come with much apps. u con download from PS.

Does vulkan api included on this rom or any of nougat rom available for this device??

chance for official support will be after 2-3 months. paranoid is little bitter to compile. let it first stuck on bacon, then ham will get support

Developer settings is fixed in latest build. Check if u r using build 0.26 !

I am using .26 but the issue might still be there for me because I did dirty flash over .25 .overall nice rom so far.

Developer options not opening ?

Yes development options are not working for me but USB debugging is on by default so doesn't hurt , I normally don't play with more settings than that

i get this msg when i flash gapps = i wiped all & i did flash gapps with the rom not after :
error 64 wrong architecture to set-up open gapps' pre-bundled busybox
any way to get it work ?

Edit : i downgraded to twrp-3.0.2-0-yuga & gapps pass thru, but rom doesnt boot with old twrp.

It does not install... The screen flashes a couple of times in the recovery and the recovery restarts (strange). I have TWRP 3.0.2

All roms for kenzo work on kate as weel, uness they update the firmware (very rare, just the MIUI based ones do that).
Just unzip the rom archive, navigate to file META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script, open it with text editor and in the second row either comment it or change as follows:
before: getprop("ro.product.device") == "kenzo" || abort("E3004: This package is for "kenzo" devices; this is a "" + getprop("ro.product.device") + "".");
after: getprop("ro.product.device") == "kate" || abort("E3004: This package is for "kenzo" devices; this is a "" + getprop("ro.product.device") + "".");
Then zip again the whole rom folder and flash it as usual.

Sorry, I didn't had the knowledge about that.
Thanks for the information.

I have found these issues:
1. The battery stats are not resetting after charging above 90%, SoT count still goes up.
(Aftering clicking on delete, I have to restart for SoT to reset.)
2. When going to recovery from 'Advanced' in Restart from power button menu, there's just the wheel(loading) animation and no text.
3. When clock is on right side, restart you will find the statusbar clock overlapping the network bar and battery icons.

Okay, this rom perfectly awesome.
Both battery and performance so good, even my phone not very heat while play use this ROM.
i just found bug, mobile data so slow.. its show 4G but , NO. Its GSM.
Suggest: Put Screenshot button in status bar

I really like this rom! I don't think there's anything like it since slimroms has gone away. Many thanks!
However, it looks like the UI reboots (soft reboot) pretty often for me, maybe once every hour if I don't use the phone. I don't think this happens if the phone is connected to a charger or usb and never when screen is on. This may be caused by something i installed or maybe it's because my device is "kate"? I have rooted and installed vulmax 10 & UV apps, they work fine. No gapps/microg installed.
Also, viscerion (wireguard) doesn't work so well. Even when the tunnel is enabled and working, there's a notification for "disconnected from always-on VPN" and the connection is not brought up on reboot, I have to do it manually (there's an option for this in Viscerion.).

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin

Hey what was the environment you built this in and do you have any setups to mirror it? If not Is the built rom you shared up to date with the 6 pro rr source? It looks like there was some changes just a day ago to it.

Thats not an error.. failed to mount system and vendor are due to A10 having dynamic partitions..

So, contrary to OP I was not able to flash Magisk for root. Just like all the other roms flashing it just caused a bootloop. I'm going to still use RR as my daily driver, at least, for now. I'll post my update once RR has been updated as well.

I just installed this ROM and it's awesome. Is there any way to be notified about the updates? And is there any chance of getting OTA updates in future?

Having Magisk and cts work would be ideal for those needing it.

ROM does it automatically, a toggle is on the works and should be added in the next updates.
