I just tried a few trick that all member in here post, and rewrite it in easy step.
For someone who own LG G4 LS991 SPRINT network which is only CDMA and want to make it work on global network whether it is GSM/LTE/CDMA, ... all work.
- No Need to ROOT your phone
1- Connect your phone to PC and transfer the International ROM found in link below, direct under your phone INTERNAL STORAGE
*** ZV6 ROM
*** ZV9 ROM
2- Shut Down you phone
3- Start download mode (Hold Volum Up button and Plug USB cable)
4- Run LGUP re-flashing your current ROM Version (same rom of your current running one) ZV6, ZV9... whatever
5- Look at the progress % bar, when it reach 9%, unplug the usb cable and close the LGUP software
6- Your phone will stay in DOWNLOAD Mode with GREEN TEXT show COM##
7- Run sendcommand tool with specific COM## shown on your mobile screen
8- Run dd command to replace the ROM image you saved inside your INTERNAL STORAGE into your mobile system as instructed in step 1- LINK
9- Wait under the replacing done and you will see the hash tag # appear on the new line
10- type LEAVE to exit your download mode and restart the phone
Cheer, that's done you phone is loading with ROOTED International Network enabled.
If you have your phone done, please simply click THANK....
Also thank to all XDA Developer member for all the reference included in this thread.
Will updating PRL and profile overwrite the Global SIM?
someone tried it as yet? seems a bit risky removing the phone while flashing a rom dont you think???
Also need some elaboration for these 2 steps please:
7- Run sendcommand tool with specific COM## shown on your mobile screen
8- Run dd command to replace the ROM image you saved inside your INTERNAL STORAGE into your mobile system as instructed in step 1- LINK
OP please ADD a disclaimer, THIS METHOD IS TOO RISKY. Just a 1 second delay can brick your device with no download mode. few members have bricked their device by flashing phones with this method, @Agimax and @tabp0le .
Try the long route posted by other member, its safer then this one.
With those two link ROM, they are GSM enabled already.... it's not too risky. It's definitely work.
I already did on a few phone and all success, never fail.
please give zvB rom

Does the send command tool only run when the COM port is enabled?
because you try to run it to see if it works, before you activate the COM port and it does not run

The send command was closed a while back on zvb you have to force open it throught a dangerous method.

My phone has no network and it says no sim card. After further investigation it appears that this is because the IMEI number has just gone, it doesnt exist on the phone. It is standard I have never changed software so have no idea how this could happen. Tried factory reset but nothing works. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your guidance...I have tried both option but it get stuck in middle somewhere and not able to flash the kdz file.
So at this moment LG Mobile support tools not able to cross 10% in firmware update process and stops due to some error.
With KDZ update tools, same situation....and device can connect to adb terminal no other recovery mode options.
So using adb terminal is there any chances to do some fix ?
I think I have currupted my boot loader during installation of third party recovery software without doing boot loader unlock option.
Please guide or suggest any other try.....
Thanks

It was happened like......the phone was working ok with latest official updates V20A and suddenly lost the IMEI number so Mobile network also. After some try finally I have done factory reset..but it was not working as expected...some time it has shown IMEI but lost also...tried many time factory reset but not worked...so tried with LG Mobile repair under upgrade and recovery option but it was failing at 10 % everytime. So thought lets intall new ROM so decided to install cyanogonmod so for preparation rooted phone and installed CWM recovery ....as doing all this first time so may be forgot to unlock the bootloader so after installation of CWM recovery phone has not booted and also not going to recovery menu. After that under upgrade mode tried to burn KDZ file using LG mobile support tool but that also not working.
So now the situation is, the can only go in to firmware update mode and some time getting connected to adb terminal.
So now is there any change of BL repair through adb terminal or the only option remain is visit LG support....?
Please guide....
Thanks,

Did you downloaded the files??
Install Drivers and follow the steps properly,
this should work for you to keep connected,
One more thing run drivers and flashtool as administrator, I already PM you.
Still having problems, please let me know.
If your phone is still not booting, I am afraid that you bricked it.

assuming you have a ral h811. as i dont know your version...
theres is antirollback in our phone. if you want to stay in a point where you can switch back and forth from LP to MM flash h81120i thats first MM and thats antirollback V2 if you want to go back to LP flash h811 10n. if you dont care about LP anymore flash latest h81120v.
search it should be around here in this section of r mobile, and you are sim carrier unlock.. flashing any wont lock it back. i have same unlocked carrier. when flashing select refurbished in LG UP
forgot to mention once you flash h81120v or 20o-20p-20q-20r-20s you cant go back to LP.

no it wont.. you are in V2 or V1 you going forward to V3.. now in V3 if you go to V2 then brick. so you are fines as you going to V3.
here is the last KDZ we got from tmobile https://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/h811-kdz-file-t3607807
you need to unzip KDZ
as for LGUP.. select upgrade....theres a option there with dots to browse for file not sure if its says bin.. you click that to browse the KDZ that you unzipped. once you find it select it.. you should see the KDZ file in there.. then exit LGUP and open it again.. this time tick refurbished and the KDZ should still appear there. you just have to press start and wait till it finishes... NOTE using refurbished will erase all data..
also use a fan next to phone to keep it cool. they get really hot during procedure.

Exit and reopen lgup but I Select refurbished now
Should I tick The bin file Besides the kdz file when I reopen it or before reopen it ?
Btw, How to unzip The kdz file?
It's Just a flat .kdz
Should I put my G4 in download mode before starting ?
And Just in case LgUP doesnt recognize my device what should I do ?

on LGUP if the bin file is where you browse for file only you need to find KDZ file once select and no need to select any other time .just once exit and no need to select. as it will show you in the path there..
file is h811v20.zip i meant to unzip with winrar or 7zip. to extract h811v20 xxxx.kdz. so you can find file in LGUP.
remove battery .. place battery back when phone is off press vol up
then insert USB keep pressing till a window shows in lg g4 in doenload mode.. then open LGUP. then start if you already have select it kdz file and exited and selected refurbished . then start. i do this 1 a month so its all safe. just keep phone cool with fan close by.

And lastly we need the 8994 dll here-------------------
https://mega.nz/#!VhpDxKoI!Mo0LcQOVOjcM337Vs2X87KoEMvE3HApYgpFNMYEl4XU
So install lgup and all the .dlls
and open the patch and navigate it to wherever LGup is installed......
Run the patch.....
And like the thread says Profit.......
But I am in the process of dumping my k540 rite now.....
There is currently no way to flash dump partitions back.... As LGup crashes.....
Also the dump files are in a com# format to even think about using them they need to be in a .MBN format
But its a start boys and girls.....
Also as a side note Be carefule as this can brick your device if you go flashing PRLs and chip erases and such....
Some assistance is needed.

The signal booster works fine but, my ATT phone does not recognize or see the device because it does not have the T-Mobile apps on it. Is there a way to make this happen?
My Advice
If If I was you I would do a clean install with stock firmware for T-Mobile... You can find the Firmware at sammobile.com download usb drivers for android and latest version of odin on your pc... you can get them at Samsung.com take your phone and go to device info in settings.... tab on the build number 7 times to open developer options... go into dev options turn on oem unlock and enable usb debugging then do a full backup on a cloud server of your choice or on your pc... wherever you feel comfortable.... Then power your phone off and wait about three or four minutes then hold power vol up and home all together until your phone goes into recovery mode... once in there delete partition wipe cache... now your phone is just like a pc with no operating system... take the firmware you downloaded and unzip it until you haveyou the individual tar or md5 files.... unzip and install odin on your pc... be sure to let it run as admin .... I kmow yousaid you know about pc systems so you should know what I'm talking about... if not right click on the odin exe file and click open as admin load your unzipped files into the corresponding places in odin AP PIT ..... you should not need to change any settings.... Make sure you installed the usb drivers you downloaded earlier.... take your phone hold power vol down and home till a blue screen pops warning about installing custom roms.... push up to go in download mode... take and tether your phont to your pc with usb cable you prob use to charge your phone.... after its tethered odin should turn light blue or yellow in COM 1 and say your connected... now just clickstart and let odin work his magic... if you put the files in correctly you should have a new phone with all T Mobile Firmware in a couple minutes you will see a progress bar on your phone as odin is flashing the rom When done restart your phone as normal and enjoy the correct firmware for your phone... if you screw up I'm not even sure if you can use your backup as a recovery from a clean install... I have nrver needed it.... Hope that helps I sent a friend request so if you have any questions message me,,,,,, Later

It won't work. I think the bootloader is the problem. You have to remember, this is a SM=G920A That I"m attempting to make an SM=g920T
I understand that

I have the same phone SM-G920AUCU6EQCF thats with android 7.0... I have not installed the update to 7.0.1 yet because I can not find a way to root it yet.. So I am going to try to downgrade to the stock 5.0.1 so I can root and install TWRP recovery I do know that if you go in developer mode and turn on the OEM unlock thats your bootloader.... then you can unlock your phone so you can add rom for any carrier... refer to thread here in forumns about how to do that... then just follow my instructions and it should work. I did make one mistake in my instructions... Dont mess with PIT settings just 4 files BL CS AP CSC to load in odin
addendum

Oem unlock only "enables" bootloader unlocking. You still need an actual unlock method. There has never been one for g920a to my knowledge...
So, basically, there is no way I can get these ATT apps removed and get T-Mobile's installed?>
heres your method

This appears to be a carrier unlock site, not a bootloader unlock method.

4. Power the phone back on.
5. When the phone prompts, provide the unlock code that you received from AT&T

Were you successful in your attempt to downgrade back to the original 5.01? Mine has as baseline of 6.01. But, I can't find any of the original stock OEM files to attempt it myself. Was really curious if you were successful in your quest?
Thanks and have a great day!
Sprint Downgrade from Android 10 Beta to Android 9 PIE:
MAKE A BACKUP WITH BACKUP BUILT INTO SETTINGS AND MOVE IT TO COMPUTER FROM LG Backup folder
Install python first and make sure to check add to path variables during installation - if you didn't you will have trouble later on
If you get any errors you can look up how to install the cryptography module - it seems to have fixed issues for some users
This is only recommended on Sprint devices as they have no other option. If you are thinking about installing the beta now, I would recommend you don't because final is coming out soon.
I will be putting the commands in " and do not include the " in what commands you execute
1. LG USB Drivers 4.4.2 http://tool.lime.gdms.lge.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=UW00120120425
2. Download LGLAF and extract to desktop https://anonfile.com/7aa2z8Ean2/lglaf-develop_zip
3. Put your phone in Download Mode
a.) Power off your phone
b.) Plug in the cable connected to your computer and start holding volume up at the same time
4a. (At this point there are 2 ways, I recommend trying the first one first)
Open lglaf-develop folder and open a Powershell / cmd line
Make sure the path at the top is the folder directly leading to the lglaf.py file
(Shift Key + right mouse) and type: "python lglaf.py" then hit ENTER
If it says python is not recognized
4b. Open a normal command prompt and type "where python"
Copy the path (except for the /python.exe at the end)
Go to lglaf.py > open with > find another app > paste in path and select the python.exe file and click open
5. Type "!SABS 0" or "!SABS 1" to switch between A/B slots. You will have to test to see which one your in, no harm can be done by switching to already active slot.
6.Type "!CTRL POFF"
7.Type "exit"
The device will power off after you unplug the USB cable.
Don't worry if it takes a very long time to boot up - just hold power button for like 10 seconds and wait
Important: everytime you want to update, switch to the PIE slot so that the other slot gets updated and you have an official version to revert to.

This is a quick update for those that were running the "hacked" version of android 10 ota. I was able to follow the rollback guid mentioned in the original post and it does work. The only real pain was having to enter the failed pw 30 times to get the device to wipe itself and android 9 to boot.

You could have entered recovery mode and just factory reset from there. That's what I did.

I don't believe a factory reset will downgrade the OS back to 9 from 10. Just merely wipes the data.

I meant that after rolling-back to Pie, you could have entered recovery mode to wipe your data instead of entering the wrong secure start-up code 30 times.
My Sprint got updated to Android 10 from offical OTA 20d firmware, can I revert back to Pie 9.0 by this method ? Or both slots are 10 now ?

You can revert back to pie using this but if you receive another ota after the initial Android 10 update then both slots will be in 10. But I don't see why you would want to

Seriously, this update kinda sucks. I liked Pie better. LG managed to brake more stuff than fixing old ones.

Can i try to unbrick my lg g8 sprint caused ny crossflash?

Hi guys, was trying to change slots (was following BrandonB1218's bootloader unlock guide) and tried the above method using python to change slots but phone won't start after I disconnected it from the USB cable following above steps. If switching slots was successful I should have gone to slot B which had v50 eng bootloader and a few Pie partitions as instructed in BrandonB1218's guide.
I have tried holding power button for up to 10 minutes, held power + volume down button for a few minutes, tried plugging in the phone while holding volume up and plugging in the phone while holding volume down button but the phone is dead. It was fully charged at the time it powered off when I disconnected it after the '!CTRL POFF' command. Powershell screenshot is attached. Thanks.

Nope, coudn't figure it out but I think the phone stopped charging so it wouldn't enter EDL mode anymore. I ended up selling it on eBay for parts.
