This ROM is an almost pure AOKP for our Ace device. It is based on fresh Android 4.2.2_1.2 sources, current AOKP sources and portions of AndroidARMv6 and CyanogenMod sources.
It's still in its development stage, but recently it got quite stable and good for an everyday usage. If you have any issues, please report, using as many details, as possible. Saying just "doesn't work" won't help anybody...
Also, please DON'T report things mentioned in "known problems" below.

FAQ:
- will PSN mod work with this ROM? Yes, it's perfectly working.
- will Link2SD app work? Yes, it works without issues. This is a recommended way of work.
- will Swapper2 work? Yep!
- does CRT animation work? BTW, I can't get why it's so important... but yes, it's working from the first boot.
- can I use Adrenaline/SuperCharger/whatever "tweaks" scripts? Well, you can do whatever you want, but if you will use anything like this, do not bother reporting me any bugs. Is that enough for an answer?
- is BLN working? Yes.
- what the hell happened to Erik??! Nothing, he's fine. We are working together on AOKP.
- how can I add more ringtones/alarms/notification sounds? You can store them on a SD card in:

Known problems:
- after finishing a startup configurator (after flashing), you have to press a Home button to continue.
- trying to play music causes DSPManager FC. After that it plays music normally, only without DSP.
- AOKP Torch still not working.
- native FM radio doesn't work.
- SWAG Papers don't work
- Live Wallpapers don't load
compatible Google Apps: gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip
however the basic gapps services are included in the ROM, so flashing it is not required.

Unfortunately, no - the sources have been upgraded from 4.2.2_r1 to 4.2.2_r1.2.

I just upgraded without wiping. What will be the issues? It seems everything is working fine, it is a great rom!

To be honest, I can't predict it... API has changed, but maybe upgrading process got better these days

Few FC here and there, nothing to worry about, but I loved Eric's work, and I know that you're gonna make this AOKP flawless! Keep up with excelent work!

this rom was not booting after flashing
after bootanimation nothing happens still it was showing boot logo only...

Some thing must have gone wrong while installing the ROM.
Use SP Flash Tools and flash the stock ROM.
Use these link to Download SP Flash Tool and Stock ROM

Hi sir i have sucessfully ported many roms bot the problem is in all ported rom the battery life was too poor (i.e, for 1min of phone call the battery discharge about 20%) how can i fix it ...?

Firstly thank you for porting this ROM, about feedback the whole rom is outstanding, very smooth, good battery backup, nice look, not heating much and the best thing is i can play the heaviest game without lag in which i have tried Asphalt 8, Modern Combat 4 & N.O.V.A. 3 so far without any performance booster or ram booster.
I was using CM11 before but found this better, the only bug is mobile data not working hope you will fix this or give me some idea how to fix it.
Once again a big thank you to the contributors & developers for this beautiful rom.:laugh::good::good::good:

Hey, i fixed the data problem it's working now. Just updated the APN settings. But waiting for next update with any sound enhancement like viper for android or Dolby digital coz i am gonna use this rom for a long time.

I have Install dis rom its Awesome but pls let me know how ill get my Google Contact i dont have any contact in my sim card all i saved in Google Ac pls let me know ill get it

Download the google app as it's not in the rom and go to settings then accounts click on google then sync, you will get all your data saved on google.

play store dosent work & inbuilt app market shows few results with chinese language
One more...cant add account into app market as it gives error failed to send msg.

How did you install the Asphalt 8, I am not able to isntall play store here neither install it from offline apk fiile.(Error: parsing the file).
Play store is also not working on this os.

you can install any new custom recovery or tap all the side buttons at time of switching on your phone. and suddenly press vol. Up button to go to recovery.

Well for some reason all new lollipop roms dev have been advising to use twrp 2.8.5.0.

Rotation bug has been fixed by @scritch007........Maybe you can include that commit in the next build........
Please include the screenshots too........

I saw that rotation bug has been fixed! Due to my low bandwidth it will take more a day or two to implement that change in the rom! I have included screen shots already.. See in the Screen shots tab (This one is XDADB project)!

First of all thankss bro for providing the rom.. Using it on my XT1022... can be used as a daily driver.. But there r few bugs accordng to me..
1. No option to select 2g /3g networks in settings
2.Cant find superuser or root
3.Wifi hotspot not working.. It gives error

After pressing on "Reboot System", it said "Device not rooted ! Do you want to install SuperSU", I clicked on yes !

Post test report for Paranoid android for xt 1022
Xt 1022, flashed rom using twrp 2.8.5.0.
OP, upload ROM on G Drive as it's faster.
Bugs- Rotation bug present as reported by others.
Didn't experience any force closes as of now. Maybe because I did a clean installation.
Experiencing lags, only sometimes.
Not pre rooted, need to flash super SU.
Rom is very light weight, can be used for daily drivers. Battery performance is adequate as to my usage.

if you want to flash lollipop roms like 'cm12' or 'paranoid android 5.0.2' you should use twrp 2.8.5.0.For kitkat roms any recovery will do.

I installed the rom, but i forgot to swipe when it asked for flashings su zip...any way to root now ?

what the hell man.. i installed cm12 theme...theme got installed properly...when i applied...it rebooted and stucked at boot animation...(for along time) so i want to safe mode, uninstalled the theme , as soon as uninstalled finished...phone rebooted ad stucked at boot animation...i thought mayb system files has been corrupted, so dirty flashed pa rom, still no use...so went to twrp, cleared dalvik cache....n rebooted....then got the screen android is upgrading...the the apps got upgraded in split of a sec or so...again rebooted and stucked at bootanimation! what the hell was that...mayb its problem with theme manager....

Installing Euphoria-OS for the first time, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery/Team Win Recovery Project
- Copy GApps , ROM ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- DO A CLEAN INSTALL (DATA WIPE/FORMAT SYSTEM)
- Flash Euphoria-OS zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
Upgrading from an earlier version:
- Copy the ROM ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash the ROM zip from SDCard
- Reboot

No, not really a deal breaker.. It's just that some mods like stereo speaker mod uses aroma installer which CM recovery does not support.. There are other steps I'm aware of to do it.. Manually replacing system files etc.. CWM or TWRP would be a little handy in these cases, that's all..

Rom works really nice. I like all its features. I installed minimal gapps and it's super smooth. The only bug I've noticed so far is navbar dimensions don't work for me. Keep it going...

This is a basic CM 12 Stock 5.1 ROM , just like any other phone.....I am sorry to say i did NOT liked it.
Doesn't even have the SONY UI which is the most imp factor on a beast phone like Xperia Z.....
Rolling back to Existenz 3.5.5...

Are u serious. It has far more features than "basic" CM and of course it doesn't have the bloated stock Sony UI.

Sorry bro, it's not working. You've mentioned in the post itself that the hotspot is not working. I'm using canvas fire 2 A104 only. And I've flashed the same ROM that you've provided in the thread.

Thanks, I did that but, it just let me use the recording feature. I still can't use Google Now's "Ok google" command, or recording messages on whatsapp as these apps are unable to detect mic.

Yes, it's not working. I am also using A104 and have found a solution for the hotspot. You can use a root enabled third party app to make hotspot instead doing that from settings. This will fix your problem.

While installing the package through recovery mode it says "installation Aborted",,, what i need to do
I am moving from kitkat to lollipop for the below reason,,,
i want to use jio sim in that mobile ,, for that i need to select "LTE only" mode in network option under phone information by dailing *#*#4636#*#*
i am not able to select that option, so i am trying to install lollipop, will that help me in this problem,,
