ok..though the mixradio app had been pulled out..so is this possible to interop unlock a wp8.1 device.??i tried cab pushing tutorial wit iutool but not worked for me .can anyone help me to do this.??or any other procedure for interop unlock.??

you lost your guaranty with the interop unlock already! because interop unlock is software changing that is not allowed. so you can flash also a new ROM...

Some time ago to buy the Lumia 521 which had the windows 8 version after upgrade to version 8.1 did not work to complete the interop process.
I have two questions:
1. is possible do windows downgrade to 8?
2. Is possible complete the interop process and unlock the wp with windos 8.1?
This is my first Nokia Lumia.
Using android all was easy, in special with my sidekick 4g. :crying:
1. flashed ffu 8.0 with wpinternals.
2. wpinternals make interop unlock: 8.0-10 mobile( if have ffu)

Well, for the moment I can not find how to do it in win 8.1.
I am doing the downgrade in the phone.
After complete the process I will try follow the interop guide posted in this forum.
Downgrade was not possible after follow the steps in the post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2515453&page=253 the phone have the same version.
