How To Install:-
1.Extract The Zip
2.Delete Your Original Launcher
3.Put 'TouchWizHome_2016.apk' To System/Priv-App/TouchWizHome_2016
4.Set Correct Permissions..
5.Reboot
Download In Attachment...
Hit The :good: Button If I Helped U.

in root explorer tild in R/W and change to R/O...you are root?

Did you just try to install it as a user app? That won't work.
You need to manually put the apk in /system/priv-app and set permissions to rw-r--r--. You can use a root enabled file explorer to do this.

Yes. It has too many dependencies on 4.3. However, I'm trying to theme the previous one to this.
After all, all we want is a launcher looking like this one.
