Flash a ROM via Fastboot

Hello,
I've got a HTC One which is having trouble. When I flash teh latest TWRP or CWM recovery it says ''Entering Recovery'' goes black screen then goes back to Entering Recovery''. But when I install the old version of TWRP it works??
Anyway... I've deleted everything via TRWP by mistake so I've no ROM installed. I'm trying to push the zip but no luck, so I'm wondering If I can flash a ROM via ''Fastboot'' instead of installing through ''Recovery''

You can't flash a rom from fastboot, only in recovery mode. The only thing you can flash in fastboot mode are RUU, Firmware and recovery.
What os the recovery version that was booting fine? What version of TWRP are you trying to install now? What rom do you want to flash? Do you have erased cache and rebooted the bootloaded after flashing the recovery?

Cannot boot to recovery

My bootloader is unlocked.
I installed stock ROM today as I had an issue with my previous ROM. Until today I had Marshmallow Concept installed, I tried to restore my TA partition (which was a success according to the app) and then my ROM and recovery broke. So I figured if I can't get that working in Marshmallow I'll just go back to Lolipop because I have recovered my TA in that before.
So I went back to the latest stock 5.1.1 for my device today (Hong Kong D5883). I got the ROM installed okay using Flashtool and the FTF file. But my recovery is gone. I've used fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img and it said it was successfully installed but I have no way to get in to it. When I boot my phone I don't get the LED light up meaning to hit the volume key anymore.
I can't get my phone rooted so I want to get recovery installed so I can get a prerooted stock ROM installed.
TL;DR
Bootloader unlocked, recovery installed via fastboot but won't boot.
EDIT SOLVED.
Had to sue command fastboot flash boot [TWRP.img] rather than fastboot flash recovery.
This can be closed/deleted.

help to lock bootloader

My OnePlus 3T is currently rooted unlocked bootloader nd on TWRP recovery
So now I want to move my phone to stock condition pls help
Simplest way would be to just run the Qualcomm restore tool/unbrick tool. This will restore everything back to unrooted and locked bootloader as you've requested.

You could do a factory reset in TWRP and flash the latest OnePlus stock image from https://downloads.oneplus.com
Then reboot, which will restore the stock recovery and re-encrypt your phone (if you've decrypted it). Check that this is so in Settings>Security. Also check that recovery is now stock.
Then you can relock the bootloader from fastboot.

Link to downloading recovery is there along with link to download the ROM, just check the website.
If you flash stock ROM through TWRP, your phone will be automatically encrypted and stock recovery will be installed after reboot from TWRP.

If you flash the full stock image in TWRP and nothing else, then when you reboot the stock recovery will replace TWRP. This is the way I would do it.
You can verify this by booting back into recovery after the phone has booted up on OOS. Note that if your phone was decrypted, then the first boot up will take a while to re-encrypt the phone.
I would not relock the bootloader until you've verified that the phone is encrypted and the stock recovery is installed.

Fastboot loop

Hi, i had unlocked my bootloader and made twrp/eea rom on it. Now i wiped via twrp and got stuck in fastbootloop.
while using fastboot flash recovery twrp, it doesnt go to twrp.
trying to use xiaomi flashtool it says updating crc list failed.
please help!
1.You have wiped system and rebooted without flashing any ROM.
2.Have you tried to flash latest fastboot ROM with Mi Flash?
3.You can try xiaomitool v2 also.

Recovery Bootloop

So I successfully unlocked my bootloader and flashed custom ROM and recovery, first boot it was okay, I was able to setup Android and installed apps, now when I rebooted it, it only boots to recovery. Phone can still be detected by my PC, can also get detected in fastboot when in bootloader. So I think there's really a workaround for this I just didn't know how and I am now hesitant to follow web tutorials if it isn't an official forum just like this.
Things I already did:
Reinstall ROM
Reflashed custom recovery
Cleared Data/Dalvik/Cache
Factory Reset
Flash the stock firmware by SP Flash Tool, it'll help to revert back to stock and stop boot loop!
