Just saw this case on Amazon, (http://www.amazon.com/KHOMO-Black-Leather-Google-tablet/dp/B008Y1DHJ8/ref=pd_cp_pc_0) and it's identical to the blurex case. I'll probably grab it since the price is right

Gelaskins?

Has anybody bought a gelaskin skin for the note II if so how is the quality and is front piece a screen protecor too? http://www.gelaskins.com/

I used Gelaskins on my Galaxy Nexus and I was very happy with it. It came with the front piece but I didnt use it. It just borders the screen. So it's not a true screen protector.
The Gnex has a textured back and it stuck to it perfectly for several months. So I am sure you would not have any issues on the Note 2

Verizon Trident vs dual pro

Can Somerton post some pics of these two cases next to each other. Your comparisons would also be welcomed. Not interested in Otter. These two seem like most attractive to me

I'm ordering the trident in a few days. I'm just gonna tell you they rank right up their with otter box. If their cyclops series will end up fitting the verizon I will be complete. Cyclops and Aegis were on my s4 and protected my phone so well while giving them an amazing fit.

I know. I refuse to buy Otter because in my mind I associate them with Apple. Just me. But Trident and incision both make quality cases that look good. I'm just interested in the size comparison

The buttons are the only let down of this case. They are quite stuff but still useable.
