Good afternoon
I've been using some Stock ROM's on my s3 mini (i8190) lately and I've encountered one problem with several of the ROM's. When I receive pictures in Snapchat, the picture is always zoomed in bij +- 30%. I can't read all the text and the quality is lower than a normal snapchat. When I'm taking the picture, the picture is fine, but when I send it to myself, it zoomed in.
Does anyone know a way how to fix this?
Thanks in advance!

Okay, this is really weird. I just noticed this happening. My phone camera will take pictures in Small (S) and Medium (M) settings on the camera, but for High (H), 1 megapixel (1MP), 2 megapixel (2MP), and 3 megapixel (3MP) it takes partial pics. I attached a sample of the pictures it spits out. I have an AT&T Tilt with one of Dutty's ROMs. Forget which. The ROM is definitely not the problem as I've had it and have been using it successfully and taking tons of pictures with it for over a month now. The camera problem appeared yesterday. The only change that I've made to the phone is adding a few DIVXs to the memory card as I've purchased CorePlayer with the qtv driver. Anyone else experience the same? Please let me know. I know our cameras suck, but I must fix this. I am extremely good looking and insist on taking pictures of myself at odd angles for my social networking webstite logings.. Okay, kidding about the last part, but please!! I like the half-assed camera even if it is half-assed.
EDIT: Deleted the divxs, still same problem. Anyone? Please...
it happens only with the high ress pics?
it should be your memory, try taking a photo and saving it to the main memory
Try hard-resetting...
Not sure if this is the right forum, but I recently took a picture on the plane with Nexus One, unfortunately the picture looks horrible (seems like the sensor does not give a consistent brightness, causing the picture to have some strange artifact).
Anyone know how I can salvage this picture? And how to prevent this from happening again in the future?
Here's the pix

It's the aerial view of the Mekong Delta btw.
Thanks!
hello i got some strange problems with my I9000 on DarkyRom v10.2.2
my camera got some faliure i think, after i take a shot, everything looks good. But when i get out of the camera software and try to view the pictures with some other software sometimes my who picture is grey / black or huge parts of pictures are grey/black.
I tried to search the net but nobody got similar problems, some times my camera is working fine, but some times i have this problem.
Are the images big? It could be that they need some time to load and you just have to be patient let me know, as I too had issues on DarkyROM 10.2.2
images in the player's normal ROM you can see after this wait? or still do not see?
Hi, when I'm using the stock camera software on my up-to-date, non-rooted A2, with the front facing camera, many times, it's impossible to click on the "taking a picture" button right after taking a picture, it's like frozen for half a minute or so.
It's very annoying since my gf is obsessive with taking different angles of the same photo, and it keeps us smiling like stupid for a long time without being able to take pictures...
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Edit: I think that a viable workaround may be an app that can take high quality picture with the front camera, and is able to take a few pictures in a row (I downloaded some, but some of them shows me the picture after taking it, instead of going back to the camera screen, and some seems to lower the quality of the photos compare to the stock app).
Many thanks!

Anyone else have an S21 Ultra with Snapchat picture issues? It seems like Snapchat is selecting the wrong camera on the back, because whenever I try to take a picture, I literally can't see any details past like 2 meters. It's so, so blurry. I wanted to take a picture of a car's license plate (in front of me), while being inside my car, and I wasn't able to make out what the license plate said (and our characters in Denmark are HUGE). I had to open the regular camera app, which took a crispy clean picture, even without zoom.
I tried enrolling for Snapchat beta, but the issue was still there.
I can't be the only one with these issues.
