It's week two of my Tasker Pro series, so here's a new Tasker script for you guys to use. This script will show you how to create a mileage tracker/driving log that can save your butt during a tax audit if you claim mileage on your taxes!
http://www.xda-developers.com/tasker-pro-create-an-irs-compliant-mileage-tracker-and-get-money-back/
Please leave comments/feedback and any questions here.
Thanks for the amazing script! Only issue I'm having is that none of the data is being written to my google spreadsheet. When I use the test functionality in the tasker spreadsheet plugin, it writes the variable names in the rows. Any advice?

The spreadsheet plugin does not populate the variables when you click test that's why nothing happens then
Now i am receiving this error on the exit task:

Any advice? Thank you!
Can you manually enter coordinates as variables and check to see if the plugin itself works? Maybe it's failing to get a location for you and that's why the plugin isn't working
Sorry for bringing this thread back, but now I'm encountering another issue. For some reason, Travel Time isn't displaying properly for me. Attaching screenshot for reference.

note0: Obtaind before CompuServe gave us their GUI and from which the OSI deployed www then win95 came with Explorer-IE-Explorer GUI
Test 4 every WinOS: goto my Computer cq Explorer (not IE) and remove c:\* (current drive path) and replace it with a known url Guess what? ... Bwhahahaa; internet access for Win7 Barebone Edition! And *oops* on most if not all WinOS..
-- Of course it is best to log in with a Guest account (created by you the Admin) with limited internet access to only download a nice browser like Opera or Firefox, while using this dangerous 'tweak'. *cough* Plus it comes in handy when IE broke down during an live update and refuses to work. But,.. it's not my recommendation for obvious reasons!
note1: Used since/on win95 ~ABC, Win98 ~SE and WinXP flawlessly!
note1b: not tested; Vista / Windows7 (please let me know so I can include it in this post after an edit TIA).
note2: A tool from my kitchen. Now a share here on forum.XDA-developers.com Please distribute, as its been freeware from day one. Though I never shared it B4
note3: HandleSpy is nice to use in combination with (tools more powerfull than) ResHacker.
note4: It has no network awareness and no polymorphic AI eighter Its WYSIWYG though.
Have fun,

Where is the installer?
It went into the void of C/P darkness and was temporarily lost, luckily it's beacon was working so I could retrieve it with a tractor beam. Attached now
Hi all, I hope my post will not bother you. I wish I will get feedback from developers and users in this forums. My first app PonyPhoto for Windows Phone 7 is released on Marketplace in November 2011 and now it has been upgrade from beta to V1.3. I will continue upgrade both on Marketplace and this thread. And I need your feedback about this version and suggestion on the further version to make it better. Any positive or negative replies are welcomed. Thanks in advanced.
NOTE: If anyone met the reboot problem, please report us your mobile model and rom version, I will try our best to duplicate the reboot problem and solve it. Until now, I could not duplicate the reboot problem as some of the users report (till now, we receive 3 reboot users ) either on our test phones (HTC HD7 and Samsung Focus) or simulation.
Name: PonyPhoto
Description: PonyPhoto is an photo editing app designed for Windows Phone 7. With it you could add effects to your photo, add frames, re-size, re-range, cut photo, adjust photo attribute (bright, focus, color, etc), convert photo from jpg/png to animated GIFs.
Otherwise, PonyPhoto helps to share your edited photos to Facebook, Twitter, Flickr easily.
In one word, it is an very easy-to-use photo editing app for Windows Phone users.
Version 1.4 is finished and in testing, and the version 1.5 is planning, in V1.5 will add the Red-eye removal, text editing, and exif checking functions.

As developers, we all hate how our code looks like when using multi-threading, and usually, it's a real pain managing all the invoke methods. Even using anonymous methods, it never seemed to be the best way for me.
So, I decided creating a library, that manages everything for you. It checks if InvokeRequired, and if it is, it invokes itself automatically without writing a line of code.
I know, you'll say, we can write a method like this one for ourselves whenever we need it. Just carry on reading to see what's special in this one.
I've written it dynamically, taking in consideration the performance of the code. And it turned out pretty great, as fast as if you had written your own methods, but with cleaner coding.
The library adds an extension called SetProperty() to each control in System.Windows.Forms namespace.
Let's say we have a TextBox called txt, and we want to edit the property txt.Text in it to "Hello!", a normal invoke method would look like this:
Code:
private void UpdateText(){
if(txt.InvokeRequired){
txt.Invoke(delegate{UpdateText();});
}else{
txt.Text = "Hello!";
}
}
Referencing my library, you'll only need to write this:
Code:
txt.SetProperty(TextBoxProperties.Text, "Hello!");
Sounds pretty easy, doesn't it?
This works, for every single control out there. Even if you created a custom one, it will work for you.
A list of the properties of each control is shown as an enumeration with all the details you may need to know in its summary:

A screenshot showing how the code looks like:
This will definitely avoid any issues you may have with cross thread exceptions, and even represent your code in a real neat way.
You can download it from here.
Please keep both DLL and XML files in the same directory after extracting.
Everything's set, you just have to Add reference to the library to your application, and enjoy!
Just use anyControl.SetProperty() method on the go.
I'll release a documentation later, but any feedback for the moment would be appreciated!
Thank you

Hi, I'm RHuffy and I developed the School Schedule app for Pebble. This watchface will allow you to enter in your daily schedule, whether it be for school, work or anything else, and it will display how much time is remaining in the current time block. I was inspired to create this watchface while I was in school. I had trouble remembering the exact times my various class periods ended and constantly found myself asking a friend or looking up the bell schedule on my school's website. With my watchface, a quick glance at your Pebble will tell you exactly how much time you have left in period 5, or how many minutes until your lunch break.
Check it out here:
GitHub
Pebble App Store
Development Goals:
1. Working watchface displaying time and date. ✓
2. Configuration page in Pebble app for schedule input.
3. Time until/time remaining displayed based on current time and input. ✓
4. Ability to set frequency of events (i.e. every Monday).
5. User customizable names for each event
About me: My name is Raymond Huffman and I am currently a sophomore in high school. I have been coding for about 2 years now, but this is my first Pebble app.

I have just finished writing the basic timekeeping code for the watchapp. It displays the time, date, and day of the week, as well as a mock up for where the period and minutes remaining will be displayed.

Great news! The watchface is finally done. I ran into a few problems writing the configuration Javascript code, and once school started, I was unable to complete it. I did, however complete this "beta" version of the app with my school's schedule hard coded in. Hopefully I can add the configuration functionality soon. Here's a screenshot:
For testing purposes, here is the schedule that is on the watchapp:
Period 1: 8:18 - 9:00
Period 2: 9:04 - 9:46
Period 3: 9:50 - 10:32
Period 4: 10:36 - 11:18
Period 5: 11:22 - 12:04
Period 6: 12:08 - 12:50
Period 7: 12:54 - 13:36
Period 8; 13:40 - 14:22
Period 9: 14:26 - 15:08
Do you still support this app?
This looks like a useful watch face. Is it still supported?
