[Solved] %age trouble?

Hi guys, just in case I'm sorry if question has been already asked.
I'm wondering why i'm loosing battery percentage after shutting down + powering up my phone ?
5 minutes ago, I did theses manipulations and my battery went from 43 to 32% with no reasons..
After flashing a ROM, I make everytime a battery calibration.
Someone can help me I'm little confused?

Powering up your phone requires a lot of cpu and if you'll notice your phone is at full brightness until the end of your roms loading screen when it acquires brightness settings. These combined use a high amount of energy.
Also battery calibration is a myth which was stated by a Google rep in an article a couple months back it does nothing but wipe the stats shown in battery usage charts.

So if i understood, the best thing is Not powering down > powering up the phone right?
Thanks you for your answer @itsbeertimenow
even though powering up the phone needs a lot of battery its surly not ~10%.
that would mean that after 10-12 restart the battery is dead.
even when i do alot of nandroid backup and flashing new roms my battery doesnt die that fast.

Allright your booting multiple processes and your phones updating SMS, market, weather widgets, news widgets and a whole bunch of other crap. By the time it's done its about 4-5 minutes until your device is fully stable. Add that to battery status in notification bar reading 3-5% within the correct value and you've got your 10%.

[Q] Need help with my battery STATISTICS

sirs, I recently flashed stocklite 7, and calibrated battery using the android battery calibration app (not with cwm rec).
Now, the battery shows empty and the phone turns off within like 25 hours, even with bare use ( won't last > 2 hrs with wifi / data on! ). I used to enjoy like 3 days w/o charging (with bare use - right).
When I plug it in to charge, THE IMAGE (charging while phone is off)SHOWS 75% OF THE BATTERY STILL FILLED, when I plug it in!!!
My doubt is, I believe there's some access problem or so, there is still 75 % battery left, and I need a way to access it. Is their any way to repair it?
THANK YOU.
I seriously don't understand why people ask questions in a thread and then make a COMPLETELY NEW thread for the same thing...

have you tried calibrating your battery? if you haven't try this.. i always do this when my battery gets miscalibrated. 1st turn off your phone, take out the battery and leave it for 1 to 2 minutes, put the battery back, go to recovery mode and to CWM recovery go to advanced and wipe battery stats, reboot your phone
give feedback if it works or not,,
This doesnt calibrate the battery,it only delete the logfile of the battery.i think he need a new one.please op,next time ask in right section.
MANY GREEEEEETZ!!!
Use only 2G Networks
1. Proper way to calibrate battery:
Drain the battery completely (use an Xposed module called disable critical battery shutdown, google it). Then, recharge the battery to 100% (DON'T unplug the charger cable while charging) and done.
2. Underclock when necessary.
3. Don't run too many apps at one time.
4. Make sure that deepsleep is working.

1. You can use Wakelock Detector from Play Store.
2. It is normal behavior...... if the battery status won't move from 99% to 100% after 1-2 hours (while charging), there might be a problem.

Htc One Fake Battery Percentage

Hi guys!
Sorry for my english !
I have a very annoying issue with my phone. When I charge my phone to 100%,and i use it,at 40-50% ~ it's always drop me to 0% in some seconds. I checked the HTC help centre app,and after the battery test it showed 95%. (I think it's great). The problem is starting after i'm on 40-50%. What's the wrong with my device? I tried a lot of rom,but don't work :/
Thanks!

Phone shuts off when the battery alert shows up (below 19%)

Hello
I'm new here and a basic user
A couple days ago I bought a used Mate S and was happy with it. I thad some screen burn-in (expected) and nothing else was wrong with it... until it reached 19% battery.
As soon as it happens, the phone sends the low battery alert and the phone shuts off (not instantly, it shows the "Shutting off..." message for a couple of secs)
I've calibrated the battery (I think I did it wrong may be?) but it just seems weird that it shows off as soon as the alert shows up.
I don't know how to fix this, but is it stupid to think that it could be fixed if I (somehow) change when the low battery alert shows up?
How can I do this? Or is there another way to solve my problem?
I managed to root the phone. Help please...
I had the same problem. I had change the battery and works fine

Ohh
But... is there a way to change the n% low battery warning? (set at <20%) I'm convinced that'd help xd
I saw a mod that gives you the option on the P9 forum, but it's for android N
